We had a mouse infestation and they did damage beyond what one could ever imagine. I interviewed several companies but bio one was the only one that actually knew the safety concerns and the emotional impact on my family. Matt was amazing to deal with and Sam who did the actual work was amazingly professional, thorough, fast, and for the first time in months my house is livable. He gave us advice and answered all our endless questions. They have been with us by our side through this process which has been devastating to our family. Sam, May, Phill and Jessica were outstanding! We had a very large project with my mom’s house that she had lived in for over 30 years and the whole family was overwhelmed the how much there was to do. They handled it will patience, compassion and efficiency. They made everyone feel comfortable and were sensitive to our family while having to go through so many years of things. It was very difficult physically and emotionally, we could not have done this with out them. There are no words to what they gave back to my mom. I will use no one else in the future. Thank you all!

So while I did not pay for services from Bio One I did receive incredibly helpful advice from the owner Matt when I called today! I had a small mold situation I was concerned about and unsure how to effectively get rid of it. Despite the fact that I easily would’ve paid whatever the company’s fee was, Matt offered me advice that allowed me to fix the problem myself. It was incredibly kind and speaks to the person he is and the business he runs. If I ever do have a situation that requires these kind of services (although I hope I don’t) I will absolutely go to Bio One. Thanks again for your help, Matt!
