I cannot say enough great things about Tim and his team. We had a difficult family situation come up. Bio-One was responsive, fast, efficient, and (most of all) compassionate. It was unreal to see what they achieved in just two days. They also went out of their way to help us accomplish many extra things that were not included in the original quote. And the price did not change at all from the original quote. I feel very fortunate to have found them to help us.

Tim answered the phone on the first call. He was super nice and very accommodating. Then he sent the most amazing crew along with Marc. Marc was so compassionate and so helpful. They went above and beyond to turn the house back into livable condition. They managed to turn a 3 day job into 2 days. Marc kept in touch the whole time, they were very respectful of the items in the house and were even able to save things we thought were beyond saving. I moved into my hoarder, deceased mothers house thinking I could clean it up. Instead, found myself deep in the same type of depression she was in. Instead of cleaning, I contributed to the mess. I contacted Bio-One and I am so thankful, greatful and blessed to have met this group. They are so understanding, caring bunch I would recommend them to anyone that needs help, and embarrassed or overwhelmed to ask for help. I seriously can’t say enough about how wonderful this company and these people are. Our dog passed away this morning, and they arrived within 30 minutes of us contacting them and had the whole place cleaned up within 2 hours. They were professional, excellent cleaners, and incredibly compassionate people. God forbid I ever need a service like this again, but should I they’ll be who I call.

The team was efficient and compassionate! After an enexpected and undiscovered passing of a man they came in and helped find items that his mother wanted, they found money and photos and returned them to her with care and concern. They removed all furniture and carpet and thoroughly cleaned the entire apartment and did an amazing job. Thank you for the work that you do, it takes a truly special person you are just that!

The unexpected death of a family member left us with an apartment in horribly bad shape. Tim and his crew came in and in an amazingly short period of time emptied out all of the piles of trash, clothing and other items. They not only cleaned the apartment, they also separated out items of value (like social security cards, documents, photos) for us to bring home. Tim was super to work with as he dealt with things in a compassionate, friendly, and professional manner. I'd highly recommend Tim and his team.

They could’ve not have made it any easier for our family. My mom was able to stay in her home after she lost her husband of 33 years. They are the best in this business. They took care of everything!
