This is not a service I thought I would ever need but I’m so glad it exists. Tim was so kind and understanding and honestly such a bright spot in a really dark situation. It took us forever to find a company that didn't feel like it was just an exorbitant fee because we were stuck with my dad and his hoarding tendencies. It was nice to get a compassionate group of people who genuinely not only cared about the job, but wad able to settle my dad's nerves with what he was able to keep. They found keepsakes and even cash and turned it over to us, their compassion, reliability, and reasonable prices will mean we'll (my family) will continue to sing their good graces. Everyone else just felt like they were leveraging our desire to move forward with how to stuff their pockets. Thank you to Marc and their team for everything you helped us through!

The unexpected death of a family member left us with an apartment in horribly bad shape. Tim and his crew came in and in an amazingly short period of time emptied out all of the piles of trash, clothing and other items. They not only cleaned the apartment, they also separated out items of value (like social security cards, documents, photos) for us to bring home. Tim was super to work with as he dealt with things in a compassionate, friendly, and professional manner. I'd highly recommend Tim and his team.

Had our dog pass away very early this morning, required a lot of cleanup inside, they came and took care of it no questions asked. Arrived 20 minutes after called, cleaned everything within 2 hours.

I am extremely satisfied with the services I received from this location!! From the very first interaction with Tim, he was thorough, explained in detail what the service entails and was able to give me a competitive estimate. I tend to ask a lot of questions and he was always available to answer any question that I had to ease my mind! Tim picked up my phone call on the 2nd ring every time I called! The team was efficient and compassionate! After an enexpected and undiscovered passing of a man they came in and helped find items that his mother wanted, they found money and photos and returned them to her with care and concern. They removed all furniture and carpet and thoroughly cleaned the entire apartment and did an amazing job. Thank you for the work that you do, it takes a truly special person you are just that!

I moved into my hoarder, deceased mothers house thinking I could clean it up. Instead, found myself deep in the same type of depression she was in. Instead of cleaning, I contributed to the mess. I cannot say enough great things about Tim and his team. We had a difficult family situation come up. Bio-One was responsive, fast, efficient, and (most of all) compassionate. It was unreal to see what they achieved in just two days. They also went out of their way to help us accomplish many extra things that were not included in the original quote. And the price did not change at all from the original quote. I feel very fortunate to have found them to help us.

I was blessed to have Bio One Columbus. With Muchcompassion and loving Patience they came into my home and lovingly renewed my home. Being overwhelmed with clutter can seemingly ruin any chance of having a sense of Normal. Tim, Hannah, Fran and James restored that and more in my home.
