I recently hired Bio-One to do a single room cleanup. Tim was very courteous and professional in all my discussions with him and the young woman he sent on-site to do the work was equally courteous and professional. She did an outstanding job, surpassing my expectations given the nature of the clean-up. I highly recommend giving Bio-One's team here in Columbus a chance if you need this kind of help.

Tim answered the phone on the first call. He was super nice and very accommodating. Then he sent the most amazing crew along with Marc. Marc was so compassionate and so helpful. They went above and beyond to turn the house back into livable condition. They managed to turn a 3 day job into 2 days. Marc kept in touch the whole time, they were very respectful of the items in the house and were even able to save things we thought were beyond saving. If you have a mess, call them now, you need them. Thank you BioOne!!!

I was blessed to have Bio One Columbus. With Muchcompassion and loving Patience they came into my home and lovingly renewed my home. Being overwhelmed with clutter can seemingly ruin any chance of having a sense of Normal. Tim, Hannah, Fran and James restored that and more in my home. The whole atmosphere changed in a moist beautiful and revitalizing way. They know how to lovingly address every area in a way that allowed you add a customer to feel a part of the process, when needed, in a very respectful manner. Loving Patience is their expertise because they operate with hearts that care.. I am extremely satisfied with the services I received from this location!! From the very first interaction with Tim, he was thorough, explained in detail what the service entails and was able to give me a competitive estimate. I tend to ask a lot of questions and he was always available to answer any question that I had to ease my mind! Tim picked up my phone call on the 2nd ring every time I called! Fran was professional, friendly, and thorough as well! I could not have picked a better company to work with! She went above and beyond! I seriously can’t say enough about how wonderful this company and these people are. Our dog passed away this morning, and they arrived within 30 minutes of us contacting them and had the whole place cleaned up within 2 hours. They were professional, excellent cleaners, and incredibly compassionate people. God forbid I ever need a service like this again, but should I they’ll be who I call.

This is not a service I thought I would ever need but I’m so glad it exists. Tim was so kind and understanding and honestly such a bright spot in a really dark situation. It took us forever to find a company that didn't feel like it was just an exorbitant fee because we were stuck with my dad and his hoarding tendencies. It was nice to get a compassionate group of people who genuinely not only cared about the job, but wad able to settle my dad's nerves with what he was able to keep. They found keepsakes and even cash and turned it over to us, their compassion, reliability, and reasonable prices will mean we'll (my family) will continue to sing their good graces. Everyone else just felt like they were leveraging our desire to move forward with how to stuff their pockets. Thank you to Marc and their team for everything you helped us through!

The unexpected death of a family member left us with an apartment in horribly bad shape. Tim and his crew came in and in an amazingly short period of time emptied out all of the piles of trash, clothing and other items. They not only cleaned the apartment, they also separated out items of value (like social security cards, documents, photos) for us to bring home. Tim was super to work with as he dealt with things in a compassionate, friendly, and professional manner. I'd highly recommend Tim and his team.

They could’ve not have made it any easier for our family. My mom was able to stay in her home after she lost her husband of 33 years. They are the best in this business. They took care of everything!
