Bio-One Dayton made a bad experience with our rental property, bearable and fixable. From the initial call with Jonathan, meeting with Kaitlyn for the estimate, work status updates from Andrew and the final walk through with Andrew, the quality of work and services performed by Bio-One was excellent.

Called Jonathan at the last minute for a Covid cleaning. Chelsea did an impeccable job and gave us great peace of mind for when the patient returned to their dwelling! Would highly recommend them!

We hired Bio One of Dayton to help with a clean out an apartment where the tenant (a family member) had unfortunately experienced a serious mental breakdown and had not cleaned or taken out the trash at all in several months. There was garbage everywhere, the carpet and kitchen floor were ruined, the kitchen sink base, stove and refrigerator were also ruined. All the furniture was ruined. The Bio One team, led by Andrew, had the entire apartment sparkling clean in under six hours. The tenant was a smoker, and everything was covered in a haze of yellow tobacco smoke residue, so they scrubbed down the ceiling and walls, and sealed the concrete floor against odors. I cannot recommend them enough! It would have taken us days - if not weeks - to even come close the same results. Worth every penny!

Great company to work with if highly recommend! My sister passed away and left a house full of stuff and animal feces and smells. This company was great to work with. The staff was professional and the owner was upfront about cost. They did an amazing job and saved me some money by getting done sooner than quoted.

The Bio One team was headed by Andrew and included Chelsea, Maggie and Will. They all performed their tasks with enthusiasm and efficiency. All four worked without any need for instruction and took a break mid-morning, a short lunch and in mid-afternoon. Their cellphones were left outside so there were no I interruptions. They were all friendly and included us when questions arose. Two days after they completed the job I received a check-in call from Andrew asking if there were any questions. I was so impressed with your crew. They worked so quickly and efficiently. They found and are still finding things on my list. They're even finding things I either forgot or didn't really remember. I'm enjoying going through the pictures and posting them on Facebook for the family to see the pictures. They even found my oldest brother's baby shoes and he would have been 74 this year. That's just a few things they found. I could go on with things they found. My nephew came the first day and we were texting that night. He texted that they were professional and it's hard to find those kinds of employees. The dumpster service I used asked for their business card because he was going to recommend them for jobs. He told me that he's been on sites that the workers are sitting there when he leaves to dump the dumpster and comes back and they're still sitting there. He said when he comes to my house, your team already has things sitting out and ready to fill the dumpsters again.

I just recently had this company clean out of house for me. They were extremely professional and well worth the cost. Great group to work with and I would recommend them over and over again. Jonathan and Andrew were amazing to work with and even when we had a hiccup they took care of everything. The house looks absolutely wonderful. God Bless them for the work they do! If you are considering getting work done, I would recommend having Bio-One Dayton do the dirty work for you.

We had a situation at our rental property that required Bio Hazard clean up. Andrew was my point of contact at Bio-one and I couldn't be more happy with the service he and his team provided. Bio-One Dayton performed CoVid-19 compliant FDA approved disinfecting services for DATV and they did it the very day I called! Their crew arrived earlier than we expected, were professional and courteous, and got the job done in less than a couple of hours. The cost was equally satisfactory, we are a small nonprofit hit hard economically by the pandemic and Bio-One Dayton provided us a 10% non-profit discount that we really appreciated.
