This led to sites about the best ways to start cleaning when u dont know where to start, followed by links for downloading lists of tips about cleaning and and before I knew it I was trying to figure out whether I had gotten to the extreme that one would consider me a hoarder.... I became so overwhelmed by the end I was in a more hopless mindset then when I began! I was left staring at a list of companies in the area for hoarders. I came across the statement "People first, business second" and this stood out to me. After I hit the send button in my email, I told myself I couldn't be any worse off were nothing to come from my desperate cry for help. Turns out that was the best decision I ever made. And even better for one in my state of depression, I had accomplished this still sitting on my couch. The response I recieved was sincere, genuine understanding and the help I had been searching for the previously months in just a few days,was there. I not only had hands to help me LITERALLY get things moving, but I also had someone who had their own experiences- who had not just seen it before, but had been there before. No judgement, complete patience, pure support and encoragement- there for ME in whatever task I felt was important. Grieving the death of a family member is hard enough, and handling the aftermath of such can be overwhelming. When my father passed away at home, Bio-One Dayton was able to perform a thorough clean-up of the house within a few days. Jonathan and Andrew, who led the clean-up process, were both amazing, kind, patient, and professional. Bio-One Dayton was very professional and quick w my garage clean out service!!!! Andrew and his coworker worked quickly and had 33yrs of a garage mess cleaned up and hauled off in abt 6 hours!! We filled up a whole dumpster full!! I was able to give the ok in what to get rid of and what to save. They sorted everything well and put it all back VERY organized!! I have “found” things now I forgot I even had!!!!! I wldnt hesitate to give them my business again w any clean out or and of their wide variety of services! I highly recommend!!

I was so impressed with your crew. They worked so quickly and efficiently. They found and are still finding things on my list. They're even finding things I either forgot or didn't really remember. I'm enjoying going through the pictures and posting them on Facebook for the family to see the pictures. They even found my oldest brother's baby shoes and he would have been 74 this year. That's just a few things they found. I could go on with things they found. My nephew came the first day and we were texting that night. He texted that they were professional and it's hard to find those kinds of employees. The dumpster service I used asked for their business card because he was going to recommend them for jobs. He told me that he's been on sites that the workers are sitting there when he leaves to dump the dumpster and comes back and they're still sitting there. He said when he comes to my house, your team already has things sitting out and ready to fill the dumpsters again.

I cannot heap enough praise onto Bio-One of Dayton. They are literal life changers. My father was a chronic hoarder, so when he passed away, I was beside myself knowing how to deal with the piles and piles of stuff everywhere. Enter Bio-One! Not only are they professional, flexible, and diligent, they are lightning fast and, quite frankly, performed miracles. Because of work reasons, I only had three weeks with which to clear the house, yet even so Bio-One was able to handle the job. Almost everything in the house has been taken care of, and a significant amount of it went to charity (something that was important to me!). And their staff are inscrutably honest; they will look for anything of value and turn it over to you. I never had a worry with them on the job and could trust them to work even if I wasn't able to be there. Without them, I would probably only be another room or two (at best) finished, still unable to see the light at the other end of the tunnel. But with Bio-One, I could begin to see that light so quickly. They are a pleasure to work with. And I would recommend them unequivocally to anyone.
