My Life was in Chaos and I need Big Help. It was destroying my family so I went hunting online for help. I applied EVERYWHERE. MYGod! the responses WERE NOT COMING. except for one. Even tho my kitchen and bathroom were clean just needed help with my clutter.the fact is is was a hoard that simply caught fire a nightmare that had come true. My family deserved a fresh start and we got just that. klarissa and heather are the fastest hard worker that absolutely deserve the world. Their sweet disposition and Kind hearts just made me feel at peace. No Judgment , just likey family coming to help me. It was sad to see them leave. Girls my family will cherich you forever. I cannot heap enough praise onto Bio-One of Dayton. They are literal life changers. My father was a chronic hoarder, so when he passed away, I was beside myself knowing how to deal with the piles and piles of stuff everywhere. Enter Bio-One! Not only are they professional, flexible, and diligent, they are lightning fast and, quite frankly, performed miracles. Because of work reasons, I only had three weeks with which to clear the house, yet even so Bio-One was able to handle the job. Almost everything in the house has been taken care of, and a significant amount of it went to charity (something that was important to me!). And their staff are inscrutably honest; they will look for anything of value and turn it over to you. I never had a worry with them on the job and could trust them to work even if I wasn't able to be there. Without them, I would probably only be another room or two (at best) finished, still unable to see the light at the other end of the tunnel. But with Bio-One, I could begin to see that light so quickly. They are a pleasure to work with. And I would recommend them unequivocally to anyone.

Bio-One Dayton performed CoVid-19 compliant FDA approved disinfecting services for DATV and they did it the very day I called! Their crew arrived earlier than we expected, were professional and courteous, and got the job done in less than a couple of hours. The cost was equally satisfactory, we are a small nonprofit hit hard economically by the pandemic and Bio-One Dayton provided us a 10% non-profit discount that we really appreciated. We would recommend Bio-One Dayton unreservedly.

Braxton and his team did an amazing job with a hoarding cleanup and helped with feces removal. Very professional and discreet. They went above and beyond and made a difficult situation at least a small bit easier. Thank you!

Great company to work with if highly recommend! My sister passed away and left a house full of stuff and animal feces and smells. This company was great to work with. The staff was professional and the owner was upfront about cost. They did an amazing job and saved me some money by getting done sooner than quoted.

I just recently had this company clean out of house for me. They were extremely professional and well worth the cost. Great group to work with and I would recommend them over and over again. Jonathan and Andrew were amazing to work with and even when we had a hiccup they took care of everything. The house looks absolutely wonderful. God Bless them for the work they do! We had a situation at our rental property that required Bio Hazard clean up. Andrew was my point of contact at Bio-one and I couldn't be more happy with the service he and his team provided. Bio-One Dayton was very professional and quick w my garage clean out service!!!! Andrew and his coworker worked quickly and had 33yrs of a garage mess cleaned up and hauled off in abt 6 hours!! We filled up a whole dumpster full!! I was able to give the ok in what to get rid of and what to save. They sorted everything well and put it all back VERY organized!! I have “found” things now I forgot I even had!!!!! I wldnt hesitate to give them my business again w any clean out or and of their wide variety of services! I highly recommend!!

The Bio One team was headed by Andrew and included Chelsea, Maggie and Will. They all performed their tasks with enthusiasm and efficiency. All four worked without any need for instruction and took a break mid-morning, a short lunch and in mid-afternoon. Their cellphones were left outside so there were no I interruptions. They were all friendly and included us when questions arose. Two days after they completed the job I received a check-in call from Andrew asking if there were any questions.
