Bio-One Dayton made a bad experience with our rental property, bearable and fixable. From the initial call with Jonathan, meeting with Kaitlyn for the estimate, work status updates from Andrew and the final walk through with Andrew, the quality of work and services performed by Bio-One was excellent.

I just recently had this company clean out of house for me. They were extremely professional and well worth the cost. Great group to work with and I would recommend them over and over again. Jonathan and Andrew were amazing to work with and even when we had a hiccup they took care of everything. The house looks absolutely wonderful. God Bless them for the work they do! If you are considering getting work done, I would recommend having Bio-One Dayton do the dirty work for you.

Shelby and her Team (Braxton, Will & Heather) excuse the spelling but they did an amazing job of cleaning and clearing years of STUFF from my Mother's house. My Life was in Chaos and I need Big Help. It was destroying my family so I went hunting online for help. I applied EVERYWHERE. MYGod! the responses WERE NOT COMING. except for one. They were concerns about us as a family and came thru with a team that was not only caring and concerned but DOWNRIGHT LOVING. Ibwasnso very nervous they would think we were a nasty family. Even tho my kitchen and bathroom were clean just needed help with my clutter.the fact is is was a hoard that simply caught fire a nightmare that had come true. My family deserved a fresh start and we got just that. klarissa and heather are the fastest hard worker that absolutely deserve the world. Their sweet disposition and Kind hearts just made me feel at peace. No Judgment , just likey family coming to help me. It was sad to see them leave. Girls my family will cherich you forever. Great company to work with if highly recommend! My sister passed away and left a house full of stuff and animal feces and smells. This company was great to work with. The staff was professional and the owner was upfront about cost. They did an amazing job and saved me some money by getting done sooner than quoted.

We hired Bio One of Dayton to help with a clean out an apartment where the tenant (a family member) had unfortunately experienced a serious mental breakdown and had not cleaned or taken out the trash at all in several months. There was garbage everywhere, the carpet and kitchen floor were ruined, the kitchen sink base, stove and refrigerator were also ruined. All the furniture was ruined. The Bio One team, led by Andrew, had the entire apartment sparkling clean in under six hours. The tenant was a smoker, and everything was covered in a haze of yellow tobacco smoke residue, so they scrubbed down the ceiling and walls, and sealed the concrete floor against odors. I cannot recommend them enough! It would have taken us days - if not weeks - to even come close the same results. Worth every penny!
