Meet Jonathan and Samantha Schaffer, the owners of Bio-One of Dayton. Jonathan grew up in Centerville, OH and worked as a Firefighter/Paramedic in Washington Township for almost a decade. Samantha grew up in West Middletown, OH and has been an RN for the past 19 years. This married couple has a passion for helping others as seen by their previous careers. Because of this, they chose to be part of Bio-One so that they could continue helping people on some of the worst days of their lives.
Bio-one was great to work with. They remedied my mold issues in my basement quickly and affordably.

I cannot heap enough praise onto Bio-One of Dayton. They are literal life changers. My father was a chronic hoarder, so when he passed away, I was beside myself knowing how to deal with the piles and piles of stuff everywhere. Enter Bio-One! Not only are they professional, flexible, and diligent, they are lightning fast and, quite frankly, performed miracles. Because of work reasons, I only had three weeks with which to clear the house, yet even so Bio-One was able to handle the job. Almost everything in the house has been taken care of, and a significant amount of it went to charity (something that was important to me!). And their staff are inscrutably honest; they will look for anything of value and turn it over to you. I never had a worry with them on the job and could trust them to work even if I wasn't able to be there. Without them, I would probably only be another room or two (at best) finished, still unable to see the light at the other end of the tunnel. But with Bio-One, I could begin to see that light so quickly. They are a pleasure to work with. And I would recommend them unequivocally to anyone.

I was so impressed with your crew. They worked so quickly and efficiently. They found and are still finding things on my list. They're even finding things I either forgot or didn't really remember. I'm enjoying going through the pictures and posting them on Facebook for the family to see the pictures. They even found my oldest brother's baby shoes and he would have been 74 this year. That's just a few things they found. I could go on with things they found. My nephew came the first day and we were texting that night. He texted that they were professional and it's hard to find those kinds of employees. The dumpster service I used asked for their business card because he was going to recommend them for jobs. He told me that he's been on sites that the workers are sitting there when he leaves to dump the dumpster and comes back and they're still sitting there. He said when he comes to my house, your team already has things sitting out and ready to fill the dumpsters again.

The Bio One team was headed by Andrew and included Chelsea, Maggie and Will. They all performed their tasks with enthusiasm and efficiency. All four worked without any need for instruction and took a break mid-morning, a short lunch and in mid-afternoon. Their cellphones were left outside so there were no I interruptions. They were all friendly and included us when questions arose. Two days after they completed the job I received a check-in call from Andrew asking if there were any questions. Bio-One Dayton performed CoVid-19 compliant FDA approved disinfecting services for DATV and they did it the very day I called! Their crew arrived earlier than we expected, were professional and courteous, and got the job done in less than a couple of hours. The cost was equally satisfactory, we are a small nonprofit hit hard economically by the pandemic and Bio-One Dayton provided us a 10% non-profit discount that we really appreciated.
