Meet Jonathan and Samantha Schaffer, the owners of Bio-One of Dayton. Jonathan grew up in Centerville, OH and worked as a Firefighter/Paramedic in Washington Township for almost a decade. Samantha grew up in West Middletown, OH and has been an RN for the past 19 years. This married couple has a passion for helping others as seen by their previous careers. Because of this, they chose to be part of Bio-One so that they could continue helping people on some of the worst days of their lives.
Jonathan was very professional and his company did a great job of removing trash and a bad cat odor from our condo. He thoroughly explained the procedure and answered all of my questions.

Bio-One Dayton was very professional and quick w my garage clean out service!!!! Andrew and his coworker worked quickly and had 33yrs of a garage mess cleaned up and hauled off in abt 6 hours!! We filled up a whole dumpster full!! I was able to give the ok in what to get rid of and what to save. They sorted everything well and put it all back VERY organized!! I cannot heap enough praise onto Bio-One of Dayton. They are literal life changers. My father was a chronic hoarder, so when he passed away, I was beside myself knowing how to deal with the piles and piles of stuff everywhere. Enter Bio-One! Not only are they professional, flexible, and diligent, they are lightning fast and, quite frankly, performed miracles. Because of work reasons, I only had three weeks with which to clear the house, yet even so Bio-One was able to handle the job. Almost everything in the house has been taken care of, and a significant amount of it went to charity (something that was important to me!). And their staff are inscrutably honest; they will look for anything of value and turn it over to you. I never had a worry with them on the job and could trust them to work even if I wasn't able to be there. Without them, I would probably only be another room or two (at best) finished, still unable to see the light at the other end of the tunnel. But with Bio-One, I could begin to see that light so quickly. They are a pleasure to work with. And I would recommend them unequivocally to anyone.
