We hired Bio One of Dayton to help with a clean out an apartment where the tenant (a family member) had unfortunately experienced a serious mental breakdown and had not cleaned or taken out the trash at all in several months. There was garbage everywhere, the carpet and kitchen floor were ruined, the kitchen sink base, stove and refrigerator were also ruined. All the furniture was ruined. The Bio One team, led by Andrew, had the entire apartment sparkling clean in under six hours. The tenant was a smoker, and everything was covered in a haze of yellow tobacco smoke residue, so they scrubbed down the ceiling and walls, and sealed the concrete floor against odors. I cannot recommend them enough! It would have taken us days - if not weeks - to even come close the same results. Worth every penny!

Shelby and her Team (Braxton, Will & Heather) excuse the spelling but they did an amazing job of cleaning and clearing years of STUFF from my Mother's house. Grieving the death of a family member is hard enough, and handling the aftermath of such can be overwhelming. When my father passed away at home, Bio-One Dayton was able to perform a thorough clean-up of the house within a few days. Bio-One Dayton was very professional and quick w my garage clean out service!!!! Andrew and his coworker worked quickly and had 33yrs of a garage mess cleaned up and hauled off in abt 6 hours!! We filled up a whole dumpster full!! I was able to give the ok in what to get rid of and what to save. They sorted everything well and put it all back VERY organized!! I have “found” things now I forgot I even had!!!!! I wldnt hesitate to give them my business again w any clean out or and of their wide variety of services! I highly recommend!!

The Bio One team was headed by Andrew and included Chelsea, Maggie and Will. They all performed their tasks with enthusiasm and efficiency. All four worked without any need for instruction and took a break mid-morning, a short lunch and in mid-afternoon. Their cellphones were left outside so there were no I interruptions. They were all friendly and included us when questions arose. Two days after they completed the job I received a check-in call from Andrew asking if there were any questions.
