And even better for one in my state of depression, I had accomplished this still sitting on my couch. I not only had hands to help me LITERALLY get things moving, but I also had someone who had their own experiences- who had not just seen it before, but had been there before. No judgement, complete patience, pure support and encoragement- there for ME in whatever task I felt was important. Bio-One Dayton performed CoVid-19 compliant FDA approved disinfecting services for DATV and they did it the very day I called! Their crew arrived earlier than we expected, were professional and courteous, and got the job done in less than a couple of hours. The cost was equally satisfactory, we are a small nonprofit hit hard economically by the pandemic and Bio-One Dayton provided us a 10% non-profit discount that we really appreciated. We hired Bio One of Dayton to help with a clean out an apartment where the tenant (a family member) had unfortunately experienced a serious mental breakdown and had not cleaned or taken out the trash at all in several months. There was garbage everywhere, the carpet and kitchen floor were ruined, the kitchen sink base, stove and refrigerator were also ruined. All the furniture was ruined. The Bio One team, led by Andrew, had the entire apartment sparkling clean in under six hours. The tenant was a smoker, and everything was covered in a haze of yellow tobacco smoke residue, so they scrubbed down the ceiling and walls, and sealed the concrete floor against odors. I cannot recommend them enough! It would have taken us days - if not weeks - to even come close the same results. Worth every penny!

I was so impressed with your crew. They worked so quickly and efficiently. They found and are still finding things on my list. They're even finding things I either forgot or didn't really remember. I'm enjoying going through the pictures and posting them on Facebook for the family to see the pictures. They even found my oldest brother's baby shoes and he would have been 74 this year. That's just a few things they found. I could go on with things they found. My nephew came the first day and we were texting that night. He texted that they were professional and it's hard to find those kinds of employees. The dumpster service I used asked for their business card because he was going to recommend them for jobs. He told me that he's been on sites that the workers are sitting there when he leaves to dump the dumpster and comes back and they're still sitting there. He said when he comes to my house, your team already has things sitting out and ready to fill the dumpsters again.

The Bio One team was headed by Andrew and included Chelsea, Maggie and Will. They all performed their tasks with enthusiasm and efficiency. All four worked without any need for instruction and took a break mid-morning, a short lunch and in mid-afternoon. Their cellphones were left outside so there were no I interruptions. They were all friendly and included us when questions arose. Two days after they completed the job I received a check-in call from Andrew asking if there were any questions.
