I just recently had this company clean out of house for me. They were extremely professional and well worth the cost. Great group to work with and I would recommend them over and over again. Jonathan and Andrew were amazing to work with and even when we had a hiccup they took care of everything. The house looks absolutely wonderful. God Bless them for the work they do! If you are considering getting work done, I would recommend having Bio-One Dayton do the dirty work for you.

My Life was in Chaos and I need Big Help. It was destroying my family so I went hunting online for help. I applied EVERYWHERE. MYGod! the responses WERE NOT COMING. except for one. They were concerns about us as a family and came thru with a team that was not only caring and concerned but DOWNRIGHT LOVING. Ibwasnso very nervous they would think we were a nasty family. Even tho my kitchen and bathroom were clean just needed help with my clutter.the fact is is was a hoard that simply caught fire a nightmare that had come true. My family deserved a fresh start and we got just that. klarissa and heather are the fastest hard worker that absolutely deserve the world. Their sweet disposition and Kind hearts just made me feel at peace. No Judgment , just likey family coming to help me. It was sad to see them leave. Girls my family will cherich you forever. I cannot heap enough praise onto Bio-One of Dayton. They are literal life changers. My father was a chronic hoarder, so when he passed away, I was beside myself knowing how to deal with the piles and piles of stuff everywhere. Enter Bio-One! Not only are they professional, flexible, and diligent, they are lightning fast and, quite frankly, performed miracles. Because of work reasons, I only had three weeks with which to clear the house, yet even so Bio-One was able to handle the job. Almost everything in the house has been taken care of, and a significant amount of it went to charity (something that was important to me!). And their staff are inscrutably honest; they will look for anything of value and turn it over to you. I never had a worry with them on the job and could trust them to work even if I wasn't able to be there. Without them, I would probably only be another room or two (at best) finished, still unable to see the light at the other end of the tunnel. But with Bio-One, I could begin to see that light so quickly. They are a pleasure to work with. And I would recommend them unequivocally to anyone.

Bio-One Dayton provided excellent customer service with outstanding professionalism and communication; among the best I have ever experienced. Andrew and his crew were fantastic, their positive attitude, strong work ethic, and consistent effort to seek our perspective and keep us informed throughout the process was much appreciated. My sister and I enjoyed working with everyone and were grateful for their help guiding us through an unexpected and difficult situation.

Jonathan was very professional and his company did a great job of removing trash and a bad cat odor from our condo. He thoroughly explained the procedure and answered all of my questions.

I was so impressed with your crew. They worked so quickly and efficiently. They found and are still finding things on my list. They're even finding things I either forgot or didn't really remember. I'm enjoying going through the pictures and posting them on Facebook for the family to see the pictures. They even found my oldest brother's baby shoes and he would have been 74 this year. That's just a few things they found. I could go on with things they found. My nephew came the first day and we were texting that night. He texted that they were professional and it's hard to find those kinds of employees. The dumpster service I used asked for their business card because he was going to recommend them for jobs. He told me that he's been on sites that the workers are sitting there when he leaves to dump the dumpster and comes back and they're still sitting there. He said when he comes to my house, your team already has things sitting out and ready to fill the dumpsters again.

Great company to work with if highly recommend! My sister passed away and left a house full of stuff and animal feces and smells. This company was great to work with. The staff was professional and the owner was upfront about cost. They did an amazing job and saved me some money by getting done sooner than quoted.
