Bio-One Dayton made a bad experience with our rental property, bearable and fixable. Great company to work with if highly recommend! My sister passed away and left a house full of stuff and animal feces and smells. This company was great to work with. The staff was professional and the owner was upfront about cost. They did an amazing job and saved me some money by getting done sooner than quoted.

Bio-One Dayton was very professional and quick w my garage clean out service!!!! Andrew and his coworker worked quickly and had 33yrs of a garage mess cleaned up and hauled off in abt 6 hours!! We filled up a whole dumpster full!! I was able to give the ok in what to get rid of and what to save. They sorted everything well and put it all back VERY organized!! I have “found” things now I forgot I even had!!!!! I wldnt hesitate to give them my business again w any clean out or and of their wide variety of services! I highly recommend!!
