Great company to work with if highly recommend! My sister passed away and left a house full of stuff and animal feces and smells. This company was great to work with. The staff was professional and the owner was upfront about cost. They did an amazing job and saved me some money by getting done sooner than quoted.

I became so overwhelmed by the end I was in a more hopless mindset then when I began! I was left staring at a list of companies in the area for hoarders. After I hit the send button in my email, I told myself I couldn't be any worse off were nothing to come from my desperate cry for help. Turns out that was the best decision I ever made. And even better for one in my state of depression, I had accomplished this still sitting on my couch. The response I recieved was sincere, genuine understanding and the help I had been searching for the previously months in just a few days,was there. I not only had hands to help me LITERALLY get things moving, but I also had someone who had their own experiences- who had not just seen it before, but had been there before. No judgement, complete patience, pure support and encoragement- there for ME in whatever task I felt was important. Reguardless your situation, finances, or ammount of support around- nothing can change untill you start somewhere. Stop saying "one day" and make today "day one". Bio-One Dayton made a bad experience with our rental property, bearable and fixable. From the initial call with Jonathan, meeting with Kaitlyn for the estimate, work status updates from Andrew and the final walk through with Andrew, the quality of work and services performed by Bio-One was excellent.

Bio-One Dayton performed CoVid-19 compliant FDA approved disinfecting services for DATV and they did it the very day I called! Their crew arrived earlier than we expected, were professional and courteous, and got the job done in less than a couple of hours. The cost was equally satisfactory, we are a small nonprofit hit hard economically by the pandemic and Bio-One Dayton provided us a 10% non-profit discount that we really appreciated. I cannot heap enough praise onto Bio-One of Dayton. They are literal life changers. My father was a chronic hoarder, so when he passed away, I was beside myself knowing how to deal with the piles and piles of stuff everywhere. Enter Bio-One! Not only are they professional, flexible, and diligent, they are lightning fast and, quite frankly, performed miracles. Because of work reasons, I only had three weeks with which to clear the house, yet even so Bio-One was able to handle the job. Almost everything in the house has been taken care of, and a significant amount of it went to charity (something that was important to me!). And their staff are inscrutably honest; they will look for anything of value and turn it over to you. I never had a worry with them on the job and could trust them to work even if I wasn't able to be there. Without them, I would probably only be another room or two (at best) finished, still unable to see the light at the other end of the tunnel.
