Bio-One Dayton performed CoVid-19 compliant FDA approved disinfecting services for DATV and they did it the very day I called! Their crew arrived earlier than we expected, were professional and courteous, and got the job done in less than a couple of hours. The cost was equally satisfactory, we are a small nonprofit hit hard economically by the pandemic and Bio-One Dayton provided us a 10% non-profit discount that we really appreciated. We hired Bio One of Dayton to help with a clean out an apartment where the tenant (a family member) had unfortunately experienced a serious mental breakdown and had not cleaned or taken out the trash at all in several months. There was garbage everywhere, the carpet and kitchen floor were ruined, the kitchen sink base, stove and refrigerator were also ruined. All the furniture was ruined. The Bio One team, led by Andrew, had the entire apartment sparkling clean in under six hours. The tenant was a smoker, and everything was covered in a haze of yellow tobacco smoke residue, so they scrubbed down the ceiling and walls, and sealed the concrete floor against odors. I cannot recommend them enough! It would have taken us days - if not weeks - to even come close the same results. Worth every penny!

I was so impressed with your crew. They worked so quickly and efficiently. They found and are still finding things on my list. They're even finding things I either forgot or didn't really remember. I'm enjoying going through the pictures and posting them on Facebook for the family to see the pictures. They even found my oldest brother's baby shoes and he would have been 74 this year. That's just a few things they found. I could go on with things they found. My nephew came the first day and we were texting that night. He texted that they were professional and it's hard to find those kinds of employees. The dumpster service I used asked for their business card because he was going to recommend them for jobs. He told me that he's been on sites that the workers are sitting there when he leaves to dump the dumpster and comes back and they're still sitting there. He said when he comes to my house, your team already has things sitting out and ready to fill the dumpsters again.

When my father passed away at home, Bio-One Dayton was able to perform a thorough clean-up of the house within a few days. Jonathan and Andrew, who led the clean-up process, were both amazing, kind, patient, and professional. When our insurance company denied the claim for the clean-up, Jonathan and Bio-One Dayton fought for our case and were able to get the claim accepted. They have lifted a huge weight off our shoulders not only immediately following my father's death, but also through their continued support and communication during the claims/payment process.

I cannot heap enough praise onto Bio-One of Dayton. They are literal life changers. My father was a chronic hoarder, so when he passed away, I was beside myself knowing how to deal with the piles and piles of stuff everywhere. Enter Bio-One! Not only are they professional, flexible, and diligent, they are lightning fast and, quite frankly, performed miracles. Because of work reasons, I only had three weeks with which to clear the house, yet even so Bio-One was able to handle the job. Almost everything in the house has been taken care of, and a significant amount of it went to charity (something that was important to me!). And their staff are inscrutably honest; they will look for anything of value and turn it over to you. I never had a worry with them on the job and could trust them to work even if I wasn't able to be there. Without them, I would probably only be another room or two (at best) finished, still unable to see the light at the other end of the tunnel. But with Bio-One, I could begin to see that light so quickly. They are a pleasure to work with. And I would recommend them unequivocally to anyone.
