Grieving the death of a family member is hard enough, and handling the aftermath of such can be overwhelming. When my father passed away at home, Bio-One Dayton was able to perform a thorough clean-up of the house within a few days. Jonathan and Andrew, who led the clean-up process, were both amazing, kind, patient, and professional. When our insurance company denied the claim for the clean-up, Jonathan and Bio-One Dayton fought for our case and were able to get the claim accepted. We hired Bio One of Dayton to help with a clean out an apartment where the tenant (a family member) had unfortunately experienced a serious mental breakdown and had not cleaned or taken out the trash at all in several months. There was garbage everywhere, the carpet and kitchen floor were ruined, the kitchen sink base, stove and refrigerator were also ruined. All the furniture was ruined. The Bio One team, led by Andrew, had the entire apartment sparkling clean in under six hours. The tenant was a smoker, and everything was covered in a haze of yellow tobacco smoke residue, so they scrubbed down the ceiling and walls, and sealed the concrete floor against odors. I cannot recommend them enough! It would have taken us days - if not weeks - to even come close the same results. Worth every penny!
