I can't express how awesome of an experience it was to have witnessed what this company is capable of doing. In two days they turned a nightmare into a new positive outlook for me. Danny, Chase, Oscar and Toby were very professional and made it easy on me. The owner Ryan is a very compassionate helpful man who also made this experience very easy. I can not recommend these guys enough.

Bio-One Delaware is an amazing company! From the moment we called and explained the house clean up that we were facing, Ryan put us at ease. We knew we made the right call. The consultation was done within a day, was more than thorough, and we had an estimate soon thereafter. We were always in touch with updates to schedules and expectations, daily plans, and updates to those plans. The staff including Dan, Oscar, Toby, and Ashley were super efficient, professional, and just about the nicest people you could ever meet. They always made sure we were doing ok, asked questions if they needed, and more than anything else were more than friendly throughout the 3 days making the environment awesome. The house looks amazing. We couldn't be more grateful for the work that you did and how you put our family at ease throughout the entire process. Making the call to your company and working with you was the best decision we could have made!

We bought a second home in delaware and when we returned for the summer recently we found a field mouse infestation. We called bio one and Ryan came out to assess the situation. He was very knowledgeable and talked us off the ledge by providing clear description of their services and giving us the confidence that we could feel comfortable in our home again. The sanitization and cleaning options were just what we were looking for to insure our health safety and sanity. You will not be disappointed. Ryan worked with us to discuss the most effective and cost efficient ways to bring our home back to habitable and he did his job with compassion because for certain I was a mess! Highly recommended!

House went from uninhabitable back to desirable in just 4 days! The crew worked very hard, despite a couple of illnesses among co-workers. They went above and beyond, even jumping in the dumpster when I thought I threw something out that I shouldn't have. Such dedication and always had smiles on their faces.

My service was performed in 2022, however the review ended up on the company's corporate site in Colorado. I had mentioned it was Delaware BioOne and the corporate office was happy to hear a positive review for that location. I am doing a copy and paste of that review because of the fantastic service Ryan provided and I want to make sure other local people considering this company knows the experience and quality of work was exceptional. Dan took my original call , kept in contact with me, arrived when expected and explained the cleanup process and what to expect and what couldn’t be restored and why. He worked with me on items I wanted to try and save. He and his assistant were very polite, friendly, helpful and respectful of the situation and my dad’s home. For the most part I was very satisfied with the cleanup. There were a few residual issues that I found that I needed to clean myself as my dad’s return date was possibly imminent . For the most part, I think these residual issues may have been due to the small size of the room versus the number of larger pieces of furniture in the area to be cleaned. When i spoke to Dan about my concerns and the reasons for not having him return to remediate the issues, he understood and worked with me re: the fee. He was extremely professional thru out the entire process and he and his assistant are great assets to and representatives for Bio-One of Delaware. I would use Bio-One of Delaware again and refer my friends to them.

This is a company you hope you never need but when you do, you’re grateful they not only exist but give prompt, professional service. Our sewage cleanup, which had to be done over several visits, was done well and Ryan kept us informed along the way as well as handling insurance claim for us. Team members Oscar and Toby were great to work with. Highly recommend.
