Where to start..Bio-One Delaware came to our rescue almost immediately , on a Friday despite a heavy schedule.First, Ryan was so helpful on all aspects what to expect of the job.He sent his lead Dan who brought with him Oscar, Freedom and later Christian and they did a magnificent job of cleaning up a very nasty sewage problem. They were fast, efficient, considerate,and so polite. I could go on forever. If something happens this is the team to call!!!!! We are forever grateful to all of them!

I had a waste issue that prevented my AC and plumbing company from fixing a sewage pipe. Ryan immediately sent his crew (Oscar and Toby), and they were able to remove the waste so the plumber could replace the pipe in a crawl space. Oscar and Toby worked so hard they passed up a meal to complete the job. When something like this happens you feel helpless because you're limited to companies who specialize in this removal. Bio-One was a life saver.

Thank you and your crew so much for helping me out with the clean out of my grandfather's house. Ryan, your crew is amazing. I still can't believe that 12 dumpsters of stuff came out of that house.Thank you for your empathy and understanding throughout the entire project.

Dan took my original call , kept in contact with me, arrived when expected and explained the cleanup process and what to expect and what couldn’t be restored and why. He worked with me on items I wanted to try and save. He and his assistant were very polite, friendly, helpful and respectful of the situation and my dad’s home. For the most part I was very satisfied with the cleanup. There were a few residual issues that I found that I needed to clean myself as my dad’s return date was possibly imminent . For the most part, I think these residual issues may have been due to the small size of the room versus the number of larger pieces of furniture in the area to be cleaned. When i spoke to Dan about my concerns and the reasons for not having him return to remediate the issues, he understood and worked with me re: the fee. He was extremely professional thru out the entire process and he and his assistant are great assets to and representatives for Bio-One of Delaware. I would use Bio-One of Delaware again and refer my friends to them.

On the morning of 11/11, Dan, Tristan and Oscar came to my home to start the abatement work under my home. They wasted no time and got started on it, while Dan shared information about process of cleaning up the mess under my home. Two hours later, they got an emergency call and needed to leave for another job. Dan explained to me everything that was going on and that they would be back on Thursday to finish the job. On Thursday, Dan, Tristan and Freedom came and completed the work and again Dan shared all necessary information with me. What started out being a stressful situation was simplified by the outstanding employees of BioOne Delaware. Dan, Tristan, Oscar, and Freedom were professional, kind, helpful and diligent representatives of BioOne Delaware!!! I would give them 10 stars!!

Ryan's and his team did an amazing job helping a family member out in a difficult time. We appreciate all that you do.

This is a company you hope you never need but when you do, you’re grateful they not only exist but give prompt, professional service. Our sewage cleanup, which had to be done over several visits, was done well and Ryan kept us informed along the way as well as handling insurance claim for us. Team members Oscar and Toby were great to work with. Highly recommend.

Ryan (the owner) is extremely compassionate and beyond helpful. He helped us navigate our needs and the needs of the facility. Dan and Oscar arrived promptly and were not only efficient in carrying out the service but were genuinely caring people. They were extremely conscientious in their work and made sure we were taken care of. In an extremely stressful time in our life, they provided comfort. I can't recommend them highly enough. Not only are they great at providing service, but they all are truly beautiful human beings.

I give this group of respectful young people a 5 star out of 5! They were all so dedicated to their work! Great job Toby, Freedom, Oscar, Prison and Chris!
