My service was performed in 2022, however the review ended up on the company's corporate site in Colorado. I had mentioned it was Delaware BioOne and the corporate office was happy to hear a positive review for that location. I am doing a copy and paste of that review because of the fantastic service Ryan provided and I want to make sure other local people considering this company knows the experience and quality of work was exceptional. Bio-One Delaware is an amazing company! From the moment we called and explained the house clean up that we were facing, Ryan put us at ease. We knew we made the right call. The consultation was done within a day, was more than thorough, and we had an estimate soon thereafter. We were always in touch with updates to schedules and expectations, daily plans, and updates to those plans. The staff including Dan, Oscar, Toby, and Ashley were super efficient, professional, and just about the nicest people you could ever meet. They always made sure we were doing ok, asked questions if they needed, and more than anything else were more than friendly throughout the 3 days making the environment awesome. The house looks amazing. We couldn't be more grateful for the work that you did and how you put our family at ease throughout the entire process. Making the call to your company and working with you was the best decision we could have made!

I hired Bio-One to remove sewage from the crawlspace in my house, and they did an excellent job. They were prompt, professional, and thorough.
