House went from uninhabitable back to desirable in just 4 days! The crew worked very hard, despite a couple of illnesses among co-workers. They went above and beyond, even jumping in the dumpster when I thought I threw something out that I shouldn't have. Such dedication and always had smiles on their faces.

My husband was pretty immobile the last year of his life and spent most of his time in a recliner. The month before he died he was incontinent of both urine and feces. After he died his recliner reeked of urine. We tried everything we could think of to get rid of the odor but it was still there. I was afraid we were going to have to dispose of the chair. Finally I called Bio-one Delaware and spoke with Matt Lowe, the owner. He told me he would be glad to take a look at the chair but also warned me that urine was very difficult to get rid of. I decided to have him see what he could do and he came out and sprayed the chair with a pet and environment friendly substance. He covered the chair in plastic so the chemicals could be absorbed and came out the next day. I cannot detect the odor of urine any more! Matt was very professional--he came when he said he would be there and he followed up with me. His prices are very reasonable and I would not hesitate using him again and will tell my friends! Ryan, Kristi and "St. Nick" the man (LOL!) were just the Christmas miracle I needed! The past few years have been nothing but physical and mental turmoil in our lives due to family deaths, physical disabilities and personal health challenges. Ordinary household chores have become difficult and our tiny 2 bedroom apartment was slowly starting to turn into a hoarding situation. It was so overwhelming and I needed help quickly to declutter and restore order to our home while my husband was out having open-heart surgery. I wanted him to return home to a clean, non-chaotic environment, but did not have the physical strength or mental energy to do it on my own. One quick phone call to Bio-One saved the day! The very next day Ryan and Kristi viewed our apartment, gave me a reasonable quote, and within the same week accomplished in 3 days what would have taken me months to clear out and clean.
