I had a waste issue that prevented my AC and plumbing company from fixing a sewage pipe. Ryan immediately sent his crew (Oscar and Toby), and they were able to remove the waste so the plumber could replace the pipe in a crawl space. Oscar and Toby worked so hard they passed up a meal to complete the job. When something like this happens you feel helpless because you're limited to companies who specialize in this removal. Bio-One was a life saver.

This team did phenomenal work on a complicated drug remediation job for a large commercial space. They showed extreme attention to detail and dedication throughout the process, ensuring everywhere was properly cleaned. I appreciate Ryan, the owner, dispatching Dan and Oscar to the site. The team was not only professional but also incredibly personable, making the entire experience more comfortable. I was extremely impressed by their hard work and the outstanding results. Dan took my original call , kept in contact with me, arrived when expected and explained the cleanup process and what to expect and what couldn’t be restored and why. He worked with me on items I wanted to try and save. He and his assistant were very polite, friendly, helpful and respectful of the situation and my dad’s home. For the most part I was very satisfied with the cleanup. There were a few residual issues that I found that I needed to clean myself as my dad’s return date was possibly imminent . For the most part, I think these residual issues may have been due to the small size of the room versus the number of larger pieces of furniture in the area to be cleaned. When i spoke to Dan about my concerns and the reasons for not having him return to remediate the issues, he understood and worked with me re: the fee. He was extremely professional thru out the entire process and he and his assistant are great assets to and representatives for Bio-One of Delaware. I would use Bio-One of Delaware again and refer my friends to them.

Calling Ryan was one of many difficult phone calls I had to make after my late wife's unexpected passing. He, Nick, and Dan did an outstanding job helping me with the clean up after a very painful loss. Not only were they professional about it, they also treated me like I was friends or family during the entire process.

Tristan, Oscar, and Toby were fantastic and helped me out with a dire situation. Professional, empathetic, good guys. Bio-One of Delaware was very patient with our plumbers though-out the cleanup, did a great job cleaning out our crawlspace and replacing our liner, and were very helpful afterwards during the insurance claim process.

On the morning of 11/11, Dan, Tristan and Oscar came to my home to start the abatement work under my home. They wasted no time and got started on it, while Dan shared information about process of cleaning up the mess under my home. Two hours later, they got an emergency call and needed to leave for another job. Dan explained to me everything that was going on and that they would be back on Thursday to finish the job. On Thursday, Dan, Tristan and Freedom came and completed the work and again Dan shared all necessary information with me. What started out being a stressful situation was simplified by the outstanding employees of BioOne Delaware. Dan, Tristan, Oscar, and Freedom were professional, kind, helpful and diligent representatives of BioOne Delaware!!! I would give them 10 stars!!

I’m not sure how to begin to tell you how wonderful this company and this owner are. I lost my son, tragically and live several hours away. It was not safe or feasible to clean out his apartment. Ryan stepped in at one of the worst times of my life and helped us to reclaim a few of Colin’s belongings So that he would have something to remember him. Ryan was professional and compassionate, and I would recommend his team to anyone. In this crazy world we live in, I will never forget his kindness. Please consider his company for your needs. You won’t be disappointed.

This is a company you hope you never need but when you do, you’re grateful they not only exist but give prompt, professional service. Our sewage cleanup, which had to be done over several visits, was done well and Ryan kept us informed along the way as well as handling insurance claim for us. Team members Oscar and Toby were great to work with. Highly recommend.
