Ryan's and his team did an amazing job helping a family member out in a difficult time. We appreciate all that you do.

On the morning of 11/11, Dan, Tristan and Oscar came to my home to start the abatement work under my home. They wasted no time and got started on it, while Dan shared information about process of cleaning up the mess under my home. Two hours later, they got an emergency call and needed to leave for another job. Dan explained to me everything that was going on and that they would be back on Thursday to finish the job. On Thursday, Dan, Tristan and Freedom came and completed the work and again Dan shared all necessary information with me. What started out being a stressful situation was simplified by the outstanding employees of BioOne Delaware. Dan, Tristan, Oscar, and Freedom were professional, kind, helpful and diligent representatives of BioOne Delaware!!! I would give them 10 stars!!

Calling Ryan was one of many difficult phone calls I had to make after my late wife's unexpected passing. He, Nick, and Dan did an outstanding job helping me with the clean up after a very painful loss. Not only were they professional about it, they also treated me like I was friends or family during the entire process.

Dan took my original call , kept in contact with me, arrived when expected and explained the cleanup process and what to expect and what couldn’t be restored and why. He worked with me on items I wanted to try and save. He and his assistant were very polite, friendly, helpful and respectful of the situation and my dad’s home. For the most part I was very satisfied with the cleanup. There were a few residual issues that I found that I needed to clean myself as my dad’s return date was possibly imminent . For the most part, I think these residual issues may have been due to the small size of the room versus the number of larger pieces of furniture in the area to be cleaned. When i spoke to Dan about my concerns and the reasons for not having him return to remediate the issues, he understood and worked with me re: the fee. He was extremely professional thru out the entire process and he and his assistant are great assets to and representatives for Bio-One of Delaware. I would use Bio-One of Delaware again and refer my friends to them.

I want to personally recommend Bio-One of Delaware for their outstanding cleanup services. What truly stands out is their compassion and their ability to handle what can be a very uncomfortable situation with a friendly and caring approach. My service was performed in 2022, however the review ended up on the company's corporate site in Colorado. I had mentioned it was Delaware BioOne and the corporate office was happy to hear a positive review for that location. I am doing a copy and paste of that review because of the fantastic service Ryan provided and I want to make sure other local people considering this company knows the experience and quality of work was exceptional. House went from uninhabitable back to desirable in just 4 days! The crew worked very hard, despite a couple of illnesses among co-workers. They went above and beyond, even jumping in the dumpster when I thought I threw something out that I shouldn't have. Such dedication and always had smiles on their faces.

Great job cleaning out my shed!! Tristen and Freedom were outstanding!

What can I say about Ryan and his team, I called on the weekend and had prompt service. The whole team was remarkable about our situation. They were courteous, polite and understanding. Also highly efficient. When it came to cleaning out the townhouse they worked like a well oiled machine. Dan, Oscar and Chase had the entire 3 floors cleaned out in no time. The guys were top notch. Hopefully I never have to do this again but if I do, I would be making my first call to them

I can’t say enough GREAT things about Bio One! Ryan, Christy, Dan, Toby, Tristan, Freedom are just wonderful! I lost my husband, was in the midst of downsizing and preparing for a move when I suffered a significant physical set back after two open heart surgeries! There was no way I could ever have accomplished everything my team was able to accomplish in just one day!! I was feeling so incredibly overwhelmed, hopeless and sad until Bio One came to my rescue, literally and figuratively! Compassionate, caring, thoughtful, nonjudgmental, HARD working, dedicated, honest, kind, experienced and knowledgeable! Again, I can’t compliment the team enough!! I am so incredibly thankful I found Bio One and immensely grateful for the burden they took from me, the hope they provided and the kindness extended to me! I highly recommend Bio One!
