Professional, yet personable, Ryan walked us through the process and explained every step of the way, even telling my children if the conversation became uncomfortable, to let him know or feel free to walk away. This team did phenomenal work on a complicated drug remediation job for a large commercial space. I had a waste issue that prevented my AC and plumbing company from fixing a sewage pipe. Ryan immediately sent his crew (Oscar and Toby), and they were able to remove the waste so the plumber could replace the pipe in a crawl space. Oscar and Toby worked so hard they passed up a meal to complete the job. When something like this happens you feel helpless because you're limited to companies who specialize in this removal. Bio-One was a life saver.

My husband was pretty immobile the last year of his life and spent most of his time in a recliner. The month before he died he was incontinent of both urine and feces. After he died his recliner reeked of urine. We tried everything we could think of to get rid of the odor but it was still there. I was afraid we were going to have to dispose of the chair. Finally I called Bio-one Delaware and spoke with Matt Lowe, the owner. He told me he would be glad to take a look at the chair but also warned me that urine was very difficult to get rid of. I decided to have him see what he could do and he came out and sprayed the chair with a pet and environment friendly substance. He covered the chair in plastic so the chemicals could be absorbed and came out the next day. I cannot detect the odor of urine any more! Matt was very professional--he came when he said he would be there and he followed up with me. His prices are very reasonable and I would not hesitate using him again and will tell my friends! First, Ryan actually answers the phone. No answering machine! Dan and Tristan arrived right on time and went to work. They were fantastic to work with and addressed long standing problems with ease. I'm going to work with them going forward to solve some other problems I'm facing. Great experience.

I can’t say enough GREAT things about Bio One! Ryan, Christy, Dan, Toby, Tristan, Freedom are just wonderful! I lost my husband, was in the midst of downsizing and preparing for a move when I suffered a significant physical set back after two open heart surgeries! This is a company you hope you never need but when you do, you’re grateful they not only exist but give prompt, professional service. Our sewage cleanup, which had to be done over several visits, was done well and Ryan kept us informed along the way as well as handling insurance claim for us. Team members Oscar and Toby were great to work with. Highly recommend.
