On the morning of 11/11, Dan, Tristan and Oscar came to my home to start the abatement work under my home. They wasted no time and got started on it, while Dan shared information about process of cleaning up the mess under my home. Two hours later, they got an emergency call and needed to leave for another job. Dan explained to me everything that was going on and that they would be back on Thursday to finish the job. On Thursday, Dan, Tristan and Freedom came and completed the work and again Dan shared all necessary information with me. What started out being a stressful situation was simplified by the outstanding employees of BioOne Delaware. Dan, Tristan, Oscar, and Freedom were professional, kind, helpful and diligent representatives of BioOne Delaware!!! I would give them 10 stars!!

Ryan and his crew took care of a job for us that would make Mike Rowe proud. Thank goodness for people like this that do dirty work and enjoy it.

I can’t say enough GREAT things about Bio One! Ryan, Christy, Dan, Toby, Tristan, Freedom are just wonderful! I lost my husband, was in the midst of downsizing and preparing for a move when I suffered a significant physical set back after two open heart surgeries! There was no way I could ever have accomplished everything my team was able to accomplish in just one day!! I was feeling so incredibly overwhelmed, hopeless and sad until Bio One came to my rescue, literally and figuratively! What can I say about Ryan and his team, I called on the weekend and had prompt service. The whole team was remarkable about our situation. They were courteous, polite and understanding. Also highly efficient. When it came to cleaning out the townhouse they worked like a well oiled machine. Dan, Oscar and Chase had the entire 3 floors cleaned out in no time. The guys were top notch. Hopefully I never have to do this again but if I do, I would be making my first call to them

First, Ryan actually answers the phone. No answering machine! Dan and Tristan arrived right on time and went to work. They were fantastic to work with and addressed long standing problems with ease. I'm going to work with them going forward to solve some other problems I'm facing. Great experience.

God sent us two angels of the worst day of my family’s life. Ryan and Kristi came to us after a very tragic murder/suicide occurred in my parents home. They did a fabulous job cleaning all areas affected. The energy of the house shifted to peace despise such a horrible incident. They absolutely went above and beyond for my mother in her time of need. We can’t say enough nice things about them. They really took the time and spent long hours to make sure everything was spotless. We can’t thank them enough. ❤️

Calling Ryan was one of many difficult phone calls I had to make after my late wife's unexpected passing. He, Nick, and Dan did an outstanding job helping me with the clean up after a very painful loss. Not only were they professional about it, they also treated me like I was friends or family during the entire process.
