My service was performed in 2022, however the review ended up on the company's corporate site in Colorado. I had mentioned it was Delaware BioOne and the corporate office was happy to hear a positive review for that location. God sent us two angels of the worst day of my family’s life. Ryan and Kristi came to us after a very tragic murder/suicide occurred in my parents home. They did a fabulous job cleaning all areas affected. The energy of the house shifted to peace despise such a horrible incident. They absolutely went above and beyond for my mother in her time of need. We can’t say enough nice things about them. They really took the time and spent long hours to make sure everything was spotless. We can’t thank them enough. ❤️

From the initial assessment, the owner, Ryan, was very professional, personable, and informative about the procedures and protocols of how and what needed to be done. He was able to schedule me for a next day service. The next day, Tristan and Oscar came to my home and went to work. My husband was pretty immobile the last year of his life and spent most of his time in a recliner. The month before he died he was incontinent of both urine and feces. After he died his recliner reeked of urine. We tried everything we could think of to get rid of the odor but it was still there. I was afraid we were going to have to dispose of the chair. Finally I called Bio-one Delaware and spoke with Matt Lowe, the owner. He told me he would be glad to take a look at the chair but also warned me that urine was very difficult to get rid of. I decided to have him see what he could do and he came out and sprayed the chair with a pet and environment friendly substance. He covered the chair in plastic so the chemicals could be absorbed and came out the next day. I cannot detect the odor of urine any more! Matt was very professional--he came when he said he would be there and he followed up with me. His prices are very reasonable and I would not hesitate using him again and will tell my friends! Thank you so much!

On the morning of 11/11, Dan, Tristan and Oscar came to my home to start the abatement work under my home. They wasted no time and got started on it, while Dan shared information about process of cleaning up the mess under my home. Two hours later, they got an emergency call and needed to leave for another job. Dan explained to me everything that was going on and that they would be back on Thursday to finish the job. On Thursday, Dan, Tristan and Freedom came and completed the work and again Dan shared all necessary information with me. What started out being a stressful situation was simplified by the outstanding employees of BioOne Delaware. Dan, Tristan, Oscar, and Freedom were professional, kind, helpful and diligent representatives of BioOne Delaware!!! I would give them 10 stars!!
