Bio-One Delaware is an amazing company! From the moment we called and explained the house clean up that we were facing, Ryan put us at ease. We knew we made the right call. The consultation was done within a day, was more than thorough, and we had an estimate soon thereafter. We were always in touch with updates to schedules and expectations, daily plans, and updates to those plans. The staff including Dan, Oscar, Toby, and Ashley were super efficient, professional, and just about the nicest people you could ever meet. They always made sure we were doing ok, asked questions if they needed, and more than anything else were more than friendly throughout the 3 days making the environment awesome. The house looks amazing. We couldn't be more grateful for the work that you did and how you put our family at ease throughout the entire process. I can't express how awesome of an experience it was to have witnessed what this company is capable of doing. In two days they turned a nightmare into a new positive outlook for me. Danny, Chase, Oscar and Toby were very professional and made it easy on me. The owner Ryan is a very compassionate helpful man who also made this experience very easy. Ryan, Kristi and "St. Nick" the man (LOL!) were just the Christmas miracle I needed! The past few years have been nothing but physical and mental turmoil in our lives due to family deaths, physical disabilities and personal health challenges. Ordinary household chores have become difficult and our tiny 2 bedroom apartment was slowly starting to turn into a hoarding situation. It was so overwhelming and I needed help quickly to declutter and restore order to our home while my husband was out having open-heart surgery. I wanted him to return home to a clean, non-chaotic environment, but did not have the physical strength or mental energy to do it on my own. One quick phone call to Bio-One saved the day! The very next day Ryan and Kristi viewed our apartment, gave me a reasonable quote, and within the same week accomplished in 3 days what would have taken me months to clear out and clean. They were friendly, empathetic, and non-judgemental and worked until I was satisfied with the outcome. God used them to perform a miracle for me that I didn't think was possible. Calling Ryan was one of many difficult phone calls I had to make after my late wife's unexpected passing. He, Nick, and Dan did an outstanding job helping me with the clean up after a very painful loss. Not only were they professional about it, they also treated me like I was friends or family during the entire process.

What can I say about Ryan and his team, I called on the weekend and had prompt service. The whole team was remarkable about our situation. They were courteous, polite and understanding. Also highly efficient. When it came to cleaning out the townhouse they worked like a well oiled machine. Dan, Oscar and Chase had the entire 3 floors cleaned out in no time. The guys were top notch. Hopefully I never have to do this again but if I do, I would be making my first call to them

God sent us two angels of the worst day of my family’s life. Ryan and Kristi came to us after a very tragic murder/suicide occurred in my parents home. They did a fabulous job cleaning all areas affected. The energy of the house shifted to peace despise such a horrible incident. They absolutely went above and beyond for my mother in her time of need. We can’t say enough nice things about them. They really took the time and spent long hours to make sure everything was spotless. We can’t thank them enough. ❤️
