God sent us two angels of the worst day of my family’s life. Ryan and Kristi came to us after a very tragic murder/suicide occurred in my parents home. They did a fabulous job cleaning all areas affected. The energy of the house shifted to peace despise such a horrible incident. They absolutely went above and beyond for my mother in her time of need. We can’t say enough nice things about them. They really took the time and spent long hours to make sure everything was spotless. We can’t thank them enough. ❤️

I can’t say enough GREAT things about Bio One! Ryan, Christy, Dan, Toby, Tristan, Freedom are just wonderful! I lost my husband, was in the midst of downsizing and preparing for a move when I suffered a significant physical set back after two open heart surgeries! There was no way I could ever have accomplished everything my team was able to accomplish in just one day!! I was feeling so incredibly overwhelmed, hopeless and sad until Bio One came to my rescue, literally and figuratively! Compassionate, caring, thoughtful, nonjudgmental, HARD working, dedicated, honest, kind, experienced and knowledgeable! Again, I can’t compliment the team enough!! Ryan (the owner) is extremely compassionate and beyond helpful. He helped us navigate our needs and the needs of the facility. Dan and Oscar arrived promptly and were not only efficient in carrying out the service but were genuinely caring people. They were extremely conscientious in their work and made sure we were taken care of. In an extremely stressful time in our life, they provided comfort. I can't recommend them highly enough. Not only are they great at providing service, but they all are truly beautiful human beings.

Ryan, Kristi and "St. Nick" the man (LOL!) were just the Christmas miracle I needed! The past few years have been nothing but physical and mental turmoil in our lives due to family deaths, physical disabilities and personal health challenges. Ordinary household chores have become difficult and our tiny 2 bedroom apartment was slowly starting to turn into a hoarding situation. It was so overwhelming and I needed help quickly to declutter and restore order to our home while my husband was out having open-heart surgery. I wanted him to return home to a clean, non-chaotic environment, but did not have the physical strength or mental energy to do it on my own. One quick phone call to Bio-One saved the day! The very next day Ryan and Kristi viewed our apartment, gave me a reasonable quote, and within the same week accomplished in 3 days what would have taken me months to clear out and clean. They were friendly, empathetic, and non-judgemental and worked until I was satisfied with the outcome. God used them to perform a miracle for me that I didn't think was possible. I highly recommend their services. Don't hesitate to call them; it will be worth it in the end!

This is a company you hope you never need but when you do, you’re grateful they not only exist but give prompt, professional service. Our sewage cleanup, which had to be done over several visits, was done well and Ryan kept us informed along the way as well as handling insurance claim for us. Team members Oscar and Toby were great to work with. Highly recommend.

I had a waste issue that prevented my AC and plumbing company from fixing a sewage pipe. Ryan immediately sent his crew (Oscar and Toby), and they were able to remove the waste so the plumber could replace the pipe in a crawl space. Oscar and Toby worked so hard they passed up a meal to complete the job. When something like this happens you feel helpless because you're limited to companies who specialize in this removal. Bio-One was a life saver.

My service was performed in 2022, however the review ended up on the company's corporate site in Colorado. I had mentioned it was Delaware BioOne and the corporate office was happy to hear a positive review for that location. I am doing a copy and paste of that review because of the fantastic service Ryan provided and I want to make sure other local people considering this company knows the experience and quality of work was exceptional. We bought a second home in delaware and when we returned for the summer recently we found a field mouse infestation. We called bio one and Ryan came out to assess the situation. He was very knowledgeable and talked us off the ledge by providing clear description of their services and giving us the confidence that we could feel comfortable in our home again. The sanitization and cleaning options were just what we were looking for to insure our health safety and sanity. You will not be disappointed. Ryan worked with us to discuss the most effective and cost efficient ways to bring our home back to habitable and he did his job with compassion because for certain I was a mess! Highly recommended!
