First, Ryan actually answers the phone. No answering machine! Dan and Tristan arrived right on time and went to work. They were fantastic to work with and addressed long standing problems with ease. I'm going to work with them going forward to solve some other problems I'm facing. Great experience.

My husband was pretty immobile the last year of his life and spent most of his time in a recliner. The month before he died he was incontinent of both urine and feces. After he died his recliner reeked of urine. We tried everything we could think of to get rid of the odor but it was still there. I was afraid we were going to have to dispose of the chair. Finally I called Bio-one Delaware and spoke with Matt Lowe, the owner. He told me he would be glad to take a look at the chair but also warned me that urine was very difficult to get rid of. I decided to have him see what he could do and he came out and sprayed the chair with a pet and environment friendly substance. He covered the chair in plastic so the chemicals could be absorbed and came out the next day. I cannot detect the odor of urine any more! Matt was very professional--he came when he said he would be there and he followed up with me. His prices are very reasonable and I would not hesitate using him again and will tell my friends! I’m not sure how to begin to tell you how wonderful this company and this owner are. I lost my son, tragically and live several hours away. It was not safe or feasible to clean out his apartment. Ryan stepped in at one of the worst times of my life and helped us to reclaim a few of Colin’s belongings So that he would have something to remember him. Ryan was professional and compassionate, and I would recommend his team to anyone. In this crazy world we live in, I will never forget his kindness. Please consider his company for your needs. This is an incredible company, and I can't express enough how grateful I am for their exceptional service. From our initial contact, Ryan and his team had genuine kindness as they answered all my questions and showed understanding regarding our family's situation. Despite not living in the area, it was comforting to know that my grandmother was in the best hands to assist with her home after my grandfather's sudden passing. Ryan maintained communication with me throughout the entire process, and I am sincerely thankful for his support.

My service was performed in 2022, however the review ended up on the company's corporate site in Colorado. I had mentioned it was Delaware BioOne and the corporate office was happy to hear a positive review for that location. I am doing a copy and paste of that review because of the fantastic service Ryan provided and I want to make sure other local people considering this company knows the experience and quality of work was exceptional. From the initial assessment, the owner, Ryan, was very professional, personable, and informative about the procedures and protocols of how and what needed to be done. He was able to schedule me for a next day service. The next day, Tristan and Oscar came to my home and went to work. They were on time, efficient, effective, and answered all of my questions, leaving me with peace of mind and feeling at ease!
