I truly don't think 5 stars will ever be enough to rate this company. The darkest time of our family's life was handled with such care and genuine kindness. Thank you, thank you, thank you to Ryan and his team for giving us peace of mind throughout the process by communicating constantly and easing our burden during this tough time.

My service was performed in 2022, however the review ended up on the company's corporate site in Colorado. I had mentioned it was Delaware BioOne and the corporate office was happy to hear a positive review for that location. I am doing a copy and paste of that review because of the fantastic service Ryan provided and I want to make sure other local people considering this company knows the experience and quality of work was exceptional. What can I say about Ryan and his team, I called on the weekend and had prompt service. The whole team was remarkable about our situation. They were courteous, polite and understanding. Also highly efficient. When it came to cleaning out the townhouse they worked like a well oiled machine. Dan, Oscar and Chase had the entire 3 floors cleaned out in no time. The guys were top notch. Hopefully I never have to do this again but if I do, I would be making my first call to them

I had a waste issue that prevented my AC and plumbing company from fixing a sewage pipe. Ryan immediately sent his crew (Oscar and Toby), and they were able to remove the waste so the plumber could replace the pipe in a crawl space. Oscar and Toby worked so hard they passed up a meal to complete the job. When something like this happens you feel helpless because you're limited to companies who specialize in this removal. Bio-One was a life saver.

Bio One is an outstanding company! After a traumatic event, when we were faced with many unpleasant tasks, Bio One came through! Recommended by Victim Services, we turned to them for help during our most difficult days, and they guided us through the daunting task of cleaning and sanitizing our loved one’s home. Professional, yet personable, Ryan walked us through the process and explained every step of the way, even telling my children if the conversation became uncomfortable, to let him know or feel free to walk away. Dan and Oscar did an outstanding job despite unpleasant circumstances. Thank you both for handling this difficult task! Dan even texted me to make arrangements to drop the house key off to me at my home, and took a picture to confirm. If you are using Bio Ones services, it is likely after a traumatic event. Having a professional guide you during a time when you may not be thinking clearly is priceless. Ryan kept in touch and communicated clearly the process and next steps. I know he meant it when he said to reach out with any questions. I would recommend their services a thousand times over! This is a company you hope you never need but when you do, you’re grateful they not only exist but give prompt, professional service. Our sewage cleanup, which had to be done over several visits, was done well and Ryan kept us informed along the way as well as handling insurance claim for us. Team members Oscar and Toby were great to work with. Highly recommend.

Bio-One Delaware is an amazing company! From the moment we called and explained the house clean up that we were facing, Ryan put us at ease. We knew we made the right call. The consultation was done within a day, was more than thorough, and we had an estimate soon thereafter. We were always in touch with updates to schedules and expectations, daily plans, and updates to those plans. The staff including Dan, Oscar, Toby, and Ashley were super efficient, professional, and just about the nicest people you could ever meet. They always made sure we were doing ok, asked questions if they needed, and more than anything else were more than friendly throughout the 3 days making the environment awesome. The house looks amazing. We couldn't be more grateful for the work that you did and how you put our family at ease throughout the entire process. Making the call to your company and working with you was the best decision we could have made!
