This team did phenomenal work on a complicated drug remediation job for a large commercial space. They showed extreme attention to detail and dedication throughout the process, ensuring everywhere was properly cleaned. I appreciate Ryan, the owner, dispatching Dan and Oscar to the site. The team was not only professional but also incredibly personable, making the entire experience more comfortable. I was extremely impressed by their hard work and the outstanding results. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Ryan and Dan were so kind, caring, compassionate and informative. They made the hardest moment of our lives so much easier. They truly went ABOVE and beyond. Due to the fact the apartment we wanted cleaned was rented, not owned, there were extra complications. Ryan (who literally just got off a plane) made contact with all necessary parties to help ease the work on my end.They walked me through every single step and were so delicate. I cannot put into words the amount of appreciation I have for them. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts ❤️

First, Ryan actually answers the phone. No answering machine! Dan and Tristan arrived right on time and went to work. They were fantastic to work with and addressed long standing problems with ease. I'm going to work with them going forward to solve some other problems I'm facing. Great experience.

My husband was pretty immobile the last year of his life and spent most of his time in a recliner. The month before he died he was incontinent of both urine and feces. After he died his recliner reeked of urine. We tried everything we could think of to get rid of the odor but it was still there. I was afraid we were going to have to dispose of the chair. Finally I called Bio-one Delaware and spoke with Matt Lowe, the owner. He told me he would be glad to take a look at the chair but also warned me that urine was very difficult to get rid of. I decided to have him see what he could do and he came out and sprayed the chair with a pet and environment friendly substance. He covered the chair in plastic so the chemicals could be absorbed and came out the next day. I cannot detect the odor of urine any more! Matt was very professional--he came when he said he would be there and he followed up with me. His prices are very reasonable and I would not hesitate using him again and will tell my friends! Thank you so much!

My service was performed in 2022, however the review ended up on the company's corporate site in Colorado. I had mentioned it was Delaware BioOne and the corporate office was happy to hear a positive review for that location. I am doing a copy and paste of that review because of the fantastic service Ryan provided and I want to make sure other local people considering this company knows the experience and quality of work was exceptional.
