I’m not sure how to begin to tell you how wonderful this company and this owner are. I lost my son, tragically and live several hours away. It was not safe or feasible to clean out his apartment. Ryan stepped in at one of the worst times of my life and helped us to reclaim a few of Colin’s belongings So that he would have something to remember him. Ryan was professional and compassionate, and I would recommend his team to anyone. In this crazy world we live in, I will never forget his kindness. Please consider his company for your needs. Where to start..Bio-One Delaware came to our rescue almost immediately , on a Friday despite a heavy schedule.First, Ryan was so helpful on all aspects what to expect of the job.He sent his lead Dan who brought with him Oscar, Freedom and later Christian and they did a magnificent job of cleaning up a very nasty sewage problem. They were fast, efficient, considerate,and so polite. I could go on forever. If something happens this is the team to call!!!!! We are forever grateful to all of them!

I called Bio-One after weeks of a horrible smell in our office like an open sewer. We had our HVAC company, 3 different plumbers, a roofer and 3 inspectors go through our building, and NO ONE could find the source of the smell!!! Finally, we had a client refer another plumber to our office. He showed up and did what all the other plumbers had done, but then he went above & beyond his job and was searching around in our drop ceiling. He was in the office where the smell was strongest and to our surprise, he found dead mice and a TON of mouse droppings and nests. I emailed Bio-One and that same day I received a call from Ryan. I explained our situation and he was able to get us on the schedule for an inspection to see if we needed remediation of the mice and their mess. He explained everything to me in great detail during his inspection and was able to get us set up for a clean-up appointment that same week. We had to move it to the following week due to some work deadlines. Kevin & his partner were here yesterday and if I hadn't let everyone in the office know they were here they would have never noticed them. They were very quiet & discreet even while running the machines they had to use including a vacuum cleaner. They were very professional and cleaned up everything after removing 4 drop ceiling tiles, rodent droppings and carcasses. They used a type of fog machine up inside our drop ceiling that dispersed a disinfectant that traveled through the entire building making any & all organic matter 100% inert in case there were any areas the mice were living that we hadn't noticed we wouldn't smell anything anymore. After over 7 weeks of sitting in the office for 12-15 hours a day 7 days a week (tax season we work almost around the clock) there was NO smell! NOTHING! The other people in the far side of the office made comment that their side of the building smelled ""fresher"" this morning and asked me if I had cleaned or vacuumed the common area. I was so happy that everyone noticed the lack of odor. If you need a company for clean-up or remediation I would 100% recommend Bio-One! They were in constant contact with me before & after each visit. While in the building they were extremely professional and polite. They were clean and neat and left the office space cleaner than they found it. They even put up 4 1/2 new ceiling tiles (I provided) to replace the 4 1/2 that they had to remove and dispose of at no charge. Having to deal with this rodent problem in an office full of women was a nightmare but Ryan at Bio-One answered all of my questions and made the removal very easy. I truly appreciate all they did for us! Thank You!!!!

I had a waste issue that prevented my AC and plumbing company from fixing a sewage pipe. Ryan immediately sent his crew (Oscar and Toby), and they were able to remove the waste so the plumber could replace the pipe in a crawl space. Oscar and Toby worked so hard they passed up a meal to complete the job. When something like this happens you feel helpless because you're limited to companies who specialize in this removal. Bio-One was a life saver.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Ryan and Dan were so kind, caring, compassionate and informative. They made the hardest moment of our lives so much easier. They truly went ABOVE and beyond. Due to the fact the apartment we wanted cleaned was rented, not owned, there were extra complications. Ryan (who literally just got off a plane) made contact with all necessary parties to help ease the work on my end.They walked me through every single step and were so delicate.
