Where to start..Bio-One Delaware came to our rescue almost immediately , on a Friday despite a heavy schedule.First, Ryan was so helpful on all aspects what to expect of the job.He sent his lead Dan who brought with him Oscar, Freedom and later Christian and they did a magnificent job of cleaning up a very nasty sewage problem. They were fast, efficient, considerate,and so polite. I could go on forever. If something happens this is the team to call!!!!! We are forever grateful to all of them!

Don't hesitate to hire! Ryan and Kristi, could not have been, any more compassionate, caring and completely professional in doing a very difficult cleaning job. Most grateful and highly recommended!

My service was performed in 2022, however the review ended up on the company's corporate site in Colorado. I had mentioned it was Delaware BioOne and the corporate office was happy to hear a positive review for that location. I am doing a copy and paste of that review because of the fantastic service Ryan provided and I want to make sure other local people considering this company knows the experience and quality of work was exceptional. I called Bio-One after weeks of a horrible smell in our office like an open sewer. We had our HVAC company, 3 different plumbers, a roofer and 3 inspectors go through our building, and NO ONE could find the source of the smell!!! Finally, we had a client refer another plumber to our office. He showed up and did what all the other plumbers had done, but then he went above & beyond his job and was searching around in our drop ceiling. He was in the office where the smell was strongest and to our surprise, he found dead mice and a TON of mouse droppings and nests. I emailed Bio-One and that same day I received a call from Ryan. I explained our situation and he was able to get us on the schedule for an inspection to see if we needed remediation of the mice and their mess. He explained everything to me in great detail during his inspection and was able to get us set up for a clean-up appointment that same week. We had to move it to the following week due to some work deadlines. Kevin & his partner were here yesterday and if I hadn't let everyone in the office know they were here they would have never noticed them. They were very quiet & discreet even while running the machines they had to use including a vacuum cleaner. They were very professional and cleaned up everything after removing 4 drop ceiling tiles, rodent droppings and carcasses. They used a type of fog machine up inside our drop ceiling that dispersed a disinfectant that traveled through the entire building making any & all organic matter 100% inert in case there were any areas the mice were living that we hadn't noticed we wouldn't smell anything anymore. After over 7 weeks of sitting in the office for 12-15 hours a day 7 days a week (tax season we work almost around the clock) there was NO smell! NOTHING! The other people in the far side of the office made comment that their side of the building smelled ""fresher"" this morning and asked me if I had cleaned or vacuumed the common area. I was so happy that everyone noticed the lack of odor. If you need a company for clean-up or remediation I would 100% recommend Bio-One! They were in constant contact with me before & after each visit. While in the building they were extremely professional and polite. They were clean and neat and left the office space cleaner than they found it. They even put up 4 1/2 new ceiling tiles (I provided) to replace the 4 1/2 that they had to remove and dispose of at no charge. Having to deal with this rodent problem in an office full of women was a nightmare but Ryan at Bio-One answered all of my questions and made the removal very easy. I truly appreciate all they did for us! Thank You!!!!
