Ryan (the owner) is extremely compassionate and beyond helpful. He helped us navigate our needs and the needs of the facility. Dan and Oscar arrived promptly and were not only efficient in carrying out the service but were genuinely caring people. They were extremely conscientious in their work and made sure we were taken care of. In an extremely stressful time in our life, they provided comfort. I can't recommend them highly enough. Not only are they great at providing service, but they all are truly beautiful human beings.

We bought a second home in delaware and when we returned for the summer recently we found a field mouse infestation. We called bio one and Ryan came out to assess the situation. He was very knowledgeable and talked us off the ledge by providing clear description of their services and giving us the confidence that we could feel comfortable in our home again. The sanitization and cleaning options were just what we were looking for to insure our health safety and sanity. You will not be disappointed. Ryan worked with us to discuss the most effective and cost efficient ways to bring our home back to habitable and he did his job with compassion because for certain I was a mess! Highly recommended!

I called Bio-One after weeks of a horrible smell in our office like an open sewer. We had our HVAC company, 3 different plumbers, a roofer and 3 inspectors go through our building, and NO ONE could find the source of the smell!!! Finally, we had a client refer another plumber to our office. He showed up and did what all the other plumbers had done, but then he went above & beyond his job and was searching around in our drop ceiling. He was in the office where the smell was strongest and to our surprise, he found dead mice and a TON of mouse droppings and nests. I emailed Bio-One and that same day I received a call from Ryan. I explained our situation and he was able to get us on the schedule for an inspection to see if we needed remediation of the mice and their mess. He explained everything to me in great detail during his inspection and was able to get us set up for a clean-up appointment that same week. We had to move it to the following week due to some work deadlines. Kevin & his partner were here yesterday and if I hadn't let everyone in the office know they were here they would have never noticed them. They were very quiet & discreet even while running the machines they had to use including a vacuum cleaner. They were very professional and cleaned up everything after removing 4 drop ceiling tiles, rodent droppings and carcasses. They used a type of fog machine up inside our drop ceiling that dispersed a disinfectant that traveled through the entire building making any & all organic matter 100% inert in case there were any areas the mice were living that we hadn't noticed we wouldn't smell anything anymore. After over 7 weeks of sitting in the office for 12-15 hours a day 7 days a week (tax season we work almost around the clock) there was NO smell! NOTHING! The other people in the far side of the office made comment that their side of the building smelled ""fresher"" this morning and asked me if I had cleaned or vacuumed the common area. I was so happy that everyone noticed the lack of odor. If you need a company for clean-up or remediation I would 100% recommend Bio-One! They were in constant contact with me before & after each visit. While in the building they were extremely professional and polite. They were clean and neat and left the office space cleaner than they found it. They even put up 4 1/2 new ceiling tiles (I provided) to replace the 4 1/2 that they had to remove and dispose of at no charge. Having to deal with this rodent problem in an office full of women was a nightmare but Ryan at Bio-One answered all of my questions and made the removal very easy. I truly appreciate all they did for us! Thank You!!!!

I can’t say enough GREAT things about Bio One! Ryan, Christy, Dan, Toby, Tristan, Freedom are just wonderful! I lost my husband, was in the midst of downsizing and preparing for a move when I suffered a significant physical set back after two open heart surgeries! There was no way I could ever have accomplished everything my team was able to accomplish in just one day!! I was feeling so incredibly overwhelmed, hopeless and sad until Bio One came to my rescue, literally and figuratively! Compassionate, caring, thoughtful, nonjudgmental, HARD working, dedicated, honest, kind, experienced and knowledgeable! Again, I can’t compliment the team enough!! I am so incredibly thankful I found Bio One and immensely grateful for the burden they took from me, the hope they provided and the kindness extended to me! I highly recommend Bio One! My service was performed in 2022, however the review ended up on the company's corporate site in Colorado. I had mentioned it was Delaware BioOne and the corporate office was happy to hear a positive review for that location. I am doing a copy and paste of that review because of the fantastic service Ryan provided and I want to make sure other local people considering this company knows the experience and quality of work was exceptional. House went from uninhabitable back to desirable in just 4 days! The crew worked very hard, despite a couple of illnesses among co-workers. They went above and beyond, even jumping in the dumpster when I thought I threw something out that I shouldn't have. Such dedication and always had smiles on their faces.
