Tristan, Oscar, and Toby were fantastic and helped me out with a dire situation. Professional, empathetic, good guys. Bio-One of Delaware was very patient with our plumbers though-out the cleanup, did a great job cleaning out our crawlspace and replacing our liner, and were very helpful afterwards during the insurance claim process.

We bought a second home in delaware and when we returned for the summer recently we found a field mouse infestation. We called bio one and Ryan came out to assess the situation. He was very knowledgeable and talked us off the ledge by providing clear description of their services and giving us the confidence that we could feel comfortable in our home again. The sanitization and cleaning options were just what we were looking for to insure our health safety and sanity. You will not be disappointed. Ryan worked with us to discuss the most effective and cost efficient ways to bring our home back to habitable and he did his job with compassion because for certain I was a mess! Highly recommended!

I’m not sure how to begin to tell you how wonderful this company and this owner are. I lost my son, tragically and live several hours away. It was not safe or feasible to clean out his apartment. Ryan stepped in at one of the worst times of my life and helped us to reclaim a few of Colin’s belongings So that he would have something to remember him. Bio One is an outstanding company! After a traumatic event, when we were faced with many unpleasant tasks, Bio One came through! Recommended by Victim Services, we turned to them for help during our most difficult days, and they guided us through the daunting task of cleaning and sanitizing our loved one’s home. Professional, yet personable, Ryan walked us through the process and explained every step of the way, even telling my children if the conversation became uncomfortable, to let him know or feel free to walk away. Dan and Oscar did an outstanding job despite unpleasant circumstances. Thank you both for handling this difficult task! Dan even texted me to make arrangements to drop the house key off to me at my home, and took a picture to confirm. If you are using Bio Ones services, it is likely after a traumatic event.
