What can I say about Ryan and his team, I called on the weekend and had prompt service. The whole team was remarkable about our situation. They were courteous, polite and understanding. Also highly efficient. When it came to cleaning out the townhouse they worked like a well oiled machine. Dan, Oscar and Chase had the entire 3 floors cleaned out in no time. The guys were top notch. Hopefully I never have to do this again but if I do, I would be making my first call to them

We bought a second home in delaware and when we returned for the summer recently we found a field mouse infestation. We called bio one and Ryan came out to assess the situation. He was very knowledgeable and talked us off the ledge by providing clear description of their services and giving us the confidence that we could feel comfortable in our home again. The sanitization and cleaning options were just what we were looking for to insure our health safety and sanity. You will not be disappointed. Ryan worked with us to discuss the most effective and cost efficient ways to bring our home back to habitable and he did his job with compassion because for certain I was a mess! Highly recommended!

Recommended by Victim Services, we turned to them for help during our most difficult days, and they guided us through the daunting task of cleaning and sanitizing our loved one’s home. Professional, yet personable, Ryan walked us through the process and explained every step of the way, even telling my children if the conversation became uncomfortable, to let him know or feel free to walk away. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Ryan and Dan were so kind, caring, compassionate and informative. They made the hardest moment of our lives so much easier. They truly went ABOVE and beyond. Due to the fact the apartment we wanted cleaned was rented, not owned, there were extra complications. Ryan (who literally just got off a plane) made contact with all necessary parties to help ease the work on my end.They walked me through every single step and were so delicate. I cannot put into words the amount of appreciation I have for them. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts ❤️

My husband was pretty immobile the last year of his life and spent most of his time in a recliner. The month before he died he was incontinent of both urine and feces. After he died his recliner reeked of urine. We tried everything we could think of to get rid of the odor but it was still there. I was afraid we were going to have to dispose of the chair. Finally I called Bio-one Delaware and spoke with Matt Lowe, the owner. He told me he would be glad to take a look at the chair but also warned me that urine was very difficult to get rid of. I decided to have him see what he could do and he came out and sprayed the chair with a pet and environment friendly substance. He covered the chair in plastic so the chemicals could be absorbed and came out the next day. I cannot detect the odor of urine any more! Matt was very professional--he came when he said he would be there and he followed up with me. His prices are very reasonable and I would not hesitate using him again and will tell my friends! I can't express how awesome of an experience it was to have witnessed what this company is capable of doing. In two days they turned a nightmare into a new positive outlook for me. This is a company you hope you never need but when you do, you’re grateful they not only exist but give prompt, professional service. Our sewage cleanup, which had to be done over several visits, was done well and Ryan kept us informed along the way as well as handling insurance claim for us. Team members Oscar and Toby were great to work with. Highly recommend.
