On the morning of 11/11, Dan, Tristan and Oscar came to my home to start the abatement work under my home. They wasted no time and got started on it, while Dan shared information about process of cleaning up the mess under my home. Two hours later, they got an emergency call and needed to leave for another job. Dan explained to me everything that was going on and that they would be back on Thursday to finish the job. On Thursday, Dan, Tristan and Freedom came and completed the work and again Dan shared all necessary information with me. What started out being a stressful situation was simplified by the outstanding employees of BioOne Delaware. Dan, Tristan, Oscar, and Freedom were professional, kind, helpful and diligent representatives of BioOne Delaware!!! I would give them 10 stars!!

The staff was extremely helpful and kind, going the extra mile when they didn't have to. I would recommend this business to anyone.

I’m not sure how to begin to tell you how wonderful this company and this owner are. I lost my son, tragically and live several hours away. It was not safe or feasible to clean out his apartment. Ryan stepped in at one of the worst times of my life and helped us to reclaim a few of Colin’s belongings So that he would have something to remember him. Ryan was professional and compassionate, and I would recommend his team to anyone. In this crazy world we live in, I will never forget his kindness. Please consider his company for your needs. You won’t be disappointed.

God sent us two angels of the worst day of my family’s life. Ryan and Kristi came to us after a very tragic murder/suicide occurred in my parents home. They did a fabulous job cleaning all areas affected. The energy of the house shifted to peace despise such a horrible incident. They absolutely went above and beyond for my mother in her time of need. We can’t say enough nice things about them. They really took the time and spent long hours to make sure everything was spotless. We can’t thank them enough. ❤️

House went from uninhabitable back to desirable in just 4 days! The crew worked very hard, despite a couple of illnesses among co-workers. They went above and beyond, even jumping in the dumpster when I thought I threw something out that I shouldn't have. Such dedication and always had smiles on their faces.

Bio One is an outstanding company! After a traumatic event, when we were faced with many unpleasant tasks, Bio One came through! Recommended by Victim Services, we turned to them for help during our most difficult days, and they guided us through the daunting task of cleaning and sanitizing our loved one’s home. Professional, yet personable, Ryan walked us through the process and explained every step of the way, even telling my children if the conversation became uncomfortable, to let him know or feel free to walk away. Dan and Oscar did an outstanding job despite unpleasant circumstances. Thank you both for handling this difficult task! Dan even texted me to make arrangements to drop the house key off to me at my home, and took a picture to confirm. If you are using Bio Ones services, it is likely after a traumatic event. Having a professional guide you during a time when you may not be thinking clearly is priceless. Ryan kept in touch and communicated clearly the process and next steps. I know he meant it when he said to reach out with any questions. I would recommend their services a thousand times over! I called Bio-One after weeks of a horrible smell in our office like an open sewer. We had our HVAC company, 3 different plumbers, a roofer and 3 inspectors go through our building, and NO ONE could find the source of the smell!!! Finally, we had a client refer another plumber to our office. He showed up and did what all the other plumbers had done, but then he went above & beyond his job and was searching around in our drop ceiling. He was in the office where the smell was strongest and to our surprise, he found dead mice and a TON of mouse droppings and nests. I emailed Bio-One and that same day I received a call from Ryan. I explained our situation and he was able to get us on the schedule for an inspection to see if we needed remediation of the mice and their mess. He explained everything to me in great detail during his inspection and was able to get us set up for a clean-up appointment that same week. We had to move it to the following week due to some work deadlines. Kevin & his partner were here yesterday and if I hadn't let everyone in the office know they were here they would have never noticed them. They were very quiet & discreet even while running the machines they had to use including a vacuum cleaner. They were very professional and cleaned up everything after removing 4 drop ceiling tiles, rodent droppings and carcasses. They used a type of fog machine up inside our drop ceiling that dispersed a disinfectant that traveled through the entire building making any & all organic matter 100% inert in case there were any areas the mice were living that we hadn't noticed we wouldn't smell anything anymore. After over 7 weeks of sitting in the office for 12-15 hours a day 7 days a week (tax season we work almost around the clock) there was NO smell! NOTHING! The other people in the far side of the office made comment that their side of the building smelled ""fresher"" this morning and asked me if I had cleaned or vacuumed the common area. I was so happy that everyone noticed the lack of odor. If you need a company for clean-up or remediation I would 100% recommend Bio-One! They were in constant contact with me before & after each visit. While in the building they were extremely professional and polite. They were clean and neat and left the office space cleaner than they found it. They even put up 4 1/2 new ceiling tiles (I provided) to replace the 4 1/2 that they had to remove and dispose of at no charge. Having to deal with this rodent problem in an office full of women was a nightmare but Ryan at Bio-One answered all of my questions and made the removal very easy. I truly appreciate all they did for us! Thank You!!!!

This is a company you hope you never need but when you do, you’re grateful they not only exist but give prompt, professional service. Our sewage cleanup, which had to be done over several visits, was done well and Ryan kept us informed along the way as well as handling insurance claim for us. Team members Oscar and Toby were great to work with. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough GREAT things about Bio One! Ryan, Christy, Dan, Toby, Tristan, Freedom are just wonderful! I lost my husband, was in the midst of downsizing and preparing for a move when I suffered a significant physical set back after two open heart surgeries! There was no way I could ever have accomplished everything my team was able to accomplish in just one day!! I was feeling so incredibly overwhelmed, hopeless and sad until Bio One came to my rescue, literally and figuratively! Compassionate, caring, thoughtful, nonjudgmental, HARD working, dedicated, honest, kind, experienced and knowledgeable! Again, I can’t compliment the team enough!! I am so incredibly thankful I found Bio One and immensely grateful for the burden they took from me, the hope they provided and the kindness extended to me! I highly recommend Bio One!
