This Company was fantast the whole time they were in my Home. They were polite and asked before they did anything and kept me informed as to why they were doing it. They were so careful of my possessions and put everything back just the way it was.

Most helpful and thoughtful company! I called to ask for an estimate on getting a meth test done on my recovered stolen vehicle and the owners were so knowledgeable and kind! They gave me advice on the steps to take before getting the test done as to not waste my time or money on the testing. They were so compassionate and caring! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! :)

Bio-One helped us deal with a very difficult situation. With one phone call that was answered immediately, I was able to schedule Bio-One’s services. They arrived on time and the clean up was thorough and respectful . Bio-One filed a claim with the insurance sobI had one less thing to worry about. I recommend them highly. This company is AMAZING!!!! When I had to experience one of the hardest days in my life, Gregg and his team of Jase and Eric were incredible. They came and helped to take care of something that I just couldn’t and they were so comforting. Not only were they kind, gentle, thorough, and helpful, they were also informative and professional. I was met with the utmost empathy and it made the worst day of my life able to be digestible. They hugged me, talked with me, let me get out my feelings and emotions while also keeping me level headed. I have told anyone that will listen I am so glad that I called this company above all the rest. It wasn’t just business to them, it was a compassionate encounter. In addition Gregg and Jase both called to check on me and my wellbeing within the following days and weeks as this was the hardest loss of ever! I couldn’t recommend a better group of people to help get through a horrible time. I appreciate them so much, I wasn’t a customer- I was treated as family. Thank you so much ❤️

Gregg and the cleanup team assigned were kind, considerate, and efficient. A relative had died and had not been discovered for several days. We appreciated the timely response and efficient removal of contaminated materials. Their approach made a terrible situation as quick and simple as possible.
