My call was returned quickly, Gregg explained how this works, I wasn't real happy with evaluation after Justin returning and telling me it was a 1 on a scale 1-10 but Justin was on time, very professional and communication was excellent. Made sure I was satisfied before leaving. Only wished I would have gotten before and after photos since I'm not one to go into my crawlspace. At this time I am very pleased.

This company is AMAZING!!!! When I had to experience one of the hardest days in my life, Gregg and his team of Jase and Eric were incredible. They came and helped to take care of something that I just couldn’t and they were so comforting. Not only were they kind, gentle, thorough, and helpful, they were also informative and professional. I was met with the utmost empathy and it made the worst day of my life able to be digestible. They hugged me, talked with me, let me get out my feelings and emotions while also keeping me level headed. I have told anyone that will listen I am so glad that I called this company above all the rest. It wasn’t just business to them, it was a compassionate encounter. In addition Gregg and Jase both called to check on me and my wellbeing within the following days and weeks as this was the hardest loss of ever! Bio-One helped us tremendously with a tough situation. From the initial phone call with Gregg, to meeting with Kevin and Elvis, everyone was helpful and caring. It's amazing to me how much they were able to do to help us - from removing carpeting, treating the home with the right chemicals, dealing with the insurance company and assisting in clearing contents.
