The team helped my family member tame two years of long-Covid clutter in two days. From our first contact with Gregg to the end of the process, we were treated with dignity and understanding. Our only regret is that we didn't call sooner!

Bio-One made a very difficult situation much easier. A relative had a communicable disease and passed away in the house but was not discovered for some days. Bio-One not only cleaned and sanitized all surfaces but also removed carpeting. Since hoarding was a problem, they helped with saving documents and valuables and disposing of the rest. Their charges were reasonable and they helped with the insurance. They solved in a few days a problem that would have take my family weeks deal with.

Cleaned up an emergency situation as if nothing ever happened.

They helped me cleanout a hoarding house that I purchased. When I contacted them they were able to start very quickly and had it completely done in 3 days. I really appreciated the quick service.

This company is AMAZING!!!! When I had to experience one of the hardest days in my life, Gregg and his team of Jase and Eric were incredible. They came and helped to take care of something that I just couldn’t and they were so comforting. Not only were they kind, gentle, thorough, and helpful, they were also informative and professional. I was met with the utmost empathy and it made the worst day of my life able to be digestible. They hugged me, talked with me, let me get out my feelings and emotions while also keeping me level headed. I have told anyone that will listen I am so glad that I called this company above all the rest. It wasn’t just business to them, it was a compassionate encounter. In addition Gregg and Jase both called to check on me and my wellbeing within the following days and weeks as this was the hardest loss of ever!
