Called Bio-One to clean up a month old sewage waste backup leftover from plumbing out a drain in a crawl space in my basement. I was elated by the professionalism of this company. Exceptional service from start to finish. Chris was extremely personable and answered all my questions while offering a fair price and actually cares about the quality of the services rendered. Warren who actually came out and did the job was easy going informative and did a quick and clean job in less than 2 hours. The crawl space looks like a whole new area and everything was sanitized properly. Strongly Recommend and will use this service again for anything like this in the future.

The whole process from evaluation and estimate of the clean up all the way through to final walk through were professional and unbelievable helpful. Not only are they amazing but they are affordable! I found Bio One using Google. Chris Davis was incredibly helpful and kind. He explained the services that his company could provide, and scheduled the appointment quickly. On the day of my appointment, Chris was there even though he wasn’t doing the cleanup. Warren, the gentleman that performed the actual cleaning, was professional, thorough and compassionate. Chris and Warren worked together to ensure that the job was done properly. They explained every step they were performing, and also answered all of my questions. Chris Davis at Bio-One Detroit West is a true professional! He helped me greatly during a stressful time. His team at Bio-One took on a difficult cleaning task that involved unsanitary conditions and hoarding. I have had to tackle similar "projects" over the years to help an elderly parent. The last time I had to tackle this myself (with the help of a dear cousin), I swore I would never deal with it again. Fortunately, with Chris and his team to rescue me, I could leave the dirty job to someone else. These types of jobs place the cleaning crew at risk of health hazards when dealing with multiple unsafe situations. I commend their ability to do so efficiently, professionally, and reasonably. I was working with Chris long-distance, and he kept me informed every step of the way and went above and beyond. To say that Chris treated me like family is an understatement.
