My family and I had the pleasure of working with Chris and his crew through a difficult personal time. We inherited a rodent infested and hoarding house that needed to be cleaned. Chris and his crew were professional, knowledgeably, very compassionate, and respectful through the process. They were on time, did an amazing job removing all items, along with cleaning and sanitizing the house. They all went beyond our expectations. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

I needed help fast I called on a Sunday and by Monday I had Anna there to help. She was so helpful and a professional. I called her my angel. I hope I don’t need their services again but I was blessed when I found them.

I contacted Chris and his team regarding a hazmat cleanup situation regarding damaged pallets containing hazardous materials. Chris and his team promptly came out and took care of the situation. Warren came out to my home after I discovered a large amount of mouse droppings in the ceiling tiles. He arrived on-time and provided me with a detailed breakdown of what he was going to do and made sure to answer any questions I had. After starting he got to work and was in and out quickly as he worked the entire time. When finished, he made sure I went over the area to ensure I was satisfied with the work. We needed to have the basement gutted of our newly purchased property, it was in horrible condition. Hiring Bio-One to completely gut the basement down to the studs, remove all insulation and sanitize the entire space (multiple times) was the right choice and I am so grateful for their prompt scheduling and excellent customer service!

On the day of my appointment, Chris was there even though he wasn’t doing the cleanup. Warren, the gentleman that performed the actual cleaning, was professional, thorough and compassionate. Chris and Warren worked together to ensure that the job was done properly. They explained every step they were performing, and also answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Bio One, and I can’t thank them enough for what they did for my family.

The Bio-One team is very helpful with assisting cleaning an apartment for the company I work for. The unit was in very bad condition and this company turned the unit right around.
