Bio- One gets my vote for speed of response to my call and scheduling what turned out to be a minor mold remediation needed for a pending real estate sale. I called five different companies who were either too busy (one month wait) or did not bother to respond. The work was scheduled and done within 48 hours of the initial home visit to see what needed to be done. Chris Davis at Bio-One Detroit West is a true professional! He helped me greatly during a stressful time. His team at Bio-One took on a difficult cleaning task that involved unsanitary conditions and hoarding. I have had to tackle similar "projects" over the years to help an elderly parent. The last time I had to tackle this myself (with the help of a dear cousin), I swore I would never deal with it again. Fortunately, with Chris and his team to rescue me, I could leave the dirty job to someone else. These types of jobs place the cleaning crew at risk of health hazards when dealing with multiple unsafe situations. I commend their ability to do so efficiently, professionally, and reasonably. Absolutely excellent service! The employee by the name of Warren did a fantastic job at going above and beyond to provide the best service possible. I was very impressed at how effective this company gets the job done. My basement went from a complete disaster to being absolutely spotless.
