Warren came out to my home after I discovered a large amount of mouse droppings in the ceiling tiles. He arrived on-time and provided me with a detailed breakdown of what he was going to do and made sure to answer any questions I had. After starting he got to work and was in and out quickly as he worked the entire time. When finished, he made sure I went over the area to ensure I was satisfied with the work. After our loved suffered an unexpected health crisis, we were faced with the task of moving her to a more compatible location ASAP. The very thought of moving over 7 years of accumulated items was simply overwhelming. The owner, Chris gave us a very honest and FAIR quote of services. He also provided us with some pretty sound advice as children trying to care for our parents as well. It was a no-brainer to move forward weeks later. We had to accept that we just couldn't empty the property in a quick time as we wanted. Chris and his team came out today and really relieved us of a huge burden. They were of the utmost professionalism even when faced with some unforeseen circumstances. I am beyond grateful for their hardwork. We are now prepared to move our loved to a location that will serve all of her needs. We couldn't be happier with the services. Chris was responsive from the first point of contact and was able to fit me in on a Sunday. Warren was the tech who performed the bio cleanup and was very professional. He walked me through the entire process in great detail. Chris went out of his way to come to the site once the job was done to walk me through the inspection. Chris and his team were very professional, very flexible, and very fairly priced. Not only did Warren do an amazing job with the cleanup, but he removed a lot of garbage. I was embarrassed to even have to make this phone call but let me tell you make the call. I have a disabled family member who needed help that I could not assist on (weak stomach). I didn't deal with Chris face 2 face but everything he stated over the phone to he made sure that he kept his word. I contacted Chris and his team regarding a hazmat cleanup situation regarding damaged pallets containing hazardous materials. Chris and his team promptly came out and took care of the situation. They came out to the house to clean to clean cat urine and feces off of floor.They did an excellent job.Warren the guy that did the job is very professional about the work he does. Bio- One gets my vote for speed of response to my call and scheduling what turned out to be a minor mold remediation needed for a pending real estate sale. I called five different companies who were either too busy (one month wait) or did not bother to respond. The work was scheduled and done within 48 hours of the initial home visit to see what needed to be done. Chris Davis was a pleasure to work with and I recommend Bio-One to anyone with a mold remediation issue.
