Chris and Carole Davis are the co-owners of Bio-One of Detroit West. Chris grew up in Detroit and has lived in the area all his life, aside from seven years living and teaching in Japan and one as a student in France. He graduated from Northern Michigan University with a degree in Political Science. His years of experience and expert management skills developed as a manager in Detroit's automotive industries are on display when Chris and his team are restoring their client's properties to their original condition professionally and compassionately. However, he is most passionate when he is helping others!
Bio-One Detroit West is the best in the business, 5 star all the way! We hired them to clean up a family member’s condo. We were overwhelmed with the condition and contents in the condo which ended up being a cross between hoarding and biohazard. The owner Chris was very prompt with a return call and got the job started right away. Chris has a very kind and compassionate demeanor which makes you feel at ease from the moment you meet him. His communication skills are excellent, and was able to put our anxiety over the situation to rest. Everything from communication, attention to detail, and the hands-on work were top notch. Job completion was amazingly fast. The place looked like new when they were done, which far exceeded our expectations. The work crew, Warren, Matt, and Tyler were extremely professional, hardworking, and dedicated to completing the job with perfection. I can’t say enough about their work ethic and professionalism. OMG! I can not recommend this company enough! 100% professional from start to finish. Called and set up an appointment and accidentally missed the appointment. I thought that I would have to wait at least an extra week, but they were amazingly able to come over a couple of hours later. Initially, I was a little skeptical considering that their physical location was difficult to find on Google Maps and due to the fact that EVERY SINGLE REVIEW that they had was a 5 star review. But now I can see why that is and it's because they earn it! Warren is nothing else but amazing at his work and has an awesome personality to boot! When he was done, it was like it never even happened, and the place looked even better than it did before the incident😅 Obviously hiring someone to do this kind of work gets pricey but if I ever need this kind of work done again they will absolutely be my 1st and only call! Bio- One gets my vote for speed of response to my call and scheduling what turned out to be a minor mold remediation needed for a pending real estate sale. I called five different companies who were either too busy (one month wait) or did not bother to respond. The work was scheduled and done within 48 hours of the initial home visit to see what needed to be done.
