Chris is a true professional- he is responsive, honest, kind, and respectful——-he beat out other bids, while also adding what they didn't offer - deep cleaning. Also, his crew followed his example, by also exhibiting all the same character qualities, and even contacted me with a photo of a valuable item that was accidentally left behind which they promptly returned to me. Chris Davis at Bio-One Detroit West is a true professional! He helped me greatly during a stressful time. His team at Bio-One took on a difficult cleaning task that involved unsanitary conditions and hoarding. I have had to tackle similar "projects" over the years to help an elderly parent. The last time I had to tackle this myself (with the help of a dear cousin), I swore I would never deal with it again. Fortunately, with Chris and his team to rescue me, I could leave the dirty job to someone else. These types of jobs place the cleaning crew at risk of health hazards when dealing with multiple unsafe situations. I commend their ability to do so efficiently, professionally, and reasonably. I was working with Chris long-distance, and he kept me informed every step of the way and went above and beyond. To say that Chris treated me like family is an understatement. We needed to have the basement gutted of our newly purchased property, it was in horrible condition. Hiring Bio-One to completely gut the basement down to the studs, remove all insulation and sanitize the entire space (multiple times) was the right choice and I am so grateful for their prompt scheduling and excellent customer service!
