This company and the team behind it are unambiguously the most professional, thorough, personable, and proactively thoughtful of any company we've engaged in recent memory. Working with us from across the country in the middle of the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic, they established a relationship of earned custody trust at a time and in a dynamic it was most needed. Admittedly (and quite discredited it hindsight), given the circumstances there were early moments when we wondered if/when the other shoe was going to drop. It didn't. Instead, Chris and the team around him were efficient and demonstrably working from self-assumed accountability for the results we needed. The upfront pricing quoted for services was both fair and reasonable. When the scope of the service requirements changed, their bias was to honor their initially quoted fee rather than appropriately adjust it to account for the increased scope of work. We ultimately requested that the final fee for their services match the work done - largely out of respect and appreciation. This may easily represent the most comprehensive review I've extended to-date, and it's because the team at Bio-One earned it.

Highly recommend Bio One Detroit West if you need a biohazard cleanup. Chris responded quickly, met us at the house the very next morning and was extremely professional and knowledgeable.
