Chris and his team are amazing! They were able to help an elderly family member of mine with cleaning up after she had a medical emergency. They also were able to help cleanup and remove furniture etc when she needed to move out. I don't know what we would have done without them. They are reasonably priced and have a very fast response. I can't thank them enough! I would recommend them to anyone.

Warren came out to my home after I discovered a large amount of mouse droppings in the ceiling tiles. He arrived on-time and provided me with a detailed breakdown of what he was going to do and made sure to answer any questions I had. After starting he got to work and was in and out quickly as he worked the entire time. When finished, he made sure I went over the area to ensure I was satisfied with the work. I would recommend to anyone I know

Chris Davis at Bio-One Detroit West is a true professional! He helped me greatly during a stressful time. His team at Bio-One took on a difficult cleaning task that involved unsanitary conditions and hoarding. I have had to tackle similar "projects" over the years to help an elderly parent. The last time I had to tackle this myself (with the help of a dear cousin), I swore I would never deal with it again. Fortunately, with Chris and his team to rescue me, I could leave the dirty job to someone else. These types of jobs place the cleaning crew at risk of health hazards when dealing with multiple unsafe situations. I commend their ability to do so efficiently, professionally, and reasonably. I was working with Chris long-distance, and he kept me informed every step of the way and went above and beyond. To say that Chris treated me like family is an understatement. OMG! I can not recommend this company enough! 100% professional from start to finish. Called and set up an appointment and accidentally missed the appointment. I thought that I would have to wait at least an extra week, but they were amazingly able to come over a couple of hours later. Initially, I was a little skeptical considering that their physical location was difficult to find on Google Maps and due to the fact that EVERY SINGLE REVIEW that they had was a 5 star review. But now I can see why that is and it's because they earn it! Warren is nothing else but amazing at his work and has an awesome personality to boot! When he was done, it was like it never even happened, and the place looked even better than it did before the incident😅 Obviously hiring someone to do this kind of work gets pricey but if I ever need this kind of work done again they will absolutely be my 1st and only call!
