We needed to have the basement gutted of our newly purchased property, it was in horrible condition. Hiring Bio-One to completely gut the basement down to the studs, remove all insulation and sanitize the entire space (multiple times) was the right choice and I am so grateful for their prompt scheduling and excellent customer service!

INTEGRITY! Truly, if you find yourself in a situation requiring help of this nature, these are the guys you want to call! I hired them to help me with a family member w dementia's house after many years of trash hoarding - Chris and his team went above and beyond every step of the way to ensure the job was done right and treated us with serious compassion and kindness- they are insanely hard workers - this was no small job and they tackled it in record time and with incredible results - I couldn't be happier with the value they restored in my family member's home, not to mention the valuables themselves and family heirlooms they were able to recover for us - I hope you never need to call a company like this - but if you do - for real - save yourself time and just call this one!!
