Bio-One came through during a very difficult time in ours lives. My Father-in-law passed away unexpectedly, not only were they informative, and helpful, but they were compassionate, and caring. Ginger was amazing, helping us navigate the insurance process and kindly offered advice based on her experience. In addition, they did an amazing job with the house, not to get too graphic, but it was very messy, they checked for biological waste and made sure that the house was safe and breathable. I cannot say thank you enough, you and your family help me and my family through the worst that happens to us, a love one passing. Which is why I would recommend Bio-One they are in the business of caring and respect, and on the side they clean.

Ginger was very helpful with my needs!!

My mother had 3 small dogs that were not house trained. After her passing I came down to settle her estate and was overwhelmed with the pet odor. Mom has hardwood floors. She had difficulty seeing the pet waste and cleaning up after them proved to be too much for her. I did some research online and decided to call BioOne Duval County. The owners, Ginger and Jamie came out within 30 minutes of our call. They were very gracious and understanding. Jamie completely explained the process to me. He treated the floor with a mixture of chemicals, covered the entire floor with plastic to allow the product to soak into the crevices. He returned each day to clean up the prior days treatment and continue the process for three days until the smell was gone. They also recommended I purchase a GEN2 Industrial Grade Hydroxyl and Ozone Sterilization Machine to help clean the air. Jamie set it up and it’s cleaning the air. The smell is gone and now we’re able to put the house on the market. I can’t say enough good things about BioOne. The prices are very reasonable and their work is second to none. Ginger and Jamie were so easy to work with. I highly recommend their services. I completely believe that I hired the best of the best in this line of work. Thank you so much!
