Prompt, courteous, compassionate and top notch professionalism from Ginger and her crew on very short notice.

My mother had 3 small dogs that were not house trained. After her passing I came down to settle her estate and was overwhelmed with the pet odor. Mom has hardwood floors. She had difficulty seeing the pet waste and cleaning up after them proved to be too much for her. I did some research online and decided to call BioOne Duval County. The owners, Ginger and Jamie came out within 30 minutes of our call. They were very gracious and understanding. Jamie completely explained the process to me. He treated the floor with a mixture of chemicals, covered the entire floor with plastic to allow the product to soak into the crevices. He returned each day to clean up the prior days treatment and continue the process for three days until the smell was gone. They also recommended I purchase a GEN2 Industrial Grade Hydroxyl and Ozone Sterilization Machine to help clean the air. Jamie set it up and it’s cleaning the air. The smell is gone and now we’re able to put the house on the market. I can’t say enough good things about BioOne. The prices are very reasonable and their work is second to none. Ginger and Jamie were so easy to work with. I highly recommend their services. I completely believe that I hired the best of the best in this line of work. Thank you so much!

Jamie and Ginger really are the best! I honestly did not know what exactly I was looking for- I just knew I needed help. They answered all of my questions, came up with a plan-of-action, and got the job done much quicker than I anticipated! They are thorough, professional, and kind. It was because of the team at Bio-One that the difficult process of cleaning out a family member's house was manageable and less stressful. We have had Ginger and Jamie do some work for us at two locations. Both locations were in really bad shape. Both Ginger and Jamie were so awesome to work with. Not only did they meet the highest standards possibly, but they did it with kindness, concern for the family, generosity and a feeling of friendship that I believe will be ongoing. They are very professional but upbeat and positive no matter what. I would recommend them in a second to anyone needing help. And, if there’s ever another time when we might need them, I would not hesitate to call them. 5 stars aren’t high enough!! They deserve 10 stars.

I highly recommend Bio-One! Jamie was super friendly, professional, and fast! We needed a small hazardous material removal at a rental property and Jamie was able to come out the next morning, and got everything removed/cleaned very quickly! We appreciate this family owned business!
