From the moment the owner came out to give me an estimate to Ginger calling me and texting me with updates to the workers who handled the whole thing with compassion and professionalism i am just so thankful i found them. They went above and beyond to help me and all along never asked for money in advance like most companies want. You can tell they want you to be 100% satisfied before they even consider sending a bill i even asked on the last day they were here if i could write them a check and the owner said no that they would email me a bill and i could just send a check! This company is the real deal! I bought a hoarder house that smelled so strongly of cat urine that the construction crew couldn’t stand to be inside long enough to measure for materials. So bad...the home inspector wore a suit and mask and tried to ignore the literal piles of feces under the kitchen sink. This company was over-the-top amazing! Yes, the effectively removed the odor, but beyond that: (1) The owners spoke with me during the purchasing process, providing written estimates and a plethora of info before I even owned the Home. Many companies won’t work with you until you are the owner. They were extremely helpful and flexible, giving freely of their time and expertise. (2) came immediately...very cooperative w my crazy schedule, worked through the weekend, several late nights, so accommodating. (3). Extremely thorough!!!!!! Could tell they went the extra mile with EVERYTHING they did. One small example: They were supposed to remove bathroom vanities and get rid of pet urine smell from the floor and walls. They did that, plus cleaned the medicine cabinet and shower! (4) generous and honest. They never tried to increase their price, despite that I’m sure they found all kinds of crazy stuff there. I know the project turned out to be tougher than planned. For instance, it was my AC man that told me they treated it 3 times...they never mentioned it...they just did what they had to do to make it right. Another example: they let me keep their dumpster on-site, which saves me hundreds from having to get my own dumpster for the construction work I was able to do when they finished. (5) smart. This is long-winded so suffice to summarize there were so many additional details... the bottom line is, these folks were absolutely phenomenal. I can’t believe how effective they were, let alone reasonably-priced, oh and humble!

Me and my wife had the very unpleasant experience of having rats in our kitchen; after the extermination process we were still left with a stomach churning disaster under our counters where they had been nesting. Our landlord patched the holes under our counters and to do so, had to sweep out all of the chewed and rotten wood along with feces and who knows what else. Being a huge germaphobe i wouldn’t even go into the kitchen. After doing some research on the dangers of rat feces i decided to hire Bio one. Best decision ever. They were so incredibly friendly and helpful. They walked me through the process so i knew what was happening in my kitchen. They took care of every surface, and gave me my peace of mind back. They made sure of my satisfaction before they finished and I was indeed satisfied.
