Me and my wife had the very unpleasant experience of having rats in our kitchen; after the extermination process we were still left with a stomach churning disaster under our counters where they had been nesting. Our landlord patched the holes under our counters and to do so, had to sweep out all of the chewed and rotten wood along with feces and who knows what else. Being a huge germaphobe i wouldn’t even go into the kitchen. After doing some research on the dangers of rat feces i decided to hire Bio one. Best decision ever. They were so incredibly friendly and helpful. They walked me through the process so i knew what was happening in my kitchen. They took care of every surface, and gave me my peace of mind back. We were unexpectedly faced with a hoarder house in Jacksonville, Fl when we live out of state. BioOne came and cleaned out the house within a week; they found and saved the things we asked them to save including important documents and found things we didn't even know were in there, They were always courteous and friendly, and left a very neat, clean house.
