We were unexpectedly faced with a hoarder house in Jacksonville, Fl when we live out of state. BioOne came and cleaned out the house within a week; they found and saved the things we asked them to save including important documents and found things we didn't even know were in there, They were always courteous and friendly, and left a very neat, clean house. We have had Ginger and Jamie do some work for us at two locations. Both locations were in really bad shape. Both Ginger and Jamie were so awesome to work with. Not only did they meet the highest standards possibly, but they did it with kindness, concern for the family, generosity and a feeling of friendship that I believe will be ongoing.
