Bio-One came through during a very difficult time in ours lives. My Father-in-law passed away unexpectedly, not only were they informative, and helpful, but they were compassionate, and caring. Ginger was amazing, helping us navigate the insurance process and kindly offered advice based on her experience. In addition, they did an amazing job with the house, not to get too graphic, but it was very messy, they checked for biological waste and made sure that the house was safe and breathable. Hallelujah! I have finally found a company that can live up to its promises. I live with SEVERAL cats and have been trying for years to find someone or something that can get rid of the cat odors (especially urine odors). Then I found Bio One and two of the nicest, and, most knowledgeable, owners you would ever want to meet. After just two days I can now breathe. My floors are beautiful and the walls and cabinets are like new.
