Ginger and Bio one provided top notch service and exceeded my expectations. I was an overwhelmed and Ginger made it easy by communicating through out the project. I was amazed at the results and would highly recommend this crew to anyone that has a huge cleanup to face!

Me and my wife had the very unpleasant experience of having rats in our kitchen; after the extermination process we were still left with a stomach churning disaster under our counters where they had been nesting. Our landlord patched the holes under our counters and to do so, had to sweep out all of the chewed and rotten wood along with feces and who knows what else. Being a huge germaphobe i wouldn’t even go into the kitchen. After doing some research on the dangers of rat feces i decided to hire Bio one. Best decision ever. They were so incredibly friendly and helpful. They walked me through the process so i knew what was happening in my kitchen. They took care of every surface, and gave me my peace of mind back. They made sure of my satisfaction before they finished and I was indeed satisfied.

I would highly recommend Bio-One Duval County. I had a house full of 37 years worth of hoarded items. They cleaned it completely out. I can now walk freely around my house. Ginger and Jamie were so helpful and would call and ask if they had a question about keeping or getting rid of certain items and they kept items that I requested them to keep.

This was a wonderful experience cleaning my dad’s house. Jamie and Ginger were efficient, kind and so supportive!! I was so nervous about the clean up but they put my worries to rest. The house is now so clean and even smells great! Just a friendly couple that had me laughing thru this difficult time. Highly recommend!!!! I cannot say enough good things about this company. Ginger was amazingly helpful and compassionate helping me through a very stressful and emotional time. They turned my home into a clean, livable space again. And they do a great job with mold. Everyone I dealt with was professional and helpful.
