Ginger and the Bio-One Family were our Angels during a very traumatic time. We had to have everything in our home specially cleaned of tear gas because of an intruder. It was a very challenging job. Ginger knew the specific protocol necessary and worked tirelessly with her crew to ensure our safety. I highly recommend them for any cleaning job. They have proven that they can handle any job efficiently and for the best price. I HIGHLY recommend them!

I have nothing negative to say I use them all the time they are very efficient and honest people wouldn’t use anyone but them.

We have had Ginger and Jamie do some work for us at two locations. Both locations were in really bad shape. Both Ginger and Jamie were so awesome to work with. Not only did they meet the highest standards possibly, but they did it with kindness, concern for the family, generosity and a feeling of friendship that I believe will be ongoing. They are very professional but upbeat and positive no matter what. I would recommend them in a second to anyone needing help. And, if there’s ever another time when we might need them, I would not hesitate to call them. 5 stars aren’t high enough!! They deserve 10 stars.

Ginger, Jamie and their crew were excellent. They worked diligently at their enormous task to complete on schedule. Temperatures were extreme with added thunderstorms but they kept pushing. They were very keen on watching for valuables, which can slow down the process, but they killed it. The conditions of the property were deplorable, but that did not deter them. I would not think twice about hiring them again. You can’t go wrong with bio one.

I had the pleasure of working with Bio-One Duval County when I had a smell in a house that we had tried to remove multiple times with out success. Ginger and Jamie were the best to work with. They provided me with the cheapest option first only to move on to more expensive options if the first didn't happen to work. The first option worked!! I highly recommend their company.
