Bio-One came through during a very difficult time in ours lives. My Father-in-law passed away unexpectedly, not only were they informative, and helpful, but they were compassionate, and caring. Ginger was amazing, helping us navigate the insurance process and kindly offered advice based on her experience. In addition, they did an amazing job with the house, not to get too graphic, but it was very messy, they checked for biological waste and made sure that the house was safe and breathable. I cannot say thank you enough, you and your family help me and my family through the worst that happens to us, a love one passing. This company is amazing! Ginger and her team are worth their weight in gold. They go waaay beyond the expected in their customer service. They are sensitive to the situation and needs of the family.
