Great service extremely fast turnaround!

My mother had 3 small dogs that were not house trained. After her passing I came down to settle her estate and was overwhelmed with the pet odor. Mom has hardwood floors. She had difficulty seeing the pet waste and cleaning up after them proved to be too much for her. I did some research online and decided to call BioOne Duval County. The owners, Ginger and Jamie came out within 30 minutes of our call. They were very gracious and understanding. Jamie completely explained the process to me. He treated the floor with a mixture of chemicals, covered the entire floor with plastic to allow the product to soak into the crevices. He returned each day to clean up the prior days treatment and continue the process for three days until the smell was gone. They also recommended I purchase a GEN2 Industrial Grade Hydroxyl and Ozone Sterilization Machine to help clean the air. Jamie set it up and it’s cleaning the air. The smell is gone and now we’re able to put the house on the market. I can’t say enough good things about BioOne. The prices are very reasonable and their work is second to none. Ginger and Jamie were so easy to work with. I highly recommend their services. I completely believe that I hired the best of the best in this line of work. Thank you so much!

Ginger and the Bio-One Family were our Angels during a very traumatic time. We had to have everything in our home specially cleaned of tear gas because of an intruder. It was a very challenging job. Ginger knew the specific protocol necessary and worked tirelessly with her crew to ensure our safety. I highly recommend them for any cleaning job. This was a wonderful experience cleaning my dad’s house. Jamie and Ginger were efficient, kind and so supportive!! I was so nervous about the clean up but they put my worries to rest. The house is now so clean and even smells great! Just a friendly couple that had me laughing thru this difficult time. Highly recommend!!!! I would highly recommend Bio-One Duval County. I had a house full of 37 years worth of hoarded items. They cleaned it completely out. I can now walk freely around my house. Ginger and Jamie were so helpful and would call and ask if they had a question about keeping or getting rid of certain items and they kept items that I requested them to keep.

Great customer service and efficient process

This company is the real deal! I bought a hoarder house that smelled so strongly of cat urine that the construction crew couldn’t stand to be inside long enough to measure for materials. So bad...the home inspector wore a suit and mask and tried to ignore the literal piles of feces under the kitchen sink. This company was over-the-top amazing! Yes, the effectively removed the odor, but beyond that: (1) The owners spoke with me during the purchasing process, providing written estimates and a plethora of info before I even owned the Home. Many companies won’t work with you until you are the owner. They were extremely helpful and flexible, giving freely of their time and expertise. (2) came immediately...very cooperative w my crazy schedule, worked through the weekend, several late nights, so accommodating. (3). Extremely thorough!!!!!! Could tell they went the extra mile with EVERYTHING they did. One small example: They were supposed to remove bathroom vanities and get rid of pet urine smell from the floor and walls. They did that, plus cleaned the medicine cabinet and shower! (4) generous and honest. They never tried to increase their price, despite that I’m sure they found all kinds of crazy stuff there. I know the project turned out to be tougher than planned. For instance, it was my AC man that told me they treated it 3 times...they never mentioned it...they just did what they had to do to make it right. Another example: they let me keep their dumpster on-site, which saves me hundreds from having to get my own dumpster for the construction work I was able to do when they finished. (5) smart. This is long-winded so suffice to summarize there were so many additional details... the bottom line is, these folks were absolutely phenomenal. I can’t believe how effective they were, let alone reasonably-priced, oh and humble!

Ginger & Jamie do absolutely amazing work. They have now worked with my family on 2 occasions for 2 very different jobs. They are extremely professional, do great work, & show deep compassion. Bio-One did a great job disinfecting our office after a burglary. They came out right away and were very professional throughout the entire process. Ginger kept us updated and informed of everything she was doing. She went out of her way to make sure we were completely satisfied with the job.
