I initially spoke with Ginger to make my appointment. She was so friendly and reassuring that I had no reason to be embarrassed about the shape in which my home was. She and her crew of Jamie, Chris, and Aaron did a kick ass job cleaning my home. Jamie even offered to syphon out my turtle tank. My sink was broken and I need it to do that on my own until it's fixed. They just went above and beyond what I expected. I could not be happier.

We were unexpectedly faced with a hoarder house in Jacksonville, Fl when we live out of state. BioOne came and cleaned out the house within a week; they found and saved the things we asked them to save including important documents and found things we didn't even know were in there, They were always courteous and friendly, and left a very neat, clean house.
