We were unexpectedly faced with a hoarder house in Jacksonville, Fl when we live out of state. BioOne came and cleaned out the house within a week; they found and saved the things we asked them to save including important documents and found things we didn't even know were in there, They were always courteous and friendly, and left a very neat, clean house. We have had Ginger and Jamie do some work for us at two locations. Both locations were in really bad shape. Both Ginger and Jamie were so awesome to work with. Not only did they meet the highest standards possibly, but they did it with kindness, concern for the family, generosity and a feeling of friendship that I believe will be ongoing. They are very professional but upbeat and positive no matter what. I would recommend them in a second to anyone needing help. Bio one - My experience with Bio One Duval services was outstanding. Ginger and Jaime and their crew were so hardworking. They were reliable, careful, personable, and extremely professional. Bio - One Duval arrived at the project on time, and immediately began to do the deep clean that was necessary. They were incredibly thorough by clearing away all the unwanted items and cleaning all of the items we wanted to keep. We honestly feel liked they went above and beyond. Bio - One not only met - but they exceeded our expectations
This was a wonderful experience cleaning my dad’s house. Jamie and Ginger were efficient, kind and so supportive!! I was so nervous about the clean up but they put my worries to rest. The house is now so clean and even smells great! Just a friendly couple that had me laughing thru this difficult time. Highly recommend!!!!
