Me and my wife had the very unpleasant experience of having rats in our kitchen; after the extermination process we were still left with a stomach churning disaster under our counters where they had been nesting. Our landlord patched the holes under our counters and to do so, had to sweep out all of the chewed and rotten wood along with feces and who knows what else. Being a huge germaphobe i wouldn’t even go into the kitchen. After doing some research on the dangers of rat feces i decided to hire Bio one. Best decision ever. They were so incredibly friendly and helpful. They walked me through the process so i knew what was happening in my kitchen. They took care of every surface, and gave me my peace of mind back. They made sure of my satisfaction before they finished and I was indeed satisfied.

Hallelujah! I have finally found a company that can live up to its promises. I live with SEVERAL cats and have been trying for years to find someone or something that can get rid of the cat odors (especially urine odors). Then I found Bio One and two of the nicest, and, most knowledgeable, owners you would ever want to meet. After just two days I can now breathe. My floors are beautiful and the walls and cabinets are like new.
