Travis Nichols lived his entire adult life in the Bay Area until 2017, when he moved to Boise to purchase and develop his first Bio-One franchise in the Southwest Idaho territory. Travis' background in construction and senior management of retail stores uniquely prepared him to help first. In 2019, he was awarded the Continuous Improvement Award at the annual conference. He is excited to renew his connection to the Bay Area in 2020 with a great team opening Bio-One East Bay. We're here 24/7/365 to help when you need it most.

I was in some deep, deep cat urine due to some interpersonal (interfelineal?) issues among my three cats. Not only have I come back to an immaculate, odor-free home, but the team was proactively communicative, professional, and went above and beyond to take care of us. How above and beyond? When they arrived promptly at the assigned time, I had only managed to get two of my three monsters into their carriers for transport to the cat hotel. Number three — the largest and least intelligent of my brood — had escaped me for the better part of an hour. Sweating and frustrated, I let the team from Bio-One in with my apologies. That’s when all four of them got right on the case and helped me get the fur jerk into his bag within minutes. Five star service all around!

Bio-One was hired to clean out a recreational vehicle. Steven Fuentes gave an estimate to disinfect and clean the RV and the price was very reasonable. A few days later he brought in a team of three that did a remarkable job; pulling out old carpet, disinfecting, throwing away unwanted items, and making it smell nice and clean.
