I would give Kellen and his team at Bio-One more than 5 stars if I could. Everyone went above and beyond to help in any way that they could, even doing things they didn’t have to just to lend a hand. The work that they did was very thorough and done in a very timely manner. Kellen made sure that there wasn’t hardly anything I had to do. He took over with insurance and if there was anything extra he could do to help he would no questions asked. Communication is also a very strong point, they will answer your questions quickly and do everything to make the process smooth. I appreciate so much the work they did for me and would recommend them to anyone.

After a loved one passed away unexpectedly, I was completely overwhelmed with grief and had no clue how to deal with their home that was in hazardous conditions. He and his crew cleaned out the home from top to bottom and helped me sort through their belongings.
