I would give Kellen and his team at Bio-One more than 5 stars if I could. Everyone went above and beyond to help in any way that they could, even doing things they didn’t have to just to lend a hand. The work that they did was very thorough and done in a very timely manner. Kellen made sure that there wasn’t hardly anything I had to do. He took over with insurance and if there was anything extra he could do to help he would no questions asked. Communication is also a very strong point, they will answer your questions quickly and do everything to make the process smooth. I appreciate so much the work they did for me and would recommend them to anyone.

Would highly recommend. They were very efficient and their professionalism did not leave my parents feeling embarrassed with the situation at hand. A huge weight was lifted off of all of our shoulders after hiring them, the process was incredibly easy and fast! We were very pleased with the work of bio one we called on a Sunday afternoon and they immediately responded and came to our location within a couple hours they were very courteous and helpful with the whole process and put us at ease dealing with a death which caused the need for cleaning from the family room to the kitchen to the bathroom down the hall to the bedroom We left while they did their work and then they called us a couple hours later when the work was done and we went back to check and everything was done very professionally and to the T. We would use them again if we ever have a need and would recommend their services for anyone needing professional Bio cleaning
