I cannot say enough positive things about Bio-One of Gaithersburg. I dealt with the owner (a kind man who gave his employees off for the holiday weekend) directly, and he is who decontaminated my car. I'd had a mishap involving a large puppy I was transporting for a rescue where I volunteer, and poop was everywhere. Ground into the vented leather seats, too. Chris Meadows spent many hours, meticulously cleaning and disinfecting every bit of my car, even finding more areas than I had found myself. I think this is the cleanest my interior has ever been. His pricing was more than fair, especially considering the many hours he spent making my SUV clean again! He was super fast in calling me back initially, and also very quick in getting to my house. But he was slow and thorough in actually decontaminating.

I definitely received 5 star treatment. I am so thankful I connected with Bio-One. Chris was so kind, respectful and considerate. The company is very discreet and did such an amazing job. High technology and the latest and greatest procedures to assist me in my time of distress and protecting my home. They took care of absolutely everything!
