We used Bio-One to empty and then deep clean and sanitize the apartment used by my mother in law in an assisted living facility. We asked a couple of vendors to come and inspect and provide a quote. I don't know what I would have done without Angela and Mick. My parents home was in the worst condition you can imagine, and then compile your worst nightmares. Angela managed the communication process, and she helped me not feel shame or embarrassment for what had once been my childhood home. They were able to retrieve a very small amount of salvageable belongings, which was more than I had hoped for. Even at the worst points of the process, Angela's calm and empathetic demeanor was out of this world. I am thankful that I was able to meet Angela and Mick in person to thank them. I had the opportunity to use Bio-One's services for a complete apartment clean out (furniture and cleaning) and cleaning dog urine from the kitchen floor, cabinet posts and the urine had gotten underneath the flooring on the subfloor. Angela and Mick came out for a pre-service assessment and were very professional and friendly. The work done was perfect, smell was gone, apartment was clean and ready to occupy to new tenants.
