I’m Ryan Zollner, owner of Bio-One Highlands, where compassion meets expertise in biohazard cleanup, hoarding cleanup, and trauma remediation across New Jersey.
With more than 15 years of experience in construction, demolition, property preservation, and extreme cleanouts, I’ve dedicated my career to helping families restore safety, dignity, and peace of mind during life’s most difficult moments.
As a father of four, I understand how important it is to create safe, healthy environments for the people we love. That belief drives everything we do at Bio-One Highlands—from crime scene cleanup to unattended death cleanup, mental-health-related hoarding assistance, and biohazard decontamination.
Through my years working with families affected by loss, hoarding, mental illness, and addiction, I’ve seen firsthand the emotional and physical toll these situations create. Partnering with Bio-One Inc., a trusted nationwide leader in biohazard remediation, allows me to combine professional standards with a deeply personal mission: serving each client with compassion, respect, and integrity.
