Jake Snavely is the owner of Bio-One of Huntsville. Jake grew up in Southern California and graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a degree in Business Administration. He went on to start a successful small business and became a full-time real estate broker for over 13 years. His years of experience in helping his clients through stressful decisions, and professionally meeting the needs of many different people lends itself to the compassion and emotional maturity required to help anyone in time of need. Jake's passion is to help others and serve the needs of his community. Jake and his wife, Sarah, along with their two daughters are active members of their local community in Huntsville, Alabama.

My mother accumulated so much stuff in her house over the years after my dad passed. Her ceiling caved in due to water damage from faulty gutters, rat droppings were found in the garage, and black mold was found in one of the bedrooms.
