Where do I begin...I was totally blown away on their service. I would like to say THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. Victor and Courtney are the most loving, caring, hardworking owners of the company. They did a Covid Cleanup and sterlized at my brothers apartment all while my brother is at the hospital dealing with Covid and other issues. You know it was an AMAZING JOB when my brother see's the pictures I sent to his phone and her cries. My brother said "THANK YOU SO MUCH...I DIDN;T KNOW WHAT I WAS GOING TO DO. YOU ARE A GOD SEND." I cannot say enough about Victor and Courtney. I had a sewer backup when the remnants of Ida hit us in September. Although I am luckier than many other people, it was still an extremely stressful event. Every remediation company was very overwhelmed. But Bio-One were unbelievably helpful, professional and caring. They worked with me, my insurance company and made sure that I felt comfortable during the whole process. Victor answered my many questions and even explained many things I forgot to ask! I had many companies get back to me, including one that promised me they would come clean. I took off that day and this unnamed company never showed. Bio-One was prompt and reliable. If they said they were calling me back, they called me back, if I had a question, they answered - they were a light during a stressful time. I recommend them to anyone needing their services! I selfishly hope I never have to use them in the future... but I am glad to know that if I need it, I have a reliable company to contact!
