I knew from the first conversation i had with Courtney that these were the people for the job. They completed a job faster than i ever could’ve hoped for, went through everything with a fine toothed comb. Many things recovered that were thought long lost. Courtney and Victor are great people who have a passion for what they do. Highly recommend!

We have been using them since March 2020 to sanitize and disinfect our two apartment buildings for low-income seniors. Their staff are professional and courteous. Thanks to them, we have kept our COVID numbers low in an environment filled with compromised adults. I highly recommend them.

My house was in dire need of being cleaned out and gone through. Courtney and Victor were the most non-judgemental people I think I have ever met. They did the clean out while taking the time to treat things that I loved with care. I feel so free after all that true junk is gone! They really are caring and efficient. Bio-One disinfected my grand-fathers home after he passed away from Covid-19. I called them at 6pm and they were in the home by 8pm that evening! They were compassionate & professional. Bio-One handled the entire process smoothly. The unit was sparkling clean & it brought us comfort during this difficult time that it was sanitized. They were respectful & more importantly, they were responsible. I highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough about Victor and Courtney. I had a sewer backup when the remnants of Ida hit us in September. Although I am luckier than many other people, it was still an extremely stressful event. Every remediation company was very overwhelmed. But Bio-One were unbelievably helpful, professional and caring. They worked with me, my insurance company and made sure that I felt comfortable during the whole process. Victor answered my many questions and even explained many things I forgot to ask! I had many companies get back to me, including one that promised me they would come clean. I took off that day and this unnamed company never showed. Bio-One was prompt and reliable. If they said they were calling me back, they called me back, if I had a question, they answered - they were a light during a stressful time. I recommend them to anyone needing their services! I selfishly hope I never have to use them in the future... but I am glad to know that if I need it, I have a reliable company to contact!

Where do I begin...I was totally blown away on their service. I would like to say THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. Victor and Courtney are the most loving, caring, hardworking owners of the company. They did a Covid Cleanup and sterlized at my brothers apartment all while my brother is at the hospital dealing with Covid and other issues. You know it was an AMAZING JOB when my brother see's the pictures I sent to his phone and her cries. My brother said "THANK YOU SO MUCH...I DIDN;T KNOW WHAT I WAS GOING TO DO. YOU ARE A GOD SEND."
