Bio-One disinfected my grand-fathers home after he passed away from Covid-19. I called them at 6pm and they were in the home by 8pm that evening! They were compassionate & professional. Bio-One handled the entire process smoothly. The unit was sparkling clean & it brought us comfort during this difficult time that it was sanitized. I cannot say enough about Victor and Courtney. I had a sewer backup when the remnants of Ida hit us in September. Although I am luckier than many other people, it was still an extremely stressful event. Every remediation company was very overwhelmed. But Bio-One were unbelievably helpful, professional and caring. They worked with me, my insurance company and made sure that I felt comfortable during the whole process. Victor answered my many questions and even explained many things I forgot to ask! I had many companies get back to me, including one that promised me they would come clean. I took off that day and this unnamed company never showed. Bio-One was prompt and reliable. If they said they were calling me back, they called me back, if I had a question, they answered - they were a light during a stressful time. I recommend them to anyone needing their services!
