The people who work here are kind, compassionate and oh so hard working. They knew I was in a time crunch before my move so a representative came over within an hour, in the evening, to give me a bid which was quite accurate. My place is not gross but totally out of control with the vast amount of things I have accumulated over the years. I was having a very hard time deciding what to let go and then doing it. The team of four wonderful people I worked with got everything sorted and completely packed in only two days. Items marked to sell will net a tidy profit and those for donation will be appreciated. I will go to start a great future in a new completely clutter free environment. These people have lifted such a burden and I would recommend this company with complete confidence. We are so pleased with Gary and his team of Tina, Tim and Phil in their work ethic and results in cleaning out our deceased family member's house. They were very empathetic, encouraging and helpful to us in making decisions about what to keep and what to discard. They were amazing and I recommend them without hesitation. Outstanding customer service. A rental of mines had waste in the basement leftover from a mainline being clogged. BioOne came over and I received a fair estimate. I had to reschedule due to major pipe problems. Gary was understanding and a few weeks later a tech came out and cleaned everything up perfectly. My tenants were happy and complimented the great work. Gary worked with me from beginning to end and made it very easy since I live out of state. The owner was so kind and professional, and his cleaners were thorough and compassionate, as well. While I hope to never have the need for them again (biohazard cleaning isn't something anyone looks forward to), I would 100% choose them again. They even completed the work for less than they estimated!

Unfortunately, I recently found that I had a rather significant amount of mouse droppings in an unfinished basement area used only for storage. I was delighted by Gary’s cleanup of the area this week which is now spotless. Gary and his team impressed me with their communication, follow-up, punctuality, professionalism, and most importantly, knowledge of the chemicals for a safe clean-up of my basement. He even went the extra mile to identify how the mice gained entry to the house. While this is an not inexpensive service, it was worth it based on the result and peace of mind. Five stars!

Logan and his crew are amazing; exceeded expectations. He guided us thru an extremely delicate situation with professionalism, grace and empathy. My nephew passed In-home and Logan was on scene within two days providing guidance, followed by a competitive quote, finishing with top notch clean up.
