We manage 127 units and if we ever have an issue where there is a blood or bodily fluids again they will always be our first call. We were lost on how to clean an apartment after a troubled tenant attempted to end their life. They were lucky and made it to the hospital in time however their apartment was left like a crime scene you see on TV. It had to be sanitized etc in order for another tenant to move in and Bio One went above and beyond. Even the grout on the tile floor was spotless. They were super responsive for the estimate and came back right away to provide services. We were amazed at their work!

We are so pleased with Gary and his team of Tina, Tim and Phil in their work ethic and results in cleaning out our deceased family member's house. They were very empathetic, encouraging and helpful to us in making decisions about what to keep and what to discard. They were amazing and I recommend them without hesitation. BioOne accomplished the work and on the estimated amount. Gary was open and honest about the project and what to expect from the beginning. During a very stressful time following the untimely death of a family member, Bio-One came in, did their job, cleaned the property so well, and generally took so much stress off that I can't recommend them highly enough! Don't hesitate to speak with Logan and his team. The family is so happy that we hired this firm to do a very difficult job! Communication was superb, they finished on time and exactly within budget. Gary and his crew accomplished an amazing amount of clean-up on a 3 day job. They navigated difficult family dynamics professionally and stayed focused on what was important - a healthy and safe environment for the home owners.
