The owner was so kind and professional, and his cleaners were thorough and compassionate, as well. While I hope to never have the need for them again (biohazard cleaning isn't something anyone looks forward to), I would 100% choose them again. Outstanding customer service. A rental of mines had waste in the basement leftover from a mainline being clogged. BioOne came over and I received a fair estimate. We manage 127 units and if we ever have an issue where there is a blood or bodily fluids again they will always be our first call. We were lost on how to clean an apartment after a troubled tenant attempted to end their life. They were lucky and made it to the hospital in time however their apartment was left like a crime scene you see on TV. It had to be sanitized etc in order for another tenant to move in and Bio One went above and beyond. Even the grout on the tile floor was spotless. They were super responsive for the estimate and came back right away to provide services. We were amazed at their work!

Unfortunately, I recently found that I had a rather significant amount of mouse droppings in an unfinished basement area used only for storage. I was delighted by Gary’s cleanup of the area this week which is now spotless. Gary and his team impressed me with their communication, follow-up, punctuality, professionalism, and most importantly, knowledge of the chemicals for a safe clean-up of my basement. He even went the extra mile to identify how the mice gained entry to the house. While this is an not inexpensive service, it was worth it based on the result and peace of mind. Five stars!
