Ignore the poor rating. Hoarding is a mental illnesses, as is bi-polar disorder and co-dependancy. If you have people that you love but their problems are evident in the unsafe living environment that they have created-consider Bio-One's professional services. Bio-One is not able to fix the underlying issues of people who can't or won't help themselves but they can do an amazing job of making the person(s) you care about's living space inhabitable. What they can do in three days is nothing short of amazing. During a very stressful time following the untimely death of a family member, Bio-One came in, did their job, cleaned the property so well, and generally took so much stress off that I can't recommend them highly enough! Rockstar service! Worked with Gary on a recent job and he was on top of everything.

Unfortunately, I recently found that I had a rather significant amount of mouse droppings in an unfinished basement area used only for storage. I was delighted by Gary’s cleanup of the area this week which is now spotless. Gary and his team impressed me with their communication, follow-up, punctuality, professionalism, and most importantly, knowledge of the chemicals for a safe clean-up of my basement. He even went the extra mile to identify how the mice gained entry to the house. While this is an not inexpensive service, it was worth it based on the result and peace of mind. Five stars!
