After spending many years in Corporate Finance, he left that world to pursue his passion of owning a service business that truly made a difference to the people he served. While I hope to never have the need for them again (biohazard cleaning isn't something anyone looks forward to), I would 100% choose them again. Unfortunately, I recently found that I had a rather significant amount of mouse droppings in an unfinished basement area used only for storage. I was delighted by Gary’s cleanup of the area this week which is now spotless. Gary and his team impressed me with their communication, follow-up, punctuality, professionalism, and most importantly, knowledge of the chemicals for a safe clean-up of my basement. He even went the extra mile to identify how the mice gained entry to the house. While this is an not inexpensive service, it was worth it based on the result and peace of mind. Five stars!

Outstanding customer service. A rental of mines had waste in the basement leftover from a mainline being clogged. BioOne came over and I received a fair estimate. I had to reschedule due to major pipe problems. Gary was understanding and a few weeks later a tech came out and cleaned everything up perfectly. The people who work here are kind, compassionate and oh so hard working. They knew I was in a time crunch before my move so a representative came over within an hour, in the evening, to give me a bid which was quite accurate.
