the owner was nothing but a gentleman and very professional when we had contact. sorted everything out in a VERY timely manor ! i wish more business owners were as up front forward and honest as this man has been, if you have need of his services i highly recommend him just from our phone interactions alone this would hands down be a company i would want on my side!

Ignore the poor rating. Hoarding is a mental illnesses, as is bi-polar disorder and co-dependancy. If you have people that you love but their problems are evident in the unsafe living environment that they have created-consider Bio-One's professional services. Bio-One is not able to fix the underlying issues of people who can't or won't help themselves but they can do an amazing job of making the person(s) you care about's living space inhabitable. What they can do in three days is nothing short of amazing. A previous failed attempt at a assisting family member(s) involved over 12 people and a lot of frustration and effort and more importantly-the goal line was never crossed. This company has the ability to SAFELY go into an unsafe living environment and improve things. If you love for someone exceeds their capacity to take care of themselves- consider Bio-One.

Gary was really friendly and considerate from the very beginning. My deceased parents house had a mouse infestation and mouse droppings were everywhere especially in the kitchen. Gary and his hard working crew gave me the peace of mind in which I definitely needed. Very professional business! Everything that they cleaned looks amazing! The people who work here are kind, compassionate and oh so hard working. They knew I was in a time crunch before my move so a representative came over within an hour, in the evening, to give me a bid which was quite accurate. My place is not gross but totally out of control with the vast amount of things I have accumulated over the years. I was having a very hard time deciding what to let go and then doing it. The team of four wonderful people I worked with got everything sorted and completely packed in only two days. Items marked to sell will net a tidy profit and those for donation will be appreciated. I will go to start a great future in a new completely clutter free environment. These people have lifted such a burden and I would recommend this company with complete confidence. They will change your life.

The owner was so kind and professional, and his cleaners were thorough and compassionate, as well. While I hope to never have the need for them again (bio-hazard cleaning isn't something anyone looks forward to), I would 100% choose them again. They even completed the work for less than estimated!

It was very difficult to make that call to Bio One KC and admit that our house had gotten way, way far beyond us. But I did call and I spoke with Logan, the owner, who was incredibly kind. He came out to look at our hideous mess (my term, not his!) and the next day his crew got to work. They are just as nice as Logan. And strong!! Two women hauled out my old defunct fridge and put it in a dumpster. And when they clean, they CLEAN. The job they have done is amazing. If you are like me, it will be hard to admit that your house is out of control. But if it is, I say take a deep breath and make the call to these folks. No shaming, just kindness and stunning results.

We manage 127 units and if we ever have an issue where there is a blood or bodily fluids again they will always be our first call. We were lost on how to clean an apartment after a troubled tenant attempted to end their life. They were lucky and made it to the hospital in time however their apartment was left like a crime scene you see on TV. It had to be sanitized etc in order for another tenant to move in and Bio One went above and beyond. Even the grout on the tile floor was spotless. They were super responsive for the estimate and came back right away to provide services. We were amazed at their work!
