Words can not fully express how incredible Gary and the Bio-One KC team were to work with, but I will try. We are so pleased with Gary and his team of Tina, Tim and Phil in their work ethic and results in cleaning out our deceased family member's house. They were very empathetic, encouraging and helpful to us in making decisions about what to keep and what to discard. They were amazing and I recommend them without hesitation. BioOne accomplished the work and on the estimated amount. Gary was open and honest about the project and what to expect from the beginning. Gary was really friendly and considerate from the very beginning. My deceased parents house had a mouse infestation and mouse droppings were everywhere especially in the kitchen. Gary and his hard working crew gave me the peace of mind in which I definitely needed. Very professional business! Everything that they cleaned looks amazing! Ignore the poor rating. Hoarding is a mental illnesses, as is bi-polar disorder and co-dependancy. If you have people that you love but their problems are evident in the unsafe living environment that they have created-consider Bio-One's professional services. Bio-One is not able to fix the underlying issues of people who can't or won't help themselves but they can do an amazing job of making the person(s) you care about's living space inhabitable. What they can do in three days is nothing short of amazing. A previous failed attempt at a assisting family member(s) involved over 12 people and a lot of frustration and effort and more importantly-the goal line was never crossed. This company has the ability to SAFELY go into an unsafe living environment and improve things. If you love for someone exceeds their capacity to take care of themselves- consider Bio-One.

I think the team is hard working and can over come any obstacle put in front of them. I believe they are friendly, and make the lightest out of a difficult situation.

The owner was so kind and professional, and his cleaners were thorough and compassionate, as well. While I hope to never have the need for them again (biohazard cleaning isn't something anyone looks forward to), I would 100% choose them again. They even completed the work for less than they estimated!
