It was very difficult to make that call to Bio One KC and admit that our house had gotten way, way far beyond us. But I did call and I spoke with Logan, the owner, who was incredibly kind. He came out to look at our hideous mess (my term, not his!) and the next day his crew got to work. They are just as nice as Logan. And strong!! Two women hauled out my old defunct fridge and put it in a dumpster. And when they clean, they CLEAN. The job they have done is amazing. If you are like me, it will be hard to admit that your house is out of control. But if it is, I say take a deep breath and make the call to these folks. No shaming, just kindness and stunning results.

Unfortunately, I recently found that I had a rather significant amount of mouse droppings in an unfinished basement area used only for storage. I was delighted by Gary’s cleanup of the area this week which is now spotless. Gary and his team impressed me with their communication, follow-up, punctuality, professionalism, and most importantly, knowledge of the chemicals for a safe clean-up of my basement. He even went the extra mile to identify how the mice gained entry to the house. While this is an not inexpensive service, it was worth it based on the result and peace of mind. Five stars!

Gary was really friendly and considerate from the very beginning. My deceased parents house had a mouse infestation and mouse droppings were everywhere especially in the kitchen. Gary and his hard working crew gave me the peace of mind in which I definitely needed. Very professional business! Everything that they cleaned looks amazing! Outstanding customer service. A rental of mines had waste in the basement leftover from a mainline being clogged. BioOne came over and I received a fair estimate. I had to reschedule due to major pipe problems. Gary was understanding and a few weeks later a tech came out and cleaned everything up perfectly. My tenants were happy and complimented the great work. Gary worked with me from beginning to end and made it very easy since I live out of state. I think the team is hard working and can over come any obstacle put in front of them. I believe they are friendly, and make the lightest out of a difficult situation.

Gary and his crew accomplished an amazing amount of clean-up on a 3 day job. They navigated difficult family dynamics professionally and stayed focused on what was important - a healthy and safe environment for the home owners.

Ignore the poor rating. Hoarding is a mental illnesses, as is bi-polar disorder and co-dependancy. If you have people that you love but their problems are evident in the unsafe living environment that they have created-consider Bio-One's professional services. Bio-One is not able to fix the underlying issues of people who can't or won't help themselves but they can do an amazing job of making the person(s) you care about's living space inhabitable. What they can do in three days is nothing short of amazing. A previous failed attempt at a assisting family member(s) involved over 12 people and a lot of frustration and effort and more importantly-the goal line was never crossed. This company has the ability to SAFELY go into an unsafe living environment and improve things. If you love for someone exceeds their capacity to take care of themselves- consider Bio-One.
