Logan and his crew are amazing; exceeded expectations. He guided us thru an extremely delicate situation with professionalism, grace and empathy. My nephew passed In-home and Logan was on scene within two days providing guidance, followed by a competitive quote, finishing with top notch clean up. He went above and beyond to make our tragedy a little easier.

Wow. Gary and his team are amazing. My little sister was about to get kicked out of an apartment because the hoarding was so bad. They cleaned everything so it was like a brand new place. The landlord thought she was in the wrong apartment. No more smell. They were great with helping my sister sort and organize. Gary even helped to clean out the car. The work would have taken me two weeks. They had it done in a day. Worth every penny!

Outstanding customer service. A rental of mines had waste in the basement leftover from a mainline being clogged. BioOne came over and I received a fair estimate. I had to reschedule due to major pipe problems. Gary was understanding and a few weeks later a tech came out and cleaned everything up perfectly. During a very stressful time following the untimely death of a family member, Bio-One came in, did their job, cleaned the property so well, and generally took so much stress off that I can't recommend them highly enough! Unfortunately, I recently found that I had a rather significant amount of mouse droppings in an unfinished basement area used only for storage. I was delighted by Gary’s cleanup of the area this week which is now spotless. Gary and his team impressed me with their communication, follow-up, punctuality, professionalism, and most importantly, knowledge of the chemicals for a safe clean-up of my basement. He even went the extra mile to identify how the mice gained entry to the house. While this is an not inexpensive service, it was worth it based on the result and peace of mind. Five stars!

We are so pleased with Gary and his team of Tina, Tim and Phil in their work ethic and results in cleaning out our deceased family member's house.
