The project I needed help with was a personally difficult circumstance for me since it involved a family member hoarding inside a condominium unit with surrounding neighbors. I had to call upon Bio One twice over the course of a year to complete a clean out of the unit, the second time involving remediation of decomposition after the death of my family member in the unit. Patricia and her team did a wonderful job on an old bedroom I wanted to clean out completely (furniture included). Communication was great and consistent. For the day of the actual job they all did an amazing job and they are all so nice and caring.
