Patricia and her crew did a great job with my mother’s home. My mother is not the easiest person to deal with when you are trying to get rid of her things, but Patricia and crew made the process so much better. Patricia showed care and understanding toward my mother and her feelings about her stuff. She was very communicative with me and they were on time each day. The crew was friendly and efficient. I would definitely use them again if needed.

We’ve unfortunately had to use this company twice but both times Patricia has gone above and beyond. The pricing was fair and the cleaning job was spectacular. We’re so happy to have found her & her crew during these stressful times. She’s very patient and understanding, her work is always done swiftly & efficiently. I could not recommend this company enough! We had a situation where another company contaminated my newborn baby’s room - floors, toys, walls, ceilings, etc. I called Patricia and she came out the same day to take a look. She was kind, empathetic, and compassionate. She was very responsive as we worked to have the other company cover the price of the cleanup. Her cleanup crew showed up a few minutes prior to their scheduled cleanup time and were respectful, clean, and fun to talk to! They did an absolutely amazing job cleaning my baby’s room, bathroom, the hallway and the stairs. Both Patricia and the leader of the cleanup crew called me that night to ensure I was satisfied with their work. From start to finish, I was impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their work. Hopefully I never need their services again, but I would not hesitate to recommend them to others! If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

Patricia and her team did a wonderful job on an old bedroom I wanted to clean out completely (furniture included). Communication was great and consistent. For the day of the actual job they all did an amazing job and they are all so nice and caring. Would definitely use them again if I had to and would recommend them to anyone looking for clean-up work.

I work for the company, and Patricia, the Owner/Supervisor is one of the best persons I've yet to work for, and treats her clients with care, and he exceeds people's expectations by going the extra mile, as she does this for her employees too! (If you're ever interested in part-time work, you can't work for anyone better in her line of business!)

Bio-One helped me declutter my apartment in short notice. I tried to call so many other services but no one was available due to Memorial Day. Patricia picked up the call and helped me with my special request. They were quick and were done in 2hrs. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much!
