I can't thank Patricia and the Bio-One crew enough for their help. After the sudden passing of my sister I hired Bio One to clean her apartment and pack everything for donation. They did an outstanding job and really took a burden off my shoulders during a difficult time. Their work was impeccable but more importantly they did the job with respect and care. I can't recommend them enough.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. We have an elderly cat with some health issues who became quite confused about the location of his litter box in our basement. Patricia was able to come out to provide an estimate within a couple days of my call. In order to get rid of the smell, we had to rip out all the carpet and treat the concrete underneath. What a surprise to all of us when we discovered a second layer of glued down vinyl flooring underneath the carpet that ALSO had to be removed. Patricia and her team had only planned for a two-day job, but ended up out here three days to make sure they could fully address the issue - and they did! I appreciated them finding a way to get back out here so everything could be taken care of in the same week. The whole crew was incredibly professional, friendly, and amazing to work with. Their communication with me throughout the process was excellent, and I really feel like they went above and beyond in so many ways. For example, we had some mats under our exercise equipment that they weren't sure were salvageable because of the absorbency of the material. However, they took them out to the driveway to give them a really thorough scrub and power wash. In the end, we had to get rid of the mats, but I appreciated that they treated my home and belongings as thoughtfully and respectfully as they would have treated their own. Truly top notch service!

The Bio One of Louisville team came out to one of our rentals to assess a situation. They gave input and expertise and in the end, suggested a better resolve for my situation. That is top notch service! I appreciate it very much and look forward to using these guys again in the future.

This all began with the loss of my brother unexpectedly and then my contact with the wrong company that did their best to cheat us, at a difficult time. Patricia was kind and made this so much easier and I can’t thank her and her crew enough for their excellent work and kindness during the entire cleanup! If I could give them 10 stars I would! Very professional, hard working employees who never stop moving and cleaning. They even did some extra little jobs that we didn’t ask for. Would recommend them to anyone who needs this type of service.

I could not recommend this company enough! We had a situation where another company contaminated my newborn baby’s room - floors, toys, walls, ceilings, etc. I called Patricia and she came out the same day to take a look. She was kind, empathetic, and compassionate. She was very responsive as we worked to have the other company cover the price of the cleanup. Her cleanup crew showed up a few minutes prior to their scheduled cleanup time and were respectful, clean, and fun to talk to! They did an absolutely amazing job cleaning my baby’s room, bathroom, the hallway and the stairs. Both Patricia and the leader of the cleanup crew called me that night to ensure I was satisfied with their work. From start to finish, I was impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their work. Hopefully I never need their services again, but I would not hesitate to recommend them to others! If I could give them 10 stars, I would.
