Patricia's roots are in a small town in Central Wisconsin where she raised her six children, three boys and three girls. She considered it a great privilege to homeschool them and walk along side of them into adulthood. She then spent a few years running her own housekeeping business as well as working as a teacher's aide in the special ed department before recently partnering with Bio-One. Her background equips her to be professional and compassionate toward those needing the resources that this company provides.
Patricia and Lacy were incredibly professional and did an amazing job. They cleaned up a sewage backup very thoroughly and timely. I can’t thank them enough for the work they did and how kind they were.

Moved out of a townhome which had some cleanliness issues that an ordinary firm turned down. I was referred to Bio-One by them, and just saw the before/after pictures (I have OCD and could not do a live walk-through for my own mental health reasons). The place was left impeccably clean, and Bio-One exceeded what I thought was even -possible- to achieve. I was stunned at how great a job they did! Now I feel like I'm leaving the place in great shape, and don't have to worry about what the landlords will say. I could not recommend this company enough! We had a situation where another company contaminated my newborn baby’s room - floors, toys, walls, ceilings, etc. I called Patricia and she came out the same day to take a look. She was kind, empathetic, and compassionate. She was very responsive as we worked to have the other company cover the price of the cleanup. Her cleanup crew showed up a few minutes prior to their scheduled cleanup time and were respectful, clean, and fun to talk to! They did an absolutely amazing job cleaning my baby’s room, bathroom, the hallway and the stairs. Both Patricia and the leader of the cleanup crew called me that night to ensure I was satisfied with their work. From start to finish, I was impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their work. Hopefully I never need their services again, but I would not hesitate to recommend them to others! If I could give them 10 stars, I would.
