Bio-One is a must use company. They cleaned my mom’s house which had multiple dogs and a cat. The company was quick on responding and extremely professional. They were respectful of the house and did an amazing job! Highly recommend. They went above and beyond.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. We have an elderly cat with some health issues who became quite confused about the location of his litter box in our basement. Patricia was able to come out to provide an estimate within a couple days of my call. In order to get rid of the smell, we had to rip out all the carpet and treat the concrete underneath. What a surprise to all of us when we discovered a second layer of glued down vinyl flooring underneath the carpet that ALSO had to be removed. Patricia and her team had only planned for a two-day job, but ended up out here three days to make sure they could fully address the issue - and they did! I appreciated them finding a way to get back out here so everything could be taken care of in the same week. The whole crew was incredibly professional, friendly, and amazing to work with. Their communication with me throughout the process was excellent, and I really feel like they went above and beyond in so many ways. For example, we had some mats under our exercise equipment that they weren't sure were salvageable because of the absorbency of the material. However, they took them out to the driveway to give them a really thorough scrub and power wash. In the end, we had to get rid of the mats, but I appreciated that they treated my home and belongings as thoughtfully and respectfully as they would have treated their own. Truly top notch service!
