Angie and David took the time to problem-solve and help with resources for a family member living in Northern WI. They offered to (literally) go out of their way to set up a cleaning if another company was not available. Ultimately, I found a closer service, but I wanted to be sure to highly recommend Bio-One for their helpful, timely, and compassionate assistance.

I just want to give a HUGE recommendation for Bio-One. I know most of us have worked with them on cases in the past, but this particular case I am working on right now with them, they are going above and beyond and deserve an extra shout out. My client's home was one of the worst I've ever seen. They got out there within a day to get thins cleaned up. They changed his lightbulbs, replaced the corroded toilet, got him set up with some bedsheets, towels, kitchen equipment, etc. all things they had in their garage so he would be set up for success after the major clean out. They even helped with some pest control to get rid of the rats/mice that have overrun the home. They have been so willing to help my client and work with us and I just feel that we are lucky to have them as a vendor/support in our community :) 

Bio-One helped us with cleanup after a wildlife scenario on our property. The crew were very professional, kind, friendly, efficient and effective. Plus clear and timely communication throughout, with both the crew and the owner! Highly recommended!

I could take all day to write how positive I feel about Bio-One they are professionals but beyond that they're just tremendous human beings and I consider myself so lucky to have had a chance to do business with them I guess I mean obviously it was my fault I ended up in that situation but they were there to lend a hand and they're amazing.

Bio-one provided a first- class service on short notice in a pinch. They walked the job with me within a couple of hours of first contact and were on the job the next day (I’m sure I was lucky in that regard). Their cleaners were cheerful, flexible, and empathetic. Good folks!

The Bio One team was very responsive and timely from the beginning. They came in to our home to help us haul out remodeling debris, sanitize a past mouse problem, and overall clean our basement. The end result is a brand new, clean slate for us to finish and enjoy our space!

I contacted Bio-One to assist with a biohazard clean-up in my home. I called them about 7:00 a.m. They were to my house before 8:30 a.m. and their work was finished before 12:00 p.m. on that same day. They were professional, efficient, and very sensitive to my circumstances. They took the initiative to submit their invoice directly to my insurance company, saving me time and administration in doing so myself. They also followed up with me a few days after their service to coordinate additional services needed to return my home into it's previous condition. I highly recommend Bio-One - they were true professionals with the needed compassion to get me back into my home as soon as possible.

Bio-One did a fantastic job cleaning up smelly cat urine stains from a previous tenant. The carpet had been professionally cleaned before, but the smell kept coming back. The cleaners quickly got to the source of the problem and took care of it. I recommend them to anyone in need of their services!

We have recently started working with Bio-One on a bunch of our apartments. They do an amazing job. Professionalism is just one of their great qualities. When we request service, they are very quick to fit us in their schedule. Time sensitivity is very important when it comes to some of our bio-hazard units so we appreciate the quick turnaround.
