I can’t say enough wonderful things about Bio-One. I was in a crisis situation and I needed assistance quickly. I called Angie at 1:15PM on a Saturday afternoon and she met me at 2:30PM at the location I needed cleaned. The team was absolutely amazing and put me so at ease. The job the team did was so fantastic that because the work they did, we were able prevent the occupant of the apartment from being evicted. I recently moved into a home that previously had a fairly substantial mouse problem, and worked with Bio-One to clean out the basement rooms that were favored by the mice, removing ceiling tiles & carpeting and disinfecting the worst areas. I contacted several similar companies in the Madison area, but Angie and David were by far the most responsive, quickly coming on site to provide a reasonable estimate.
