The company and its staff are professional and amazing. They made their motto come true: "We're here to help people." Due to an unfortunate set of circumstances, the house had human wastes on the carpets of most rooms and all the wooden floors. Bio-One responded immediately. The owner clearly communicated the cost and gave an estimate. The cleaning staff was respectful and worked hard. The staff gave me an option of where I wanted their service and gave me tips on how to clean the wooden floors by myself. The staff even came out a second time to clean the carpets when some stains turned darker a week after the cleaning. They helped heal a traumatic experience. I highly recommend then.

With an upcoming move I hired Bio-One to help with a pre-move clear out. They were awesome, I was feeling quite overwhelmed with trying to manage the job alone, I was assured they could manage it and quickly. They were professional, quick and thorough, going well beyond expectations. We purged alot to donate or through out, they also took alot to storage and organized placement within the unit, for easy access. With their help, spring cleaning is done; I will be able to focus on the move when the time comes, and I am able to manage things in the meantime. The Bio-One crew are some of the kindest, most respectful people I have had the pleasure to meet and work with. I've used Bio-One three times, and each time David and his crew went beyond what they were hired to do by helping me out in other ways. When they came to my condo to collect and dispose of furniture I no longer needed, David discovered and repaired a leaky pipe in my kitchen. They're always courteous, professional, efficient, and mindful of finding a good home for useable items or the best places to recycle unwanted things. I refer them to everyone I know and would use them again without hesitation.
