Bags. Gloves. Dumpster. Elbow grease....apparent elements to practically all major clean-out tasks. Yet none of these elements would have been deployed (and the clean-out would not have transpired) had it not been for the more important elements that Bio-One provided. These less-apparent elements include things like tact, understanding and patience (and gentle, positive coercion) with the people involved who are often struggling with the various pressures of life.
