Words cannot fully express my gratitude for the incredibly thorough and professional service that David, Megan, and Angie of Bio-One provided when my apartment got broken into and the burglar bled all over the place. Not only did they sanitize and clean every surface and item that was impacted, they took valued time to make sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed along with those of the property manager and went out their way to keep them happy as well. They went above and beyond just the obligation of a business and helped me out of quite the jam. I don't believe another company would have done that. My place is clean as a whistle and I'm so relieved to have gotten through a tough situation that could have turned out to be a large set back and a real bummer if it were not for Bio-One. They provided a truly invaluable service and I would give 6 stars if I could.

I contacted Bio-One to assist with a biohazard clean-up in my home. I called them about 7:00 a.m. They were to my house before 8:30 a.m. and their work was finished before 12:00 p.m. on that same day. They were professional, efficient, and very sensitive to my circumstances. They took the initiative to submit their invoice directly to my insurance company, saving me time and administration in doing so myself. They also followed up with me a few days after their service to coordinate additional services needed to return my home into it's previous condition. I highly recommend Bio-One - they were true professionals with the needed compassion to get me back into my home as soon as possible.

I've used Bio-One three times, and each time David and his crew went beyond what they were hired to do by helping me out in other ways. When they came to my condo to collect and dispose of furniture I no longer needed, David discovered and repaired a leaky pipe in my kitchen. They're always courteous, professional, efficient, and mindful of finding a good home for useable items or the best places to recycle unwanted things. I refer them to everyone I know and would use them again without hesitation.

Angie and David took the time to problem-solve and help with resources for a family member living in Northern WI. They offered to (literally) go out of their way to set up a cleaning if another company was not available. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Bio-One. I was in a crisis situation and I needed assistance quickly. I called Angie at 1:15PM on a Saturday afternoon and she met me at 2:30PM at the location I needed cleaned. The team was absolutely amazing and put me so at ease. The job the team did was so fantastic that because the work they did, we were able prevent the occupant of the apartment from being evicted. Without the help of Bio-One, this person would have lost their home. I would definitely give Bio-One a 10 out of 10 rating. Their compassion and patience was exactly the help I needed.
