David and Angie are two of the most amazing people I've ever met and had the pleasure to work with. They were kind and compassionate when we needed bio-remediation and cleanout of my father-in-law's house a little over a year ago. Angie and David took the time to problem-solve and help with resources for a family member living in Northern WI. They offered to (literally) go out of their way to set up a cleaning if another company was not available. Ultimately, I found a closer service, but I wanted to be sure to highly recommend Bio-One for their helpful, timely, and compassionate assistance.

We had an amazing experience with Bio-One! David was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. He cleaned out my mother's house after an unpleasant situation and handled it with so much grace. He even contacted, got quotes and set up appointments with other contractors that were needed for different jobs around the house, saving me lots of phone calls and headaches! I have been very impressed by Bio-One. Before working with Bio-One, I was working with another biohazard cleanup company and did not have a good experience. The other company was taking over a month to do the job and was very difficult to communicate with. That will not be the case with Bio-One. By far the best customer service I have ever experienced for any company! All the great reviews are right, you will not regret using Bio-One!

With an upcoming move I hired Bio-One to help with a pre-move clear out. They were awesome, I was feeling quite overwhelmed with trying to manage the job alone, I was assured they could manage it and quickly. They were professional, quick and thorough, going well beyond expectations. We purged alot to donate or through out, they also took alot to storage and organized placement within the unit, for easy access. With their help, spring cleaning is done; I will be able to focus on the move when the time comes, and I am able to manage things in the meantime. The Bio-One crew are some of the kindest, most respectful people I have had the pleasure to meet and work with. We have recently started working with Bio-One on a bunch of our apartments. They do an amazing job. Professionalism is just one of their great qualities. When we request service, they are very quick to fit us in their schedule. Time sensitivity is very important when it comes to some of our bio-hazard units so we appreciate the quick turnaround. We would highly recommend them to anyone!

David and Angie responded immediately and were onsite within 45 minutes in response to a death at home that resulted in serious decomposition. They are professionals who are well-equipped to thoroughly clean, remove waste, sanitize, and eliminate pervasive odor with ozone. They returned each day for 4 days until they and we were confident that their job was complete. They are a great team who does everything well to assure excellence. We highly recommend them.
