Bio-one provided a first- class service on short notice in a pinch. They walked the job with me within a couple of hours of first contact and were on the job the next day (I’m sure I was lucky in that regard). Their cleaners were cheerful, flexible, and empathetic. Good folks!

I’ve hired them for numerous cleaning jobs, some that others would not touch. But not this team – they approach every task without judgment, tackling even the most daunting messes with a can-do attitude. From clearing out an overwhelmingly cluttered and filthy trailer home that required a dumpster, to deep cleaning a trailer that had been neglected with 14 cats (no little boxes), food, dirty clothes and garbage thrown about. What sets them apart is their empathy and understanding. When faced with that cat-inhabited trailer, they didn’t just clean the unimaginable mess – they helped me cope with the emotional distress of witnessing such conditions. They treated the occupant with respect, never looking down on him. Time and again, I’ve been amazed by their willingness to take on any job, no matter how challenging. They have consistently gone above and beyond, ensuring every nook and cranny is taken care of. If you need this kind of service, they are the ones to choose. I honestly cannot say enough about how amazing this company was during a very difficult time. They went over and above what I expected and communication was seamless. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Bio-One. I was in a crisis situation and I needed assistance quickly. I called Angie at 1:15PM on a Saturday afternoon and she met me at 2:30PM at the location I needed cleaned. The team was absolutely amazing and put me so at ease. The job the team did was so fantastic that because the work they did, we were able prevent the occupant of the apartment from being evicted. Without the help of Bio-One, this person would have lost their home. I would definitely give Bio-One a 10 out of 10 rating. Their compassion and patience was exactly the help I needed. If I ever found I need to hire someone for a difficult job again, Bio-One would be the first company I would call without hesitation!

Bio-One did some extensive basement clearing and cleaning for us during a job that included carrying up and disposing of heavy old furniture. They donate and recycle items appropriately and worked efficiently and expeditiously. The crew consisted of hard workers who to a person were good-natured and a pleasure to work with. We were able to get a job done in one day that we were dreading and that could easily have taken us weeks. We highly recommend them!

Angela, David, and their coworker at BioOne did an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING job for us. They were exceptionally sensitive to a rough situation, extremely professional, and gave us a very reasonable quote. Very timely. The work was done beautifully and quickly, and they made it look like a "home" again. Nice extra touches too. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone (personal or business). With an upcoming move I hired Bio-One to help with a pre-move clear out. They were awesome, I was feeling quite overwhelmed with trying to manage the job alone, I was assured they could manage it and quickly. They were professional, quick and thorough, going well beyond expectations. We purged alot to donate or through out, they also took alot to storage and organized placement within the unit, for easy access. With their help, spring cleaning is done; I will be able to focus on the move when the time comes, and I am able to manage things in the meantime.
