Angela and David were amazing. From the beginning they were caring, passionate, returned my calls right away and answered my questions. They were able to come take care of the apartment within 48 hours of me calling them. Very great company. I would highly recommend Bio-One!!!

David and Angie responded immediately and were onsite within 45 minutes in response to a death at home that resulted in serious decomposition. They are professionals who are well-equipped to thoroughly clean, remove waste, sanitize, and eliminate pervasive odor with ozone. They returned each day for 4 days until they and we were confident that their job was complete. They are a great team who does everything well to assure excellence. We highly recommend them.

Angie and David helped us clean up our drop ceiling after we discovered the aftermath of a prior mouse problem in the house we purchased. They were extremely responsive and starting working on the issue immediately. It was a challenging job and they made sure that it was done with a high level of quality and attention to detail!

I just want to give a HUGE recommendation for Bio-One. I know most of us have worked with them on cases in the past, but this particular case I am working on right now with them, they are going above and beyond and deserve an extra shout out. My client's home was one of the worst I've ever seen. They got out there within a day to get thins cleaned up. They changed his lightbulbs, replaced the corroded toilet, got him set up with some bedsheets, towels, kitchen equipment, etc. all things they had in their garage so he would be set up for success after the major clean out. They even helped with some pest control to get rid of the rats/mice that have overrun the home. They have been so willing to help my client and work with us and I just feel that we are lucky to have them as a vendor/support in our community :) 

I cannot begin to put into words the satisfaction we have with the services provided by David, Angela, and their entire Bio-One team. From the moment we called them to discuss our needs in helping to clean out a home due to a death of a loved one, to the day the final steps were completed to put the property back in order, they were so easy to work with. Not only are Bio-One's service impressively comprehensive, but they do their work in such a compassionate way.
