I contacted Bio-One to assist with a biohazard clean-up in my home. I called them about 7:00 a.m. They were to my house before 8:30 a.m. and their work was finished before 12:00 p.m. on that same day. They were professional, efficient, and very sensitive to my circumstances. They took the initiative to submit their invoice directly to my insurance company, saving me time and administration in doing so myself. They also followed up with me a few days after their service to coordinate additional services needed to return my home into it's previous condition. I highly recommend Bio-One - they were true professionals with the needed compassion to get me back into my home as soon as possible.

From clearing out an overwhelmingly cluttered and filthy trailer home that required a dumpster, to deep cleaning a trailer that had been neglected with 14 cats (no little boxes), food, dirty clothes and garbage thrown about. What sets them apart is their empathy and understanding. When faced with that cat-inhabited trailer, they didn’t just clean the unimaginable mess – they helped me cope with the emotional distress of witnessing such conditions. They treated the occupant with respect, never looking down on him. Time and again, I’ve been amazed by their willingness to take on any job, no matter how challenging. They have consistently gone above and beyond, ensuring every nook and cranny is taken care of. If you need this kind of service, they are the ones to choose. They were very friendly, professional, nonjudgemental, understanding, and comforting during the process of showing them what type of clean up I needed done, and them doing the actual cleaning. Words cannot fully express my gratitude for the incredibly thorough and professional service that David, Megan, and Angie of Bio-One provided when my apartment got broken into and the burglar bled all over the place. Not only did they sanitize and clean every surface and item that was impacted, they took valued time to make sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed along with those of the property manager and went out their way to keep them happy as well. They went above and beyond just the obligation of a business and helped me out of quite the jam. I don't believe another company would have done that. My place is clean as a whistle and I'm so relieved to have gotten through a tough situation that could have turned out to be a large set back and a real bummer if it were not for Bio-One. They provided a truly invaluable service and I would give 6 stars if I could.

Angela, David, and their coworker at BioOne did an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING job for us. They were exceptionally sensitive to a rough situation, extremely professional, and gave us a very reasonable quote. Very timely. The work was done beautifully and quickly, and they made it look like a "home" again. Nice extra touches too. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone (personal or business). With an upcoming move I hired Bio-One to help with a pre-move clear out. They were awesome, I was feeling quite overwhelmed with trying to manage the job alone, I was assured they could manage it and quickly. They were professional, quick and thorough, going well beyond expectations. We purged alot to donate or through out, they also took alot to storage and organized placement within the unit, for easy access. With their help, spring cleaning is done; I will be able to focus on the move when the time comes, and I am able to manage things in the meantime. The Bio-One crew are some of the kindest, most respectful people I have had the pleasure to meet and work with.
