AMAZING COMPANY! I called for an estimate and walk through and Angie and her team went out within 1-2 days. Very professional and quick to respond. She did such an amazing job. The apartment she worked on resident was possibly facing eviction due to high amounts of clutter and garbage. Though Angie and her team did such an amazing job, the tenant is no longer at risk of eviction! HIGHLY recommend.

I have been very impressed by Bio-One. Before working with Bio-One, I was working with another biohazard cleanup company and did not have a good experience. The other company was taking over a month to do the job and was very difficult to communicate with. That will not be the case with Bio-One. I contacted Bio-One to assist with a biohazard clean-up in my home. I called them about 7:00 a.m. They were to my house before 8:30 a.m. and their work was finished before 12:00 p.m. on that same day. They were professional, efficient, and very sensitive to my circumstances. They took the initiative to submit their invoice directly to my insurance company, saving me time and administration in doing so myself. They also followed up with me a few days after their service to coordinate additional services needed to return my home into it's previous condition. I highly recommend Bio-One - they were true professionals with the needed compassion to get me back into my home as soon as possible.
