I can’t say enough wonderful things about Bio-One. I was in a crisis situation and I needed assistance quickly. I called Angie at 1:15PM on a Saturday afternoon and she met me at 2:30PM at the location I needed cleaned. The team was absolutely amazing and put me so at ease. The job the team did was so fantastic that because the work they did, we were able prevent the occupant of the apartment from being evicted. Without the help of Bio-One, this person would have lost their home. I would definitely give Bio-One a 10 out of 10 rating. Their compassion and patience was exactly the help I needed. If I ever found I need to hire someone for a difficult job again, Bio-One would be the first company I would call without hesitation!

I have been very impressed by Bio-One. Before working with Bio-One, I was working with another biohazard cleanup company and did not have a good experience. The other company was taking over a month to do the job and was very difficult to communicate with. That will not be the case with Bio-One. Words cannot fully express my gratitude for the incredibly thorough and professional service that David, Megan, and Angie of Bio-One provided when my apartment got broken into and the burglar bled all over the place. Not only did they sanitize and clean every surface and item that was impacted, they took valued time to make sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed along with those of the property manager and went out their way to keep them happy as well. They went above and beyond just the obligation of a business and helped me out of quite the jam. I don't believe another company would have done that. My place is clean as a whistle and I'm so relieved to have gotten through a tough situation that could have turned out to be a large set back and a real bummer if it were not for Bio-One. They provided a truly invaluable service and I would give 6 stars if I could.

With an upcoming move I hired Bio-One to help with a pre-move clear out. They were awesome, I was feeling quite overwhelmed with trying to manage the job alone, I was assured they could manage it and quickly. They were professional, quick and thorough, going well beyond expectations. We purged alot to donate or through out, they also took alot to storage and organized placement within the unit, for easy access. With their help, spring cleaning is done; I will be able to focus on the move when the time comes, and I am able to manage things in the meantime. The Bio-One crew are some of the kindest, most respectful people I have had the pleasure to meet and work with. I just want to give a HUGE recommendation for Bio-One. I know most of us have worked with them on cases in the past, but this particular case I am working on right now with them, they are going above and beyond and deserve an extra shout out. My client's home was one of the worst I've ever seen. They got out there within a day to get thins cleaned up. They changed his lightbulbs, replaced the corroded toilet, got him set up with some bedsheets, towels, kitchen equipment, etc. all things they had in their garage so he would be set up for success after the major clean out. They even helped with some pest control to get rid of the rats/mice that have overrun the home. They have been so willing to help my client and work with us and I just feel that we are lucky to have them as a vendor/support in our community :) 

I cannot begin to put into words the satisfaction we have with the services provided by David, Angela, and their entire Bio-One team. From the moment we called them to discuss our needs in helping to clean out a home due to a death of a loved one, to the day the final steps were completed to put the property back in order, they were so easy to work with. Not only are Bio-One's service impressively comprehensive, but they do their work in such a compassionate way. AMAZING COMPANY! I called for an estimate and walk through and Angie and her team went out within 1-2 days. Very professional and quick to respond. She did such an amazing job. The apartment she worked on resident was possibly facing eviction due to high amounts of clutter and garbage. Though Angie and her team did such an amazing job, the tenant is no longer at risk of eviction! HIGHLY recommend.
