I cannot begin to express my gratitude for Angela, David, and their team. They definitely deserve more than 5 stars! Besides the physical work that they did helping clean, they were more than helpful with providing other resources for me to look into for my mom. It didn't seem like just another job to them, they were very professional and personable. My family is forever grateful for the help we received! I would love to work with them in the future, however, I hope I won't have to :)

If I could give Bio-One 100 stars, I would! Due to severe storms and flooding, the city sewer main backed up and flooded into our basement. The entire basement flooded 3-4 inches deep of human waste water. I have never experienced anything like this in my life, I was frantic. I called Bio-One at 8 AM and they were to my home (approx hour away) by noon. ALL members of the team were outstanding. They spent almost a week in our home, moving things that were salvaged from our basement to the garage, cleaned, and ripped out all the damage, plus hauled everything away. David was extremely professional, as he constantly updated me on progress. He is very knowledgeable and super easy to talk to. I feel so much better about my situation after having the Bio-One team in our home. Extra perk was they were super sweet and interactive with my curious little girls. They left me a little note on my kids' chalkboard! I loved it!

From the moment I got the return call from Angie at Bio-One, I knew that this was going to be a different experience--one that was less about "business as usual" and more about what I needed as a human being. The people are stellar. Professional of course but also very compassionate and understanding. They handled our needs step by step with clarity, kindness, fairness, and went above and beyond. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Bio-One. I was in a crisis situation and I needed assistance quickly. I called Angie at 1:15PM on a Saturday afternoon and she met me at 2:30PM at the location I needed cleaned. The team was absolutely amazing and put me so at ease. The job the team did was so fantastic that because the work they did, we were able prevent the occupant of the apartment from being evicted. Without the help of Bio-One, this person would have lost their home. I would definitely give Bio-One a 10 out of 10 rating. Their compassion and patience was exactly the help I needed. If I ever found I need to hire someone for a difficult job again, Bio-One would be the first company I would call without hesitation!

AMAZING COMPANY! I called for an estimate and walk through and Angie and her team went out within 1-2 days. Very professional and quick to respond. She did such an amazing job. The apartment she worked on resident was possibly facing eviction due to high amounts of clutter and garbage. Though Angie and her team did such an amazing job, the tenant is no longer at risk of eviction! HIGHLY recommend.

I’ve hired them for numerous cleaning jobs, some that others would not touch. But not this team – they approach every task without judgment, tackling even the most daunting messes with a can-do attitude. From clearing out an overwhelmingly cluttered and filthy trailer home that required a dumpster, to deep cleaning a trailer that had been neglected with 14 cats (no little boxes), food, dirty clothes and garbage thrown about. What sets them apart is their empathy and understanding. When faced with that cat-inhabited trailer, they didn’t just clean the unimaginable mess – they helped me cope with the emotional distress of witnessing such conditions. They treated the occupant with respect, never looking down on him. Time and again, I’ve been amazed by their willingness to take on any job, no matter how challenging. They have consistently gone above and beyond, ensuring every nook and cranny is taken care of. If you need this kind of service, they are the ones to choose. This is an exceptional company that would get 10 stars if possible
