I could take all day to write how positive I feel about Bio-One they are professionals but beyond that they're just tremendous human beings and I consider myself so lucky to have had a chance to do business with them I guess I mean obviously it was my fault I ended up in that situation but they were there to lend a hand and they're amazing.

With an upcoming move I hired Bio-One to help with a pre-move clear out. They were awesome, I was feeling quite overwhelmed with trying to manage the job alone, I was assured they could manage it and quickly. They were professional, quick and thorough, going well beyond expectations. We purged alot to donate or through out, they also took alot to storage and organized placement within the unit, for easy access. With their help, spring cleaning is done; I will be able to focus on the move when the time comes, and I am able to manage things in the meantime. The Bio-One crew are some of the kindest, most respectful people I have had the pleasure to meet and work with. After letting my housekeeping get away from me, I needed help due to physical limitations. This team was well worth the cost. In less than a full day, a 4 person all-female team was able to get rid of junk, take things for donations and clean/dust/wash floors, etc. All were personable and professional.

David and Angie responded immediately and were onsite within 45 minutes in response to a death at home that resulted in serious decomposition. They are professionals who are well-equipped to thoroughly clean, remove waste, sanitize, and eliminate pervasive odor with ozone. They returned each day for 4 days until they and we were confident that their job was complete. They are a great team who does everything well to assure excellence. We highly recommend them.

If I could give Bio-One 100 stars, I would! Due to severe storms and flooding, the city sewer main backed up and flooded into our basement. The entire basement flooded 3-4 inches deep of human waste water. I have never experienced anything like this in my life, I was frantic. I called Bio-One at 8 AM and they were to my home (approx hour away) by noon. ALL members of the team were outstanding. They spent almost a week in our home, moving things that were salvaged from our basement to the garage, cleaned, and ripped out all the damage, plus hauled everything away. David was extremely professional, as he constantly updated me on progress. He is very knowledgeable and super easy to talk to. I feel so much better about my situation after having the Bio-One team in our home. Extra perk was they were super sweet and interactive with my curious little girls. They left me a little note on my kids' chalkboard! I loved it!

I'm a property manager and had to deal with an unfortunate situation. Angie was very helpful walking me through what to do. Bio One's team showed up the same day and stayed late in the night to take care of it. Everyone was very professional and very helpful.
