We have recently started working with Bio-One on a bunch of our apartments. They do an amazing job. Professionalism is just one of their great qualities. When we request service, they are very quick to fit us in their schedule. Time sensitivity is very important when it comes to some of our bio-hazard units so we appreciate the quick turnaround. We would highly recommend them to anyone!

David and Angie of Bio-One were extremely helpful during a very tough situation. I contacted Bio-One to remediate a bio hazard situation in my dads home due to his passing. They were on it within 24 hrs of contacting them, during the initial remediation and clean out they found an additional bio issues with the home which they communicated to me immediately and offered solutions and services to also take care of those problems as well. Great people to work with!

David and Angie were real life savers for my niece who has special needs. They were responsive to our calls and questions. I new I could not do it and when I found them and talked with them, I knew I had found the right team. David and his team arrived on time and worked so hard to restore her apartment to a clean safe environment for her to live in. My niece was treated with kindness and respect and participated in the decisions on what to keep and what to throw away. I highly recommend them.

I just want to give a HUGE recommendation for Bio-One. I know most of us have worked with them on cases in the past, but this particular case I am working on right now with them, they are going above and beyond and deserve an extra shout out. My client's home was one of the worst I've ever seen. They got out there within a day to get thins cleaned up. They changed his lightbulbs, replaced the corroded toilet, got him set up with some bedsheets, towels, kitchen equipment, etc. all things they had in their garage so he would be set up for success after the major clean out. They even helped with some pest control to get rid of the rats/mice that have overrun the home. They have been so willing to help my client and work with us and I just feel that we are lucky to have them as a vendor/support in our community :) 

Angie, David and their team were incredible and helped us out immediately when we were in great need and on a very tight time schedule. They offer so many helpful services and were able to meet all of our needs the next day. They were kind, compassionate, caring, discrete and very good communicators. Their prices were so fair and they went above and beyond for our family. We are forever grateful for their services. If you have a hoarding situation on your hands that feels so overwhelming that you can't imagine how you would remedy it, call them, they are angels and can do it. This company was absolutely amazing, from the quick response time to my inquiry to a remarkable clean-up completed the next day. Everyone I dealt with on the team was professional, compassionate, kind and discreet. The cost was completely reasonable. I unconditionally recommend Bio-One Madison to anyone needing clean-up services due to hoarding, extreme filth or other difficult cleaning situations.
