Words cannot fully express my gratitude for the incredibly thorough and professional service that David, Megan, and Angie of Bio-One provided when my apartment got broken into and the burglar bled all over the place. Not only did they sanitize and clean every surface and item that was impacted, they took valued time to make sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed along with those of the property manager and went out their way to keep them happy as well. They went above and beyond just the obligation of a business and helped me out of quite the jam. I don't believe another company would have done that. My place is clean as a whistle and I'm so relieved to have gotten through a tough situation that could have turned out to be a large set back and a real bummer if it were not for Bio-One. They provided a truly invaluable service and I would give 6 stars if I could.

I just want to give a HUGE recommendation for Bio-One. I know most of us have worked with them on cases in the past, but this particular case I am working on right now with them, they are going above and beyond and deserve an extra shout out. My client's home was one of the worst I've ever seen. They got out there within a day to get thins cleaned up. They changed his lightbulbs, replaced the corroded toilet, got him set up with some bedsheets, towels, kitchen equipment, etc. all things they had in their garage so he would be set up for success after the major clean out. They even helped with some pest control to get rid of the rats/mice that have overrun the home. They have been so willing to help my client and work with us and I just feel that we are lucky to have them as a vendor/support in our community :) 

Bio-One of Madison is the company for you. Stop searching if you need hoarding cleanup. They are amazing, fast and very economical. As an inherited property owner that lives out of the area, I had all the trust and confidence in David and Angie's team.

I have been very impressed by Bio-One. Before working with Bio-One, I was working with another biohazard cleanup company and did not have a good experience. The other company was taking over a month to do the job and was very difficult to communicate with. That will not be the case with Bio-One. By far the best customer service I have ever experienced for any company! All the great reviews are right, you will not regret using Bio-One!

They are simply the best company to work with, they are professional to the core yet overflowing with compassion and care in every aspect of their work. I’ve hired them for numerous cleaning jobs, some that others would not touch. But not this team – they approach every task without judgment, tackling even the most daunting messes with a can-do attitude. From clearing out an overwhelmingly cluttered and filthy trailer home that required a dumpster, to deep cleaning a trailer that had been neglected with 14 cats (no little boxes), food, dirty clothes and garbage thrown about. What sets them apart is their empathy and understanding. When faced with that cat-inhabited trailer, they didn’t just clean the unimaginable mess – they helped me cope with the emotional distress of witnessing such conditions. They treated the occupant with respect, never looking down on him. Time and again, I’ve been amazed by their willingness to take on any job, no matter how challenging. They have consistently gone above and beyond, ensuring every nook and cranny is taken care of. If you need this kind of service, they are the ones to choose. We needed a bio clean out for a condemed property that had been sitting for two years. Bio-One responded to our request and scheduled the clean out in less than a week. This was during the Christmas to New Year time. They were efficient and the place looked wonderful when completed.

After letting my housekeeping get away from me, I needed help due to physical limitations. This team was well worth the cost. In less than a full day, a 4 person all-female team was able to get rid of junk, take things for donations and clean/dust/wash floors, etc. All were personable and professional.
