I just want to give a HUGE recommendation for Bio-One. I know most of us have worked with them on cases in the past, but this particular case I am working on right now with them, they are going above and beyond and deserve an extra shout out. My client's home was one of the worst I've ever seen. They got out there within a day to get thins cleaned up. They changed his lightbulbs, replaced the corroded toilet, got him set up with some bedsheets, towels, kitchen equipment, etc. all things they had in their garage so he would be set up for success after the major clean out. They even helped with some pest control to get rid of the rats/mice that have overrun the home. They have been so willing to help my client and work with us and I just feel that we are lucky to have them as a vendor/support in our community :) 

We have recently started working with Bio-One on a bunch of our apartments. They do an amazing job. Professionalism is just one of their great qualities. When we request service, they are very quick to fit us in their schedule. Time sensitivity is very important when it comes to some of our bio-hazard units so we appreciate the quick turnaround. We would highly recommend them to anyone!

Angela, David, and their coworker at BioOne did an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING job for us. They were exceptionally sensitive to a rough situation, extremely professional, and gave us a very reasonable quote. Very timely. The work was done beautifully and quickly, and they made it look like a "home" again. Nice extra touches too. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone (personal or business). It's clear these folks take great pride in their work and their business. I'll be keeping their card around and will call again if needed!!!

Angie and David helped us clean up our drop ceiling after we discovered the aftermath of a prior mouse problem in the house we purchased. They were extremely responsive and starting working on the issue immediately. It was a challenging job and they made sure that it was done with a high level of quality and attention to detail!

I recently moved into a home that previously had a fairly substantial mouse problem, and worked with Bio-One to clean out the basement rooms that were favored by the mice, removing ceiling tiles & carpeting and disinfecting the worst areas. I contacted several similar companies in the Madison area, but Angie and David were by far the most responsive, quickly coming on site to provide a reasonable estimate. They were friendly & helpful throughout the process, and did a great job cleaning out the affected areas.

This company was absolutely amazing, from the quick response time to my inquiry to a remarkable clean-up completed the next day. Everyone I dealt with on the team was professional, compassionate, kind and discreet. The cost was completely reasonable. David and Angie were real life savers for my niece who has special needs. They were responsive to our calls and questions. I new I could not do it and when I found them and talked with them, I knew I had found the right team. David and his team arrived on time and worked so hard to restore her apartment to a clean safe environment for her to live in. My niece was treated with kindness and respect and participated in the decisions on what to keep and what to throw away. I highly recommend them.

We needed a bio clean out for a condemed property that had been sitting for two years. Bio-One responded to our request and scheduled the clean out in less than a week. This was during the Christmas to New Year time. They were efficient and the place looked wonderful when completed.
