David and Angie of Bio-One were extremely helpful during a very tough situation. I contacted Bio-One to remediate a bio hazard situation in my dads home due to his passing. They were on it within 24 hrs of contacting them, during the initial remediation and clean out they found an additional bio issues with the home which they communicated to me immediately and offered solutions and services to also take care of those problems as well. Great people to work with!

I have been very impressed by Bio-One. Before working with Bio-One, I was working with another biohazard cleanup company and did not have a good experience. The other company was taking over a month to do the job and was very difficult to communicate with. That will not be the case with Bio-One. By far the best customer service I have ever experienced for any company! All the great reviews are right, you will not regret using Bio-One!

I'm a property manager and had to deal with an unfortunate situation. Angie was very helpful walking me through what to do. Bio One's team showed up the same day and stayed late in the night to take care of it. Everyone was very professional and very helpful.

With an upcoming move I hired Bio-One to help with a pre-move clear out. They were awesome, I was feeling quite overwhelmed with trying to manage the job alone, I was assured they could manage it and quickly. They were professional, quick and thorough, going well beyond expectations. We purged alot to donate or through out, they also took alot to storage and organized placement within the unit, for easy access. With their help, spring cleaning is done; I will be able to focus on the move when the time comes, and I am able to manage things in the meantime. The Bio-One crew are some of the kindest, most respectful people I have had the pleasure to meet and work with.
