BioOne was a lifesaver for me as I faced a home that had been occupied for over 60 years. The person I was assisting was a hoarder of all t... hings that “might be useful.” A severe illness which added garbage (including bio waste) to the mix pushed everything over the edge. I was overwhelmed with what seemed to be an impossible task. Lucas and his crew achieved the impossible for the price that he quoted me and the amount of time he predicted. The BioOne web site drew me because they seemed to understand the emotional component of their work. Lucas and his crew were sensitive to the emotional toll of letting go of “precious items.” They located and saved important photos and papers, and protected items listed as “must save.” I hope I never face another hoarder clean out, but if I do, BioOne will be the first call that I make. We were very pleased with the work Bio-One did for us. They cleaned out our attic, which had lots of bat-droppings. I want to start this by thanking Lucas and his team member for their compassion and professionalism in our dire time of need. I used Bio One...  to clean an area that someone passed away at. Lucas was prompt to arrive and very thorough and clear with communication from start to finish. He delivered a quote in a timely manner. His quote stayed true and they were able to start the following day and they finished within the amount of time they said they would. The location looks as good as new and even smells clean too. I hope to never need to use his services again for a clean out such as this. But if I do he's the only one I would be willing to call from now on.
