BioOne was a lifesaver for me as I faced a home that had been occupied for over 60 years. The person I was assisting was a hoarder of all things that “might be useful.” A severe illness which added garbage (including bio waste) to the mix pushed everything over the edge. I was overwhelmed with what seemed to be an impossible task. Lucas and his crew achieved the impossible for the price that he quoted me and the amount of time he predicted. The BioOne web site drew me because they seemed to understand the emotional component of their work. Lucas and his crew were sensitive to the emotional toll of letting go of “precious items.” They located and saved important photos and papers, and protected items listed as “must save.” I hope I never face another hoarder clean out, but if I do, BioOne will be the first call that I make. I don’t think you will find a more honest, thorough, and caring firm for this seemingly insurmountable job.

Bio-One is the ULTIMATE source for biohazard clean up. We discovered a horrendous rodent infestation at one of our properties. It was unlike anything I have ever seen. Lucas and his team came in and, over the course of several days, they were able to mitigate all of the droppings/debris and help us salvage the antiques without damaging the pieces. They sorted and sifted and disposed of anything beyond repair. They were unbelievably courteous, efficient and so easy to work with. I highly recommend Bio-One! You will not be dissapointed!

I had 10 years of hoarding to clear out of a living space and Lucas and his team made the process as easy as it could have possibly been for me. Not only do they do incredibly quick and thorough work, but they're also incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. Lucas also let me know that my insurance might cover the service. There's a lot of stigma and shame that comes with a hoarding situation, but Lucas and his team made this process as easy as it could have possibly been.
