I want to start this by thanking Lucas and his team member for their compassion and professionalism in our dire time of need. I used Bio One to clean an area that someone passed away at. Lucas was prompt to arrive and very thorough and clear with communication from start to finish. He delivered a quote in a timely manner. His quote stayed true and they were able to start the following day and they finished within the amount of time they said they would. The location looks as good as new and even smells clean too. I hope to never need to use his services again for a clean out such as this. But if I do he's the only one I would be willing to call from now on. I had 10 years of hoarding to clear out of a living space and Lucas and his team made the process as easy as it could have possibly been for me. Not only do they do incredibly quick and thorough work, but they're also incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with.
