I can't say enough good things about Bio-One! First of all, they could not have been any nicer and professional! My elderly father's home had had many accidents in it and I was amazed they were able to make the carpet and house look so good!

I contacted them later in the day and asked for a visit to do an estimate. Pablo came out the next day and was friendly, non judgmental and very professional. He answered all my questions in a very straightforward way. His formal estimate was right in line with his verbal ballpark. The cleaning crew showed up on time and Marisela was very helpful and polite. The crew got busy and made great progress the first day even though they started in the afternoon. They were all friendly and courteous and were careful to make sure they were only discarding what I wanted them to. They finished up on the second day and did a great job. I have my home back! For those wondering, they came in slightly under the max charge in the rate quoted. I highly recommend you give them a call no matter what kind of cleanup you are dealing with.
