After the loss of a family member the scene needed to be cleaned legally and ethically proper. This company was the BEST in all aspects. If you need a job done right....call Bio-One. My home was over taken by mice and we knew to get an exterminator, but had no clue how to handle the rest. We found Bio-One and they were the answer to our prayers. I noticed a lot of rodent droppings throughout my home and set multiple traps but it didn't work in getting rid of the issue. I gave Bio One of Marion a call and they set someone out shortly with all the equipment and patience to get rid of my rodent problem. Professional and top-notch service from start to finish!!! When you are contacting a company that provides these services, you probably are going through an emotional event, as we were. Roxana and Juan Pablo (and the entire crew) showed empathy and helped us make decisions at every step during the clean-up process. We contacted them at 9AM and they were at our home by noon, with a full quote complete that evening. We required additional services that they did not provide, Roxana helped us schedule the services and personally followed up with us to make sure they were completed properly and in a timely manner. HIGHLY recommend this company for any clean-up job you may have!
