After years of helping people from behind the desk, Roxana and Pablo decided to start a new chapter in their lives by opening a Bio-One.
Was able to make sure our entire office was disinfected and sanitized. They come by monthly to make sure we are providing a safe work place to all of our employees.

I contacted them later in the day and asked for a visit to do an estimate. Pablo came out the next day and was friendly, non judgmental and very professional. He answered all my questions in a very straightforward way. His formal estimate was right in line with his verbal ballpark. The cleaning crew showed up on time and Marisela was very helpful and polite. The crew got busy and made great progress the first day even though they started in the afternoon. They were all friendly and courteous and were careful to make sure they were only discarding what I wanted them to. They finished up on the second day and did a great job. I have my home back! For those wondering, they came in slightly under the max charge in the rate quoted. I highly recommend you give them a call no matter what kind of cleanup you are dealing with.

I’m so happy that Bio-One of Marion County team handle the cleaning of my father’s house, he was a hoarder for years and never wanted any help until he felt down and broke his leg because of all the clutter situation, and that’s when my father and I decided it was enough, I stepped in and called the pros. Pablo came to give me the estimate the same day I called, he explained to me all the process. They took a few days to finish a job I would have done in months! Fast forward the house looks like new now and smells amazing. Highly recommended for anybody that needs their service in Indianapolis. Their google reviews speak for themselves, and it was one of the many reasons I went with this company too.

We had a sewage backup in our home and needless to say we were horrified. We called Bione to see if they could help us and they reassured us of the process and have everything taken care of. Excellent communication and did a great job of getting everything cleaned up properly as well.

I had a situation that I wasn’t sure how to deal with. As I searched I was drawn to the online presentation of BioOne. They were so kind and reassuring when they came to give an estimate. When the job was completed I was amazed at the thorough and perfect results. Professional. Recommended.

I had a severe hoarder tenant that was evicted. It was so bad that the Constable refused to enter the property. They were great, punctual and able to adapt to variable timing as evicting a tenant is not a set process. They were able to clean the property, remove the tenants salvageable property, move it to storage for me and log the property that was moved. All of the employees were friendly and happy. I appreciate the efforts of Bio One as they have helped me move forward from a bad situation.
