Roxana and Juan Pablo are the owners of Bio-One of Marion County. Roxana Jimenez is originally from Romania and moved to the United States in 2005. She attended Kelley School of Business Indianapolis and got her degree in Accounting and Finance. After graduation, Roxana had several accounting jobs in various industries.
Juan Pablo Jimenez was born in Peru and moved to the United States in 2003. In 2008, he started his professional tax career by taking his first tax preparation class at only 19 years old. Following his education, he worked for two tax preparation firms in Indianapolis for 8 years. In 2015, Roxana and Pablo met and they started their own tax business together. After years of helping people from behind the desk, Roxana and Pablo decided to start a new chapter in their lives by opening a Bio-One.
We had a sewage backup in our home and needless to say we were horrified. We called Bione to see if they could help us and they reassured us of the process and have everything taken care of. Excellent communication and did a great job of getting everything cleaned up properly as well.

I’m so happy that Bio-One of Marion County team handle the cleaning of my father’s house, he was a hoarder for years and never wanted any help until he felt down and broke his leg because of all the clutter situation, and that’s when my father and I decided it was enough, I stepped in and called the pros. Pablo came to give me the estimate the same day I called, he explained to me all the process. They took a few days to finish a job I would have done in months! Roxana , Pablo and their crew were top notch today! Came in and without thinking started cleaning and throwing away trash . You can tell this company has a system for cleaning and they follow through with everything written in the contract! Professional and top-notch service from start to finish!!! When you are contacting a company that provides these services, you probably are going through an emotional event, as we were. Roxana and Juan Pablo (and the entire crew) showed empathy and helped us make decisions at every step during the clean-up process. We contacted them at 9AM and they were at our home by noon, with a full quote complete that evening. We required additional services that they did not provide, Roxana helped us schedule the services and personally followed up with us to make sure they were completed properly and in a timely manner. HIGHLY recommend this company for any clean-up job you may have!

We used bio one for my mother in laws home. She had let things go after a knee injury that seriously impacted her ability to get around. Alex and Pablo were lifhting fast, quick, and so kind and professional. She was nervous and embarassed but they made what felt like would take us a week to tackle into 5 to 6 hours of knocking everything out. They removed debree and carpet and treated the floors. Cannot recommend roxanna and her team enough! Blew me away!
