I was in a deep depression for about 2 months I couldn’t get out of bed, ordered door dash every day. My house went into garbage overload. It was horrible. I called Bio One and from the first conversation Pablo was very understanding and very empathetic. Came to my house the next day for a free estimate and following day sent some nice gentleman to get the job done. They did an excellent job they left my house feeling brand new. I’m so happy that Bio-One of Marion County team handle the cleaning of my father’s house, he was a hoarder for years and never wanted any help until he felt down and broke his leg because of all the clutter situation, and that’s when my father and I decided it was enough, I stepped in and called the pros. Pablo came to give me the estimate the same day I called, he explained to me all the process. They took a few days to finish a job I would have done in months! Fast forward the house looks like new now and smells amazing. Highly recommended for anybody that needs their service in Indianapolis. I noticed a lot of rodent droppings throughout my home and set multiple traps but it didn't work in getting rid of the issue. I gave Bio One of Marion a call and they set someone out shortly with all the equipment and patience to get rid of my rodent problem. Ever since their visit I haven't seen one dropping, or rodent since. Thanks again!

Excellent customer service. My sister had severe horading issues in her home. Once they came out to the location they were very friendly and professional and her house looks brand new, I can now see her tiles on her floor. Amazing company!
