Bio-One Miami Beach is genuinely helpful with strong customer service. It is run by Joe who is very strong with regard to logistics. The price is determined, as I understood, based on the number of dumpster loads to be removed and Joe coordinates the dumpster placement/rotation and (human) resources simply called "resources." As its name suggests this is a business we hired not only to de-clutter a residential space but to sanitize in two steps the last of which included setup of an Ozone machine. It was a pleasure hiring Bio-One Miami which, quite frankly, put our minds at ease and relatively quickly got us out of what had become a bad situation and back to the good life. Pricing is more than fair and zelle (payment method) is accepted which obviates interest charge associated, for example, with a credit card payment which, by the way, is also an option. The only thing that could have been better would have been to meet Joe in person. Insofar as he manages he worked from the office from where the resources were dispatched.
