In our experience, the owners are put at great risk by hoarding animals. The danger lies in the fact that they can’t see that. Once the hoarding has started, animals are continually welcomed with no end in sight. The owner tends to neglect their own needs and provide for the animals first. 

Hygiene, food and water are the first to be affected by this practice. Animal waste gets airborne and can directly impact any food and water sources. This animal waste could be coming from:

  • rats
  • dogs
  • cats

Typically, their waste carries bacteria and parasites which are linked to human disease. Thus, tainting food and water available to the owner without their knowledge. 

Animal Risk

Much like owners, the animals in these situations tend to suffer from poor nutrition. It’s not uncommon to die from starvation.

These animals get into fights over territory and are frequently injured. Untreated maladies and mental distress from constantly fighting doesn’t end well. It’s not a good environment for them to be in. 

Cleaning Process

We work closely with the owner to ensure these risks are understood. Once that step has been reached, we continue with our cleaning process:

  1. Any items that have been highly contaminated by animal waste will be removed
  2. Cross-contamination safety protocols will be in place as a precautionary measure
  3. Once removed, the items will be disposed of responsibly

Andrew and Viktoriya (and their entire team) were nothing short of AMAZING. Due to a sudden change in a health condition, it was necessary for us to move quickly (from what we’d hoped was our forever home.) They were a one-stop-shop of all we needed to quickly move! They organized our household: getting things ready for moving, donating or disposing; moved us into our new place (with care and attention to detail like we’ve never heard of in a moving company); helped us get settled in; then prepped our home for sale! (Painting, repairs, sprucing up… EVERYTHING that was needed to get ready for a real estate showing….which, by the way, enabled us to sell our place within 2.5 hours of listing for well over the asking price!) Andrew and Viktoriya actually made a difficult process virtually stress-free, and dare I say, enjoyable??? Andrew and his team were spectacular to work with. He was able to come out the same-day to walk-through a loved ones apartment after he had suddenly passed away. Andrew assessed the area and provided a thoughtful, thorough description of the process and clean-up. He was quick to respond to any follow-up questions as well. Since we live out of state, we were on a time crunch, but the team worked within our schedule to make everything turn out smoothly in the end. The entire crew was a joy to work with, on-time and respectful the day of the clean-up, and made a very difficult situation much easier to handle. The entire process was completed in about 6 hours and it looked amazing and move-in ready. We would highly recommend them in the future!

Had to hire to clean an elderly and terminally ill parents home. Viktoria and Andrew were wonderful to work with. The cleaning crew were very personable and very professional. Very reasonable pricing and the services they provide go above and beyond what a typical cleaning company would do. The whole crew worked diligently and provided exactly what we asked for. Excellent communication throughout the entire process. They handle difficult situations with empathy and I'm very glad I found them! I hope you never need this kind of service but if you do, you will be in great hands.

This crew is nothing short of exceptional. They clearly take pride in doing their job well, and even more, go above and beyond to make sure they do everything they can to help. We hired them twice to help us clean out a home we had just purchased that had been vacant for quite some time. The first hire was to sanitize mouse droppings throughout the home, and the second was to remediate mold. Both jobs were done meticulously and with care, and each course of action was explained in great detail. I hope I don't need their services again, but if I do, there is literally no one else I will call on to help.
