This crew is nothing short of exceptional. They clearly take pride in doing their job well, and even more, go above and beyond to make sure they do everything they can to help. We hired them twice to help us clean out a home we had just purchased that had been vacant for quite some time. The first hire was to sanitize mouse droppings throughout the home, and the second was to remediate mold. Both jobs were done meticulously and with care, and each course of action was explained in great detail. I hope I don't need their services again, but if I do, there is literally no one else I will call on to help.

Andrew and his team were spectacular to work with. He was able to come out the same-day to walk-through a loved ones apartment after he had suddenly passed away. Andrew assessed the area and provided a thoughtful, thorough description of the process and clean-up. He was quick to respond to any follow-up questions as well. Since we live out of state, we were on a time crunch, but the team worked within our schedule to make everything turn out smoothly in the end. The entire crew was a joy to work with, on-time and respectful the day of the clean-up, and made a very difficult situation much easier to handle. The entire process was completed in about 6 hours and it looked amazing and move-in ready. We would highly recommend them in the future!

I had a situation that was a bit unusual.There was a motorhome in my backyard that has been sitting for 30 years. Raccoons and the elements had destroyed the contents. It had been used as a storage space and was filled with mold and feces. I didn’t think anyone would touch it. Andrew and his company, Bio-One not only took care of it, but cleaned the area and went out of their way to be accommodating and helpful. Grateful for their services.

They were able to come on a few days notice and got the job done in about 5 hours. The crew was efficient and very caring. Definitely recommend.

I needed serious help in the worst way recently to get a loved ones apartment under control and deep cleaned. I found Andrew's website for Bio-One of Milwaukee and decided to give them a try. Andrew was super accommodating and set up a time to access the unit right away. His quote was reasonable and they were able to clean apartment the very next day which was a Sunday no less. They did an amazing job. They were professional, non judgmental, respectful of personal items and very efficient. They totally have given the apartment the reset it so desperately needed. We had several problems in our home that needed to be addressed. Rodent infestation cleanup, mold remediation. Bio One responded immediately, estimated accurately, scheduled in a timely manner and completed projects as projected. I made one of the hardest decision in my life when I reached out and contacted Bio-One of Milwaukee for help. Due to numerous reasons, my apartment got so out of hand I could have been on the show “Hoarders”.
