I don't know what my family would have done without the help of Bio One. After my brother's unexpected passing, we contacted Bio One to handle the difficult cleanup of his apartment. The owner, Matthew Hill, was truly kind, sensitive, and professional throughout the process as was the crew. They were responsive, communicated clearly, and their pricing was extremely fair. What could've taken our family weeks to clean, Bio One handled in a day. We're so grateful for the compassion they showed us during this very difficult time and the valuable service they provide.

We hired Matt for a hoarding clean-up in Hamden in December for an elderly member of our family. Matt and his crew were excellent. They were very thorough and very careful with the clean-up and sanitizing the entire house. We had a great experience working with Matt and all of his crew members. I called BIO ONE at 9pm on a Monday night because I needed a big piece of furniture removed out a home that was closing 9am the next day (in 12 hours). Not only did he answer my call at 9am, he gave me a quote immediatly and had someone out there 12 hours later. Cannot recommend anyone else!

Bio-One saved the day and Matt was professional and up front with us. Our mold problem was explained thoroughly to us. We were given a fair quote and the procedure was explained to us too. Matt and his team dressed accordingly and protected the work area on site. Within a few hours we were good to go. They even gave us tips on how to prevent future problems. Bio One came today to remove mouse droppings and decontaminate our basement and attic. Matt and Joey paid great attention to detail. They got rid of all the old insulation that served as a pathway throughout our lower level and moved ALL basement items for clean up. Best money spent all year! I can now easily seal up holes to the outside and prevent future problems! Thank you Bio One! Highly recommend.

This company is very efficient from the owner Matt to his team led by Joey. They recently cleaned out a cottage for me, removing all the old carpet, insulation, mouse droppings etc. They went above and beyond to make sure every space was cleaned. I highly recommend this business.
