We help people through life’s most challenging moments.
We handle every cleanup with dignity, respect, and care. Whether it's a biohazard, trauma, or hoarding cleanup, our job starts with care—and ends with peace of mind.
When you need someone you can trust, we’re here.
No matter who calls, we respond with care, respect, and expert support.
We work with:
Whether it’s a family in crisis or a public space in need, we show up with care, discretion, and expert cleanup. Every job is different, but our mission stays the same: to help people feel safe, supported, and ready to move forward.
Real Help. Real Response. From People Who Truly Care.
During difficult times, we’re here to help—quick, kind, and capable. We handle the cleanup so you can focus on what comes next. Here’s what you can count on from us:
We take it from there—restoring safety, calm, and comfort. When you call Bio-One, here’s what happens:
We're by your side from the first call to the final walkthrough.
The person running your local Bio-One isn’t just in the business—they’re part of your neighborhood. They know the area, understand what you’re going through, and care about making a real difference. Trained and certified, they lead a team that shows up 24/7 with compassion, discretion, and respect.
When you call, you’re not getting a stranger. You’re getting a neighbor who’s ready to help.
This is not just a job—it’s a mission. I entered this field after a decades-long career in law enforcement, where I witnessed families left to cope with tragedy alone. I remember looking in the rearview mirror and seeing families standing there after a death, with nobody to help them.
That stayed with me.
Bio-One gave me a way to keep serving—to step in when others step out. You can make a decent living and still help people in a way almost nobody else can. That’s what this work is all about.
People remember us forever because we show up when it matters most. For me, it’s deeply personal.
We don't treat this like a transaction. Our crews become a physical and emotional lifeline. We’re here to help close a painful chapter and make space for healing to begin.
From the first call, we’re guiding people through the process. You won’t talk to a call center—you’ll speak with someone local who knows how to help. We answer the phone when others don’t.
It might be 2 in the morning. That’s okay. We’re a 24/7 business because a crisis doesn’t wait for business hours.
We ask what happened, answer questions, and get enough information to act quickly.
Sometimes the person on the line is overwhelmed or in shock. That’s why we explain each step. We give them choices, and we move at their pace.
If insurance is involved, we also assist with that. Please provide the policy number, and we’ll take it from there. Our goal is to reduce stress, not add to it. We stay calm, focused, and present.
Discretion is everything in this line of work. We show up in unmarked vehicles. Our uniforms are plain. No logos. No questions from neighbors. We don’t want to alarm residents or make anyone feel exposed.
We also never disclose details about your situation, no matter who asks. Our crews are trained not just in cleaning, but in empathy and confidentiality. Whether we’re helping a grieving family or assisting with a hoarding situation, we act with respect and care.
Property managers call us again and again because they know we won’t make a scene. We suit up out of public view. We speak quietly. We make sure nobody feels judged.
When you call us, your business remains confidential. We’re there to solve the problem, not make it worse.
We’ve helped thousands of people, but a few moments stay with you. We once responded to a suicide involving law enforcement, and we were on-site within 30 minutes. That officer’s spouse told us later that our empathy helped her get through the day. That matters.
We’ve helped hoarding clients who wouldn’t let anyone into their homes. I recall one job where we had to crawl in through a window and over piles of trash just to begin. But once we made progress on one room, the client began to believe it was possible. By the end, they were crying in the driveway, saying, ‘I never thought I’d have my life back.’
We’ve also worked with veterans and housing agencies. Sometimes we relocate people, clean the space, and help them move back in. It's not about the mess—it’s about the human being behind it.
We don’t leave until the job is done right. Before we finish, we always walk through the space—either in person or virtually. Some clients are out of state. That’s okay. We’ll do a video call, send pictures—whatever they need to feel comfortable.
We look for personal items too. We’ve found wedding rings, military papers, and family photos. We don’t haul everything away—we pause and ask. It may look like junk to someone else, but to that person, it might be everything.
We also take detailed photos before, during, and after. That way, insurance adjusters have what they need—and so does the family.
Before we leave, we make sure the space is safe, the family is informed, and nothing significant has been overlooked. We treat people the way we’d want our own family treated.
More than cleanup—it’s about community. We go beyond cleanup to support real people in real need. We’re not just here to clean. We’re here to care.
Bio-One works closely with first responders, local agencies, and community groups to help those facing crisis, loss, or trauma.
No matter how we grow, our mission stays the same: Always put people first, help with heart, and do the right thing.
Trained, certified, and ready for anything.
Every Bio-One technician is highly trained in biohazard cleanup. But it’s not just about skills—it’s about heart. We show up with:
We know how to handle challenging situations safely, quickly, and with total care for the people involved.
We treat every job—and every person—with care and respect. These aren’t just words—they’re how we work, every time.
