We had a pipe burst in our crawlspace and the plumber said we needed a bio company to chemically treat and remove the sewage. I called Bio-One NW Indianapolis late at night as the website says 24 hours. They not only cleaned the sewage up they put down plastic so we could have a cleaner entry! Easily the best company I called, money well spent.

We utilized Bio One to clean and sanitize a relative's home. They were prompt and did great work. The two youmg men were kind and compassionate to the homeowner. I certainly recommend Bio One.

My house had become a catch all when I went to take care of my Dad. After 3 years the poor house was stacked full of everything. I didn’t know where to begin. I called Bio-One and they came and looked at it and said “no problem”. I had others to come and look and they wouldn’t touch it. Addison and his crew came and jumped in. I went around and said “keep that” and all else throw out. They even helped my son find a ring that had been lost for years. They gave me moral support when everyone else had just judged me. I came to Indianapolis from out of state to help a relative return home after a long stint in the hospital. What I found when I got to their house was a filthy hoard of trash that I knew nothing about. I needed help. I called Bio-One and they came right out and were able to get to work very quickly. They were understanding and friendly, easy to work with, and did a great job with the cleanup. I hope I never need them again, but I can happily recommend them to anyone needing cleanup help.

I called Bio-One for help with raccoon feces in my attic as the exterminators wouldn’t remove it. They came out and gave us a free estimate and started the work right away after we agreed on a price. The young men were precise and worked quickly. The work completed by Richard and his team is without a doubt magnificent.

The team at Bio One NW Indianapolis is great. They were very knowledgeable on hoarding clean up since my house had a little too much clutter. They took their time and made sure I was comfortable. If you need help, this is the team to call.
