I came to Indianapolis from out of state to help a relative return home after a long stint in the hospital. What I found when I got to their house was a filthy hoard of trash that I knew nothing about. I needed help. I called Bio-One and they came right out and were able to get to work very quickly. They were understanding and friendly, easy to work with, and did a great job with the cleanup. I hope I never need them again, but I can happily recommend them to anyone needing cleanup help.

We had some winter mouse issues, unfortunately. Within 20 mins of entering my contact information on Bio-One's site, I had a call and appt the very next morning. The team arrived exactly when they committed to at my house the next morning. Within an hour, the basement mess was cleaned, sanitized and our peace-of-mind was back. I called for Services at 9:30 PM the night before I needed services. They set a appointment for 9 AM the next day and was very prompt on arrival and was able to complete the work that I needed. They came prepared and ready to go to work.
