Richard and his wonderful team came out late at night during a very stressful time. Richard was very professional, kind, listened to my wants and concerns, and his team went to work with military precision. While the process took several hours, when they were done, it was like nothing happened. Richard was able to work directly with USAA, and was very responsive to their emails to make the process as painless and quick as possible. I called Bio-One for help with raccoon feces in my attic as the exterminators wouldn’t remove it. They came out and gave us a free estimate and started the work right away after we agreed on a price.
