My brother just had Bio-One NW Indianapolis come clean up and sanitize his hoarded home it’s amazing what this crew accomplished in just a few days

My family and I had taken vacation to come home to our house burglarized and ransacked. Luckily nothing irreplaceable was taken and my two dogs found shelter in the backyard in my shed. Bio-One NW came out and did the work and at the end worked with us on the price. For any kind of clean up or remediation, I highly recommend.

We had a pipe burst in our crawlspace and the plumber said we needed a bio company to chemically treat and remove the sewage. I called Bio-One NW Indianapolis late at night as the website says 24 hours. They not only cleaned the sewage up they put down plastic so we could have a cleaner entry! Easily the best company I called, money well spent.

Richard and his wonderful team came out late at night during a very stressful time. Richard was very professional, kind, listened to my wants and concerns, and his team went to work with military precision. While the process took several hours, when they were done, it was like nothing happened. Richard was able to work directly with USAA, and was very responsive to their emails to make the process as painless and quick as possible. You can tell he and his team work with compassion and care, and utmost professionalism. Their level of service is equal to USAA, which is how customer service should be.

FANTASTIC COMPANY! Not only did they use two days (when we only paid for one) to clean, pack, and move one of our veterans, but they also helped him unpack and set up his TV for him. Thank you, Bio-One, for serving our Hoosier Heroes!

I called Bio-One for help with raccoon feces in my attic as the exterminators wouldn’t remove it. They came out and gave us a free estimate and started the work right away after we agreed on a price. The young men were precise and worked quickly. The work completed by Richard and his team is without a doubt magnificent.

They are also beyond accommodating, I had a personal appointment during the clean up and they kept right on working! Indy Legal Aid would like to thank Bio-One NW that came to the rescue for one of our clients. Bio-One NW Indianapolis came through in the clutch for the Indianapolis Legal Aid Society! Our housing program helps individuals, often elderly and/or disabled, who are in danger of being vacated from their home. In one such situation, our office reached out to Bio-One on behalf of a client who was in desperate need of help and needed assistance right away. The owner of the company, Dr. Richard Weinblatt, personally answered the phone when our office called. He listened carefully to the needs of our client, assessed the situation, and within 36 hours, his company had resolved the issues. Bio-One was compassionate, professional, and did outstanding work.
