This company was wonderful! I was so overwhelmed and when I saw that they could come and help me I didn't hesitate to call them. They were worth every penny. They cleaned and disinfected my whole house, something I wouldn't have been able to do on my own. I didn't even know where to start so I started with calling Bio-One. That was the best decision and I would recommend them to anyone that finds themself in a bind because of rodents. Their products are safe for kids and pets which was what I was looking for. Bio-One of Oceanside was a life-saver for me! I had a situation where their help was needed quickly. They met me the same day and had the job started the next day and completed quicker than I could have hoped. Plus, they did an amazing job! I couldn't believe my eyes from the before and after! It was like night and and day the improvement. Armand and Michelle, the owners of the company are also so very kind and courteous and easy to work with. When my aunt needed to be moved immediately to a memory care facility due to dementia, as her only relative in the same state/city, I had a lot of work to do. I had no idea she was living a hoarding lifestyle until I walked into her apartment she'd lived in for almost 30 years. I immediately called Bio-One of Oceanside for help. Not only did they come out to give me an estimate on the day/time I requested, they also showed up on the day that worked for me to clean out her apartment - which was no easy task.
